Match reviewed... And they say snake-like creatures have boring battles... Anyway, was pretty close, but I'm going to have to give it to Gorgon. He did an excellent job at countering Mucus's slime and avoiding those powerful jaws. Surprisingly, you both seemed to ignore that you were in a city. I don't think I saw a building hurled at all.

(Meh, we fought at the outskirts of town. Long bodied monsters need room to fight. ) Gorgon hovered for a moment more, watching his opponent, expecting a rising attack or underground tail stab. Neither came. Gorgon hissed, hesitant, then siezed the oppurtunity to finish off his foe. Dropping from the sky, Gorgon landed on top of Mucus, pinning him to the ground. Gorgon latched onto the giant worm's throat, biting down hard. The strength of his jaws drove in his fangs, and he began pumping copius amounts of venom into the invertebrates primitive bloodstream. The venom spread, freezing muscle movement and slowly paralyzing the majority of the worm's body. Gorgon released his bite and backed off, observing his foe. Aside from the occasional tail twitch, the worm was immobile- vulnerable at last. Gorgon turned himself around, positioning his tail over Mucus' cranium. Gorgon lifted his tail high, sunlight bouncing off the blood on it's spikes. Gorgon snorted, glaring at his enemy's expressionless face out of the corner of his eye. Then, like a tremendous sledgehammer, Gorgon's tail descended onto Mucus' head. The sickening splatter marked the end of the monstrous battle, and the begining of Seattle's uninterrupted destruction.
