His body moved ever-so slowly past Saint Hellenes as he searched for any food, human or otherwise. That's when he saw it. An entire sea of shiny structures. He could hear the car horns blaring, even from this distance, and his maw began to drool. Like a dog that had been starved for weeks, Skullizar ran forward with galloping strides. The ground quaked beneath every step as he rushed into the outskirts of Seattle and gulped up a car in his eager jaws.

Screams...
Panic...
Chaos...
Death...
The Wall Shadow, Kuromori, cursed silently as it saw that it was too late to avert crisis and upheaval in this human settlement. All that could be done now was to stop the beast responsible, before things got too far out of hand.
If the condition of his brother Gaius was any indication, after one gruesome war with another terrible monster...then this would by no means be easy. Even now, he could sense the peril of brother Dirge, as the Sand Tiger defended the Forbidden Land itself from a pair of malevolent invaders...
...But this was their duty. And they would fulfill it, or perish trying.
The vaguely reptilian Colossus moved forward slowly, arching his body backward as he began to scale the nearest structure that looked sturdy enough to support his great weight. Being that the streets below were alive with panic and disorder as the humans desperately fled for safety, it would be wise for Kuromori to take to the walls and rooftops to prevent any tragic mishaps.
From his vantage point above the ground, he had a clear view of most of the cityscape around him - and the enemy that feasted ravenously upon any mortal creatures luckless enough to wander within its grasp. Kuromori almost shuddered at the ghastly appearance of this beast; it looked as living dead, with rotting flesh hanging in tatters from its exposed skeletal structure...and it utterly reeked of death and decay.
This soulless abomination could not be allowed to walk among the living any longer. From where it was forged, it would return.
"Dussst, to dussst..." the Wall Shadow hissed in a deep, almost unintelligible rasping growl, as it began to climb down from its perch, advancing in the direction of the zombine monster...

FOOD! Skullizar saw the titan perched on the top of the building and instantly recognized its shape to be that of food. Pieces of half-chewed humans fell from its maw as it charged forward, maw slack and open. Its form smashed into the skyscraper, sending it falling to the ground in a mushroom-shaped cloud of dust and smoke.
The zombie-dinosaur kicked the rubble around and sniffed, looking for any sign of life. There it is! It's leg shot down, but what he bit into was nothing more than a lead pipe. Oh well, he tilted his head back and swallowed it anyway.
Where was it?
Second passed before the zombie actually bite into the guardian and began to pull him out of the mountain. He placed a firm leg on its back and with relentless fury... He began to bite into both flesh and armor. Some teeth shattered like glass while others remained strong enough to puncture the armor and release a flow of blood that was quickly contaminated by its bacterial bite.
Even now, Kuromori screamed and began to crawl away, but the zombie's foot pinned it to the ground. His head tilted again, its jaws open, this time ready to take its whole head in its maw.

Curse his own damnable sloth...this beast was unnaturally swift and agile for its size and...decayed state of being; and had successfully taken the upper hand already. Now Kuromori could already feel blood flowing from wounds and cracks in his armor, and a sickening pain beginning to spread through him as some foul contaminant in the monster's own drool began to work...and the zombie's head loomed threateningly over him, jaws open wide and no doubt preparing to take another chunk out of him.
...
No choice. The Colossus dimmed its eyes and accepted its fate, as the living dead dinosaur lunged down and began biting viciously at his neck and facial armor. He resisted as best as he could, but knew it was only a matter of time before the beast's teeth found his flesh again...but as the creature gnawed and chewed away at his head, it failed to notice his back and his own mouth beginning to glow...
Only when it felt a series of explosive fire bursts strike and blow chunks out of the back of its throat did it realize what was happening and promptly release its grip, bellowing clouds of toxic smoke and vapor from its now-scorched mouth. Momentarily taken aback, it allowed Kuromori the opportunity to bring his broad tail to bear and then swat the enemy's support leg out from under it(note: no damage here); and as the creature now wobbled and swayed atop his back, he then rolled himself over to the right, away from the pile of rubble that had once been his perch, and sending the creature falling into the jagged stone and metal. Unlike him, it had no armor whatsoever save for the ridge of bony spines on its back to protect it; and its rotted, decayed flesh wasn't as strong or durable as that of a living creature.
Instead of wallowing around and shrieking in pain as most living beings would, the zombine beast merely started to extricate itself from the rubble...until a broad armored tail suddenly slammed into the side of its face and knocked it back down into the harmful debris. Still the enemy continued to try to rise, only to be knocked back down by Kuromori's tail again and again.
Finally seeing that no mere blow to the head was going to impede this creature, he half-turned and wasted no time in crawling around behind it...he knew now that he would need to be swift and sure in his moves if he was to survive this battle. So he waited for the monster before him to slowly get its feet back under it and begin to stand upright...then he curled up and tensed his tail and his body, then whirled right around and whipped out his tail to slam the armored edge into the joint of the beast's right leg in a much more powerful blow than before.

A splintering sound echoed through the battle zone as the leg was literally popped out of place. The knee bent the wrong way, making the rotting flesh rip and tear, but yet the zombie didn't scream or cry, it just lunched downward at a quick speed, its maw clamping down on the armored lizard's tail just as it pulled away. The zombie gorged on blood as he yanked his head backward, pulling Kuromori's lower half upward before side-stepping with his usable leg and throwing the guardian away and sending it skidding to a stop in a car-filled street.
Skullizar released a moan-like growl before stepping forward, but at once, he fell forward. He snarled and looked back, but there was no attacker. Again he tried to stand, but his leg refused to stand upward. The zombie remained on the ground, clutching the street in his hands while he began to bend his leg. At first it didn't go, but without functioning nerves, the beast was not hampered by the pain a normal monster would have felt here...
A fountain of black blood, flesh, and bone chips went upward as the leg was forcefully put in place. The muscles torn, but leg working again, Skullizar stood up, black goo-like fluid clinging to his dead skin.
Kuromori flipped itself over in the streets just in time to see Skullizar's head come down again, once again clenching its head, but this time on the side. The dinosaur's leg lifted up and pushed down on the shoulders while the head pulled upward. The rock and flesh soon gave way, and the zombie leaned its head back, swallowing its meals' offer.
The guardian shouted and cried again, its legs and tail dancing on the ground. As it shouted in rage, Skullizar's hands reached into the bleeding wound and pulled out. A gurgle came from the rock-covered monster as it watched in shock as the zombie simply put the flesh in its maw and began to treat it as if beer jerky.
Enjoying the flesh he had just torn from Kuromori, Skullizar made no attempt for more. He even turned his back and began thrashing on his head as he continued to chew and gnaw on the strands of flesh and muscle.

Sorry it's taken me a while...been otherwise occupied. Just letting y'all know I'm still out there; I'll edit my attack in here when it's finished(hopefully later tonight or tomorrow).
By the way MM, if no one has notified you yet, Anguirus Dude has called for an end to the Gold Rush quarterfinal matches over on the Kingdom, and he'd like you to go ahead and call a winner in my fight with OmegaZ.
Edit: My attack.
---
Kuromori stared on in disgust, anger, and something akin to disbelief, as he watched this vile, wretched beast feed vigorously upon his flesh and blood. 'This unholy monster...so devoid of life itself, that it consumes any other life to fall into its grasp...'
The Wall Shadow's pale blue eyes changed, to a fiery orange that signified righteous anger. Of course, this living corpse would likely hold no regard for the Colossus' fury, but he was now past caring. His only wish now was to see this fell creature returned to oblivion.
The saurian continued to feast away, having even foolishly turned its back to him. Either it believed he would soon perish from his wounds, or it was actually mocking him, deeming a small meal of the guardian's flesh more worthy of its attention than the guardian from whom it was torn.
It was a mistake in either case, and Kuromori would gladly make it regret its indulgence. As the beast continued to feed, he silently sidled up next to it, careful to not suddenly make any unexpected contact; he didn't wish to draw its attention before he was ready. Angling his back towards the creature, he shook softly and carefully, loosing clouds of the volatile fumes used to create the bursts of fire he spewed from his mouth. Careful not to release too much, he then quickly and quietly maneuvered backward, away from the still-feeding zombie. Once he was able to slither behind a fairly sturdy-looking structure for cover, he poked his head around the corner, charged and then fired a single quick burst, quickly ducking back into shelter...
FWOOMF!!
The building rattled and shuddered above him, and he fought the urge to flee before it might collapse and crush him...only when the blast and wave of smoke and rubble settled, did he dare come out from cover to observe the effect of his attack.
The zombine demon stood there, arms hanging until they nearly touched the ground: the piece of his flesh was either dropped, consumed by the blast, or already finished by the monster. The beast itself appeared either stunned, or just confused by what had happened...but some damage had definitely been done; its flesh was charred, smoking, even smoldering in a place or two.
Now that he had seized the initiative, it was time to exploit it. Crouching down, tensing his legs and slamming his tail against the ground for an extra boost, Kuromori leaped backward a distance to give himself additional room for his next maneuver: tucking in his limbs and curling into a ball as best as he could, the Colossus began to roll forward along the ground, gaining more speed than he could ever achieve on his feet. Quickly gaining steam, once he drew close to his enemy, he flicked his tail against the ground to propel himself shortly into the air - just enough that he collided with the side of the saurian's body at speed, instead of its legs.
He uncurled and nimbly touched the ground on his feet; the beast crashed down on its side, spines making horrid grinding and splintering sounds as they dug into the road. It didn't have the chance to come completely to rest before the guardian advanced ruthlessly, then lifted both of his forefeet and grasped the enemy's right arm. Gripping the decayed flesh firmly, allowing the adhesive substance in his paws to take good effect, Kuromori tensed his forelegs...then yanked them away sharply: tearing chunks of rotted flesh from the beast's arm.
Shaking his legs forcefully to sling the stinking spoiled meat loose - he doubted even this monster would be willing to eat its own flesh, as much as the notion of tricking it into eating itself appealed to him - he grabbed it once again, this time directly by its own paw, and thrust its own claws toward its throat in a slashing motion...

The guardian thought wrong, and for Skullizar, it was only as if the guardian was spoon feeding him. His own jaws opened up and came down on his arm. Kuromori looked on... stunned... as black, disgusting fluid began to turn his rotten teeth a sewer-like color. As Skullizar's own flesh and blood vanished into his belly, the zombie's eyes locked onto Kuromori's burning, ember-like eyes.
All was silent...
Until, still holding his own hand in his maw, Skullizar's head lashed upward. His overly large nasal horn first slashed into the guardian's chest until stabbing directly into its throat.
Either it was the sight of fresh, raw meat... Or maybe he even smelt it, the zombie released an ear-splitting scream of sheer hunger and released his own arm and pushed away with both legs, arms, and tail. Kuromori fell backward, grabbing its bleeding throat, while the zombie shrieked again and launched its head downward, clamping his rotten and blood-covered teeth into the hands and throat of the colossus.
It was entoxicating...
So rich. So pure... The blood of a guardian. And, while Skullizar knew not, his horn had stabbed directly into one of the major veins of the neck and the flow of blood was continuous.
His build still burning from the flame attack previous, Skullizar stepped away and shouted in primal glee while he gulped down a raw chunk of red, wholesome meat. As he balanced himself on his should-be broken leg, the bone snapped and popped, a large splinter actually exploding out of the side... But to the foul beast, it was just another bone that was exposed on his build.
As Kuromori' remained back-first on the ground, clutching its massively bleeding throat, Skullizar snarled in hunger again. A gurgle came from the colossus when the jaws clamped around his belly and pulled upward. His hands pushed and the effects were brutal..
The zombie actually fell backward on its end with a thump. Stone armor and flesh fell from his chomping jaws as he chewed on the flesh that rolled ever so delightfully in his tooth-filled maw. Still sitting on the floor with his legs outstretched and spread, the zombie once again simply concentrated on feeding, not even paying attention to the source of the food...

The ancient reptile vainly clutched at his wounded throat with his paws, trying to stem the rampant flow of blood...but it poured too vigorously, and he knew he was in very real danger of expiring from losing too much of the precious life-substance. The damnable zombie maimed and mutilated him so grotesquely, made him bleed from so many wounds, he could not hope to tend to them all.
Only one thing he could do...cringing silently at how unpleasant this was going to be, Kuromori dimmed his eyes and focused, pleading the ancient god Dormin to lend him its aid.
The clouds parted, letting the divine light shine through and illuminate his wracked and tortured body...then coalesced and narrowed, tighter and tighter, focusing the beam of the sun more and more strongly, until it was actually coherent and semi-solid, shining with a pale blue radiance--and almost unbearably hot. The guardian winced as the beam of light swept back and forth within his grievous wound, slowly and precisely burning it closed so that he would not lose too much blood too quickly.
Once this work was done, the light retreated back to the heavens. Drawing strength from his pain, and his anger at its source, the Wall Shadow rolled himself over and got his feet back under him, shaking off what remained of fatigue and ill-ease. Hearing the sounds of ravenous feeding behind him again, he knew even before turning around what he would see.
'Such a gluttonous fool...obviously its mind died along with its soul.' he thought, shaking his head in condescension and pity.
He half-turned to glance behind him for a second, affirming the location of something he could use to help him, then turned back to his unsuspecting foe. He raised and examined one of his paws, then the other.....considered scraping and wiping them against the ground for a second, to get rid of the slick blood that still clung to them, but decided not to bother as he pushed his forebody up from the ground and promptly grabbed the end of the saurian's tail in his paws; pressing his own tail flat against the ground to keep his leverage.
The corpse grunted and turned its bloody head to look at him, mouth still full of meat. Kuromori simply hissed his disapproval, then gathered every bit of strength he could muster in his legs and tail - and pulled back with his forelegs while pushing with tail and rear legs, curling his body into something of a 'U' shape, then just as quickly snapped out straight and released his hold of the monster, sending it flying backward through the air with a surprised grunt...
...To smash into the base of a comparatively tall structure, easily bigger than both of them combined. Watching upside-down from his vantage point on the ground, Kuromori felt the tremors resonate through the asphalt beneath him as dust and debris exploded out from the impact point, then burst sporadically from various points through the rest of the structure as it buckled and crumbled, burying the creature.
Ignoring the ache and trickles of blood flowing from his aggravated wounds, the Colossus rolled back over again. Shaking his head and coughing a spurt of volatile mist, he slowly began to trudge toward the zombie's resting place. Once he drew within spitting distance, he paused and breathed slowly for a moment...then, focusing and channeling the magic in his armor again, he drew a deep breath - and this time instead of unleashing multiple bursts of fire, he spewed a continuous stream of flames from his mouth. Shaking his head back and forth to cover as wide an area as possible, he soon started a fairly-sized fire that covered most of the enemy's grave. Stepping back a few paces, he watched and waited...

A devil God. A devil God is what the scene looked like as the rubble fell apart and Skullizar's burning body stood up. Burning chunks of decomposed flesh falling from his form. His entire spinal cord now visible, his ribs being burnt black, and smoke spewing from his rotten maw.... But yet he moved forward... not hampered by the fact he was being cremated before the world's eyes.
Kuromori's jaw dropped in sheer awe as Skullizar walked ever-so carelessly forward, his ruined knee cap still splintering, cracking, and popping with every step.
Skullizar did not possess the brain power to come up with a plan and did the only thing he knew how to do... He charged forward. With thunderous, massive strides and shocking speed, Skullizar made a straight charge for his guardian foe. The ground at his feet rose up as if an earthquake before his maw came crashing down on Kuromori' shoulder.
His body still an inferno rage, Skullizar hoisted the rock-armored creature into the air with his head and smashed his back down, while at the same time, placing a foot steadily on his back. The dinosaur stumbled back again when the rock and flesh gave way and another chunk of flesh vanished down his maw.
The bacteria being surged in Kuromori's blood stream was starting to take effect also. Skullizar simply ignored the kicking and snarls from Kuromori as the guardian began to hallucinate from the toxins, possibly remembering previous battles with demons and going through the torturous endeavors once more.
The zombie turned around with a groan, slashing the air in two with his tail as he faced the thrashing Kuromori. His foot lifted up and came down on his lower jaw, forcing it shut while his maw was sent down... wide open...

What was happening?
The world before him blurred and swam, as if he had stepped into the midst of a hazy mirage...and in that frozen instant in time, all of a sudden he was no longer in the streets of a modern human settlement, fighting for his lift with an undead hellbeast that would like nothing more than to make a meal of him.
'...Tail...within...deep...'
What?? Kuromori strained his ears, trying to hear the familiar voice more distinctly...
'...A tail trapped within a pail deep inside the forest...'
...Dormin?
'A shadow that crawls on the walls...'
What in the name of...what sorcery fell upon him to bring his mind back through these ancient times??
A human shape, like one of Dormin's ancient worshippers...carrying a bow and a score of arrows, and a sword that glinted in the limited light with a sheen that made the great Colossus shudder slightly. The one weapon potent enough to undo the mighty beast...
Ancient Sword...
Kuromori's eyes flickered weakly, having reverted to their passive blue shade in his weakness. A trickle of dark blood oozed from the corner of his mask's mouth; the foul contaminant carried by his foe was having a more grievous effect on him than he first had reason to think, but now he was too deep in torpor for present matters to reach his consciousness...
Scaling the circular wall of the hidden colosseum in search of the enemy that had retreated into cover, the Wall Shadow was mildly surprised to see it emerge as he approached. Its lethal sword had been sheathed, and it brought only its meager bow to bear against him. Such foolishness.
"I ssseee you..." the Colossus hissed in a voice too deep and guttural for the human to make any sense of, as he channeled the magic in his armor and prepared to unleash a trio of toxic firebursts that would end the whelp's life - when a sharp 'twang' sounded, and the great guardian suddenly howled in shock and pain as his left foreleg cramped up and lost its hold of the wall. So stunned was he by the unexpected harm, he didn't have time to shift position on only three legs before another arrow struck his rear leg, causing it to lose grip as well. And, to his panic, the sticky substance in his two unharmed feet could not support his massive weight by themselves, as he slowly, inevitably lost all hold of the wall and crashed mightily to the floor of the arena...
The undead monster uttered a low snarl as it roughly planted its foot upon its prey to hold it in place, vaguely feeling its stomach rumble as it hungered for more of this creature's delectable flesh. Its drooling maw opened wide, and made ready to lunge for another bite...
The pain of having his sensitive legs shot with arrows was nothing compared to the horrific agony that radiated from where the wicked, damnable sword plunged into his exposed underbelly - where the essence of Dormin writhed and churned most strongly as it yearned for freedom from its ancient prison. Thick black mist spewed with violence from the mortal wound in his gut, and the Colossus could feel his strength waning...he could barely feel the pair of human feet quickly scampering up his belly to his bust, then stopping, kneeling, grasping the fur there as it readied itself for what would be the finishing blow.
And with one last brutal explosion of pain, Kuromori felt himself slipping away from the world, into the endless void of nothingness...
Nothingness...
Oblivion...
It was harsh and cruel and violent, as he heard the hungry snarling of a beast feeding upon its fresh-killed meal...and it felt as if the beast was feeding on him, in fact, as he felt numerous sharp-edged teeth attacking his underside, the same spot where the horrific pain of that last mortal blow from the Ancient Sword still resonated...
And then, in a sudden and painful whiplash of realization, he came back to his senses: this wasn't oblivion! He was still very much alive - and the damnable beast really was feasting on him!
His feet clenched tight in anger, cracking the stiff joints of his toes as his eyes flared fiery orange.
"Foul beassst! Begone!!" the Wall Shadow roared as his mouth glowed, flashed, and spewed bursts of fire into the abomination's own belly, forcing it to stop feeding and back away...but he wasn't about to let this damage go unpunished. As the ungraceful beast backed up, Kuromori reached as far up as his forelegs would go and slapped his feet together against the saurian's jowls, grinding his paws in and letting the sticky secretion take good hold - then tearing and ripping chunks of flesh from the monster's jaws.
It apparently took exception to this, as it snarled and reared its head back, opening its mouth wide to have another go at him, heedless of the wounded flesh stretching and splitting further(note: this isn't meant to be taking control of the enemy and having them hurt theirself) - but he mustered the strength to curl his lower body up and over so that the tip of his tail smacked into the demon's large nose horn; the blow did no noticeable damage, but it stopped the monster's attack long enough for Kuromori to roll his body forward and thrust himself back to his upright stance. Hearing the roar of the beast behind him as it now lunged for his tail, he deftly shifted his rear body to the side while bracing his tail, then swung a much more powerful and broad blow into the side of its ugly, marred face that sent it falling to the ground on its side.
Turning around to face his enemy...now, Kuromori simply crouched and settled to rest for a moment, to regain some strength and try to fight the effect of whatever contaminant thrived in this living corpse's fluids. If it was potent enough to disrupt his mind as well as make him physically ill, he could not simply try to shrug it off.

The scent, at least to the living and walking corpse, was intoxicating. A drug that he could never... NEVER... get enough of. Only better than the scent of the fresh flowing blood was the raw, un-tainted taste of it. Just the sheer idea made Skullizar's maw water even more so, but this was only the basic instincts of a dead animal kicking in.
He wanted food. He will get food.
As Kuromori slumped close to the ground on all fours, gooey fluid coming from his maw, Skullizar charged forward. A shriek escaped his large, tooth-lined mouth before he closed down around his guardian foe's neck and picked it up again. His hands gripped the waist of the lizard and pushed back while the head pulled. The flesh and rock armor gave way again... And more bloody chunks of meat vanished down his hungry, blood-thirsty maw.
Feeding once again, Skullizar snorted as he finished his torn flesh before looking back down again. Kuromori shouted in sheer rage and anger as he backed away, but the bacteria that was plaguing his body was doing horrendous effects on the reptile.
He struggled to stand... Struggled to move. The stench of the zombie, at first, was unbearable enough... But now he could barely function. Such a vile, vile creature.
Still unsatisfied, Skullizar reached down and grabbed his foe's shoulders. With a thunderous bellow, the zombie hoisted him forward and charged forward. One of the standing skyscrapers shuddered as if an earthquake was tearing the city apart, and in away, it was. Every window blew out as Skullizar pinned the guardian between the building and himself. With a snarl and then a leer, the dinosaur-zombie opened his maw, ready for it to close on his enemy's head.

The toxin running rampant through his body continued to play havoc with his mind and his senses...as he felt his physical body slam up against the body of another giant structure, his mind's eye flashed and then shuddered as he again collapsed against the floor of his colosseum dwelling, lifetimes ago...
With a violent shake of his head Kuromori forced his senses to return to here and now. Here, he half-stood, half-dangled against the wall of another massive building, held in place by the zombine saurian's claws against his shoulders. And now...it readied itself to take yet another chunk out of him. Would it not be satisfied until it had stripped him down to his bones, perhaps even keep those as trinkets to gnaw on?
...
The Colossus gradually ceased its struggling, apparently weakening under both loss of flesh and blood and the foul toxin the beast passed on to him...and the creature licked its chops in hungry anticipation as it lunged forward and bit down over his head.
What a fool. It really didn't learn.
The Colossus' armor glowed, and Skullizar paused and grunted as if it suddenly realized...but too little too late; it was had. With a hoarse cry of anger, Kuromori belched a torrent of fire right down the creature's foul gullet, almost desperately hoping the flames would reach deep inside and do some worthy damage to this abomination. It roared and instinctively backed away from the source of its trauma...but the chance to inflict some grievous harm on this beast gave him new strength and hope, and the guardian seized the chance to press his attack.
Though he was not adept at being a biped, Kuromori scarcely managed to remain on just his two rear legs as he lurched forward, grasped the zombie's forelimbs with his own and wrestled it away from the towering structure behind him for a short distance more. Then, he set into the especially improbable motions: keeping his forelegs' grip, he pushed against the ground with his tail until his rear legs lifted up from the street...then, as he started to go over backward, he carefully tucked his body so that the enemy would be pulled more toward him than toward the ground...and finally, as he ended up on his back and the saurian started to go right over him, he kicked his rear legs up and added their force to that of his forelegs as he hurled the beast on its way - headfirst into the base of the skyscraper.
The demon ended up imbedded up to about its shoulders in the base of the structure...then, multiple cracks and bursts of smoke and dust issued as the building's support destabilized, and the entire thing came crashing down, crushing and burying the beast.
Kuromori's body was all but begging him to just lay there on his back and rest...but until he knew for certain that this beast was finished for good(pointless note: I almost typed "gooed" in place of "good", heh...), no unafforded rest could be taken. Quickly growing tired, physically and mentally, the Colossus hoped to soon put this to rest once and for all as he groaned and rolled back over once again. He crawled up to the massive grave of debris, as in his mind he devised an effective way to both reveal the enemy within and hopefully do some more damage.....he turned his back to the rubble and shook loose from his armor another sizeable cloud of his explosive mist. He quickly glanced around...and to his disappointment, saw very few suitable structures in the immediate area to take cover from the blast. With a sigh of resignation, he scuttled away from the pile of devastation, turned, hunkered down and braced himself as best as he could, and hiccupped a short burst of fire toward the cloud of mist...
