Daegre landed in the middle of the empty amusement park with a thunderous crash, the jet-engine roars of his organic boosters dying down as he stood up fully. Taking a deep breath, he looked left, then right, and peered off into the distance.
He could sense it coming.

In space, the crooked smile of an intergalactic tyrant spread across a reptile's raptor-like face. Such pride and glory he had put into his latest beast, a beast unlike that of anything before. For days it has wondered the Earth, fending off the mutants that plagued this world... And now it was seeking the guardians themselves.
A steam engine-like boom came from the horizon before the huge being walked forward. Its arms lifted up passed its head as it flexed its twisted arms and hooted its challenge in the form of hundreds of car horns and sirens.
The machine-like monster clenched its fist tight as its flood light eyes kicked to life and bathed the entire area in a light. Its three machine gun-like cannons on its back slowly rotated as its huge, skin-less metallic wing bones spread out and he proudly showed his adversary his size.

Syzir appears on the rooftop of a huge skyscraper with a bucket of disembowled human organs, which he intends to snack on as he gleefully watches the ensuing carnage. He motions for the bloodshed to begin.

Daegre had fought larger opponents, and he kept his ground without flinching at the larger opponent. He didn't hesitate to try and rid the world of this opponent. He was far enough, and for now that was all he needed. He planted his feet firmly on the ground and opened his mouth as wind and energy collected into an orb, and suddenly he began rapidly firing these small green energy orbs at the monster far across from him. Each orb that hit would result in a colossal explosion.

The living junkyard brought up his arms, protecting his head as ball after ball of energy detonated on his form. Flames, sparks, and smoke engulfed the alien's vision while chunks of debris was thrown in nearly every direction. A honking roar came from the beast as it fell forward, planting its hands in the ground as he tried to take cover from the ongoing barrage.
His foe was enjoying this far, far to much.
As another ball exploded on the ground next to his head, the junkyard's skeleton-like wings spread out to full length. The three mini-gun-like weapons on his back slowly slid forward, one to his neck and the other two to his shoulders.
The tubes on his head went off and sent black smoke high into the air just as he returned fire to the guardian beast. All three weapons' barrels spun in rapid succession, each gun throwing rounds of laser energy at the target.
The armor didn't give much. Sparks and some airborne pieces fell to the ground from the attack, but it was enough, at least for now, to pause the barrage and let Zygrag stand up. The monster lifted its right arm to its chest and beat once on its robotic body, letting the banging sound echo through Daegre's mind.
The other hand rose into the air, and from the amusement park-like structures around them... Steel beams and support structures rose up. Each rotated in the air for short seconds before all of them were hurled directly for Daegre's eyes.

Daegre was forced to halt his attack when Zygrag started returning fire. Peering through the black smoke, he noticed the steel beams and support structures around start to lift into the air as the all were launched at Daegre. His eyes went wide for only a moment before he fired another orb straight at the mass, causing an explosion that sent the rest of the metal swarm flying in all directions. Grunting, Daegre then lept high into the air with the help of an energy boost, headed straight for the black smoke in which Zygrag had hid himself. A blast of his shotgun breath cleared the smoke around him as he crashed right onto Zygrag's shoulders, forcing it onto its belly. Without another moment to spare he let loose another energy orb point-blank on the metal monster's back, an explosion engulfing both monsters in a brilliant flash of smoke and fire. Daegre used the explosion to propel himself through the air as he landed a long distance behind the target and quickly turned around to see how much damage he's inflicted. With a snort he slammed his foot into the ground as a chunk of earth the size of his chest popped into the air in front of him and he gave it a swift kick, sending the massive boulder curving towards the burning target in front of him.

Zygrag released another honk-like war cry as he quickly stood up. His body engulfed in flames, he half-turned to point his arm at the slab of Earth. His fingers folded back and several rockets began to fire out. The missiles struck the mass, exploding on it and within it before the structure was turned to useless dust and dirt.
His body still blanketed in a fiery inferno, the junkyard snarled as he fully turned to face his foe. His hand rose up, and several hundred yards behind him, the entire form of Godzilla Tower lifted up. It hovered where it once was for several seconds before the titan flung his hands down, controlling the metal and sending it flying forward, head first as if it were alive and ready to spear the guardian.
Daegre let out a bellowing moan as the structure smashed against him, making him fall backward and the blow itself somewhat weakening his form. The guardian, covered in debris, moved slightly beneath it before the alien clenched his fire-covered fist and began to push all of the metal downward, the sheer amount of it ready to crush Daegre beneath it.

Daegre's body glowed flashes of green and a brilliant energy pulse blasted the Godzilla Tower into debris, the shockwave sending pieces flying all around him as Daegre returned to his stance. He didn't see a need to stop his current strategy since it was working so well. Shaking off the dust and rubble from his body he continued pounding Zygrag from afar with energy orbs, chunks of metal blasting off of the beast with every new explosion.

Zygrag stood tall as the hellish flames continued to engulf him. He was made of metal... Some of it already burned around. The force of the blasts may be sending some chunks here and there, but aside from that, he could still move freely. The giant fell forward again on all fours and pointed every weapon he has loaded at the guardian.
What followed rivaled the booming voice that thunder makes. The three Laser Vulcans fired at the same time as dozens of tank cannons, missiles, and masers fired away from seemingly random areas on his build. Not even Daegre's tough hide could prevent him from taking all of this.
The giant fell backward, his last blasts flying high into the air as the assault washed against him. Armor and bloody chunks fell to the ruined ground below him before he himself smashed back-first. Zygrag's semi-truck composed maw closed and ended the assault, but he remained on all fours and watched on as little streams of red came from some of the meter-wide wounds that had piled on Daegre's chest.
The cars and trucks that made up the beast began to blow once again in a hooting uproar before he cocked his body and sent empty tank shells flying from his form. The three Vulcans slid upward again and began to fire at the downed beast...

Daegre seemed unconscious and out as wounds covered his body. But little did the metal beast know that he was simply reserving his energy and collecting his thoughts.
It was time to spring.
Daegre's eyes shot open and he flipped out of the way of the attacks, his energy boosters speeding him across the ground and air as he easily dodged the attacks flying at him. In quick bursts of speed he dashed right up to Zygrag's front. A knee crunched the metal of the monster's head together much easier than it normally should have, and the objective was clear; the massive onslaught of explosions across Zygrag's body was not meant to down the monster but rather severely weaken the metal he was composed off. Too easily did chunks of Cygrag's face fly off, and Daegre followed up with a harsh bodyslam, the impact of his body sending more brittle, burning chunks flying as Daegre comboed into a swift hook that ripped off most of Zygrag's right shoulder. Daegre ducked and spun into a sweeping kick that tripped the metal kaiju, knocking him to the ground with a crash that dislocated most of its pieces. But now the monster was on its belly, right where Daegre wanted it. With its weapons still exposed, Daegre lifted off high into the air, and released one energy orb at the monster's back, targetting the weapons on his back. If the orb hit, it would lead to a chain reaction across Zygrag's body, more cannons and weapons that it had absorbed exploding from heat and shrapnel.
Zygrag's biggest strength was suddenly close to becoming its undoing.

Whoa... I can understand damaging a weapon or cannon, but out-right removing one of the main weapons of a kaiju isn't allowed... Not to mention combos can't involve the use of special attacks like energy balls.

OOC: The rules don't say anything about removing kaiju's weapons.. And the energy ball isn't part of the counter. And the rules state that after a combo you can perform a second attack; it doesn't specify that it has to be a physical attack.

OOC: The rules don't say anything about removing kaiju's weapons.. When the weapons are part of a kaiju's body, and thus qualify as a body part, yeah, they kinda do... Yeah... whether the second attack hits is up to the opponent, just like normal.

But a mech is destructible by nature.. I can understand removing a natural weapon from an organic being, but making a mechanical creature's weapons indestructible, especially when they can make more, isn't that cheap?
The way attacks have been delegated, I was confused with that.
