The thunderous footsteps of Anguirus could be felt miles away. The people of Boston knew they were in danger before the emergency sirens even started. What drew him to this city, he didn’t know. He didn’t know why he did half the things he did anymore, not since he was changed into even more of a freak then he was before.
The thought angered him. Normally a very docile kaiju, Anguirus’ fuse was significantly shorter nowadays. He entered the city, crashing into structures as he did, and not giving a damn about the tiny creatures that were in them. It was they, after all, that did this to him. After a few moments, he stopped dead in his tracks and froze. There was something else in the area, nearby. Another kaiju!
Anguirus opened his maw and let out a loud roar. He wanted to know what was out there, and he wanted to know now!

The sea didn't allow the dinosaur to finish his famous bellow. A wall of water was thrown sky high as a blue form smashed hard on the ground. Its body spun around with arms outstretched as he embraced the world he would now dominate. Thresher is back!

Anguirus gazed at this new arrival. It was clearly an aquatic beast, but it also appeared to be just as proficient on land. Rage built up within him. Normally, Anguirus would wait for the other kaiju to make the first blow before deeming it an enemy. But not anymore. He would be the aggressor from now on!
He opened his maw and emitted another of his trademark barking honks, then let loose a torrent of blue-white flame from his mouth, exactly like Godzilla's. The beam slammed into his new enemy, charring it's hide and vaporizing the remaining water on it.
Anguirus snorted, pleased with himself. He'd yet to fight another kaiju since being changed, and he was anxious to test his new powers, and show the world he was now the most powerful kaiju of them all!
He lept into the air and curled into a ball, heading right at Thresher with a Thunderball attack...

The Nebulan Sea-Land shark released a low growl as its doll-like eyes homed in on the falling dinosaur. Like lightning come from the sky, his eyes and dorsal fin began to surge with white energy before his own Ion Beam was released from his tooth-lined maw.
Anguirus, even in this state, managed to a cry of pain as his form was engulfed in a wall of red and orange hell fire. Like a meteor, he then fell. The ground shook with that of an Earthquake's feel and a crater formed beneath the saurian menace.
Thresher snarled, yelling into the sky with hatred for everything and everyone before striding forward, his maw ready to fire another blast of his Ion Beam...

For a moment, Anguirus' world was nothing but a haze. He'd slammed hard into the ground from the other kaiju's beam, a powerful attack he hadn't anticipated. As soon as his head cleared, he saw the other beast charging up for that same attack. Wasting not a moment, Anguirus met the attack head on. The carapace on his back glowed blue, and he unleashed his heat beam. The heat beam and Ion beam met each other, and a brief beam war ensued.
Anguirus knew he wouldn't win, Thresher had more time to charge his beam. This was just a way to delay the Ion blast. Anguirus jumped high into the air toward Thresher, curled up, and slammed into him with his Thunderball even as the Ion Beam tore through the last portion of his Heat Beam and crashed into the area he had leapt from.
Even Aguirus was impressed by the speed and agility he'd shown. He was growing to like these new powers by the minute.
With Thresher down, Anguirus moved in, his jaws agape, hoping to sink his saber-fangs into it's flesh...

The jaws of death clamped down on Thresher's build, but the flesh wasn't as it seemed. Instead of ripping, it merely cracked under the pressure. Small streams of blood began to drip, but the monstrosity fought back. His razor-like tail lashed up and was thrown to the side. The tip smacked hard into Anguirus' skull, throwing it to the side and also forcing a gash on its head that quickly began to bleed.
The armored shark then stood, roaring in all its glory as he surveyed the damage on the section attacked. With a shout of hatred, the shark charged forward, ready to curb stomp the beast.

Anguirus shook his head to clear out the cobwebs. This thing had a very lethal tail. Blood trickled down his jaw from the cut. He felt the rumbling from the ground and knew Thresher was charging toward him. He stood up on his hind feet and launched himself at the beast carapace first. He slammed into the shark kaiju and knocked it back, causing several shallow stab wounds from the spikes.
With his enemy stunned, Anguirus let loose a roar and fired his Gravity Bolts…

The beams smacked into the side of the shark and sent chunks of blue-tinted armor flying sky high. With a shriek, the beast stood, glaring at its armored foe. Another grunt came from its closed maw before he himself leaped upward and came down, one foot outstretched.
The foot landed between the horn and the crest, and with the added weight... Anguirus' head was curb-stomped into the ground that literally cratered around it. With a shout, the shark jumped back, twisting and turning as he taunted the saurian to get back up...

Anguirus' head was buzzing from the attack. His enemy had shown surprising agility, and Anguirus had paid the price for underestimating him. With a roar, Anguirus charged in, swinging his entire body around hard when he reached Thresher, and slamming his spiked tail like a massive mace into the creature's chest. Thresher was thrown back and landed hard on his side, while Anguirus widened his eyes and fired his Gravity Bolts...

The Nebulan kaiju's body seizured with pain as the lethal gravity beams danced on his armor and sent fourth entire chunks of armor. The beams were deadly, no doubt about that as another blast of them raced up between his legs and arms.
Thresher, however, dug his claws into the Earth, bracing himself as he crawled forward, allowing his back to absorb the blows. While his armor slowly weakened, his own body began to charge his blast of Ion Energy again...
FWOOOSH!
The white beam raced across the ground and sent a wave of dirt into the air before it was fired again at Anguirus' snout. The beam sent the armored beast back, flipping its head back and sending it flipping over on its spikes... Giving the armored shark the view of his gut.
A sadistic thought raced through Thresher's mind as he stood up. Flakes of ash fell from his hide as he approached the up-side down Anguirus... His maw was salivating and Anguirus' exposed belly looked so... so... so... tempting...

This beast had a beam more powerful then any Anguirus had experienced before. It must not be encountered again. He tried rolling over to right himself, but before he could, He felt a pain in his gut, and instantly knew what was going on.
He was in a bad spot. His head couldn't look down enough to hit it with either Nuclear Beam or Gravity Bolts. Nor could he curl up into a Thunderball to get away. But there was an option.
He curled his tail around Thresher's leg and yanked hard, taking his feet out from under him and sending him to the ground. Anguirus wasted no time in rolling back over, and sought to return the favor, stabbing his saber-tooth fangs into the underbelly. Unlike him, his enemy's gut was harder, but blood gushed forth nonetheless.
With his fangs still impaled, Anguirus prepared another salvo of Gravity Bolts...

The Nebulan Armored Shark shrieked in shocking pan as the teeth tore away his armored scutes, and worse yet... The damn Gravity Bolts were coming once more! The beams surged forward, washing across Thresher's bloody chest and burning the blood black... And also sending fourth another stream of hard armor.
As the dinosaur fed on his blood, the shark managed to reach down, pushing his right hand under the saurian's head, between its maw and throat. His fingers then clamped closed, ending Anguirus' link with the oxygen around it.
As the dinosaur cried aloud, Thresher joined him with his own furious battle cries. His head fell forward, maw wide open and the two met in a perverted kiss that was about to turn deadly...
Anguirus' eyes opened in terror and then his muffled screams managed to come fourth as an Ion Beam was sent directly down his throat. A second later, Thresher pulled his skull back and released his enemy's throat, allowing Anguirus to fall backward, coughing and kicking on the floor as thick streams of smoke rose sky high.
Thresher, still on his back, crawled away. His gut hurt and his armor was weakened, but not to the extent he was near death. With a grunt, the shark stood...

Anguirus' world was consumed with pain. That horrible beam had hit him again, this time directly into his mouth. The aftertaste was lousy to. getting back up to his feet, Anguirus shook off the attacks as best as he could. The two circled each other, both keeping a close watch on the other, looking for an opening. But Anguirus was more interested in creating an opening.
Thresher didn't notice that Anguirus was very slowly inching his way closer to him as they circled each other until it was to late. With surprising speed, he wrapped his tail around Thresher's leg and tripped him up, landing him on his back.
With his target prone and vulnerable, Anguirus stood up on his hind feet, and simply fell back, all 90,000 tons of him falling carapace-first onto the aquatic kaiju.
Screams were heard as multiple stab wounds were incurred into the body of Thresher. Anguirus rolled off and reviewed his work. The wounds weren't deep, but were numerous.
A barking honk followed as Anguirus challenged his enemy to stand again.

The Nebulan Shark moaned aloud as bolts of sheer pain raced through every nerve in his body. Blood oozed from the punctures in his armor, but the beast wasn't just gonna' let this foe get away. Oh no... He was gonna' pay and today is gonna' be his judgment day.
With a low cry, Thresher stood tall, his tail waving back and fourth as bloody drool fell from his fangs. With shocking agility, Thresher was on the offensive in the blink of an eye! The creature's hand reached down, gripping Anguirus' large horn and pulling upward, forcing him to unveil his throat.
The hand pulled back then, pushing the underside of the throat outward.. And giving Thresher enough room to sink his lethal bite in. Blood, at once, flowed freely from the wound as the teeth rendered flesh and muscle alike. Gurgles came from Anguirus before the shark released him, allowing the creature to plop on the ground with Thresher walking backward... Maw covered in red ooze.
