Chimeragon shrieked as the blow connected with his face, blood leaking from a busted vessel in his nose. His echolocation was no good here, but his psychic abilities were still intact, and he knew where Rygama was, and he had the perfect solution to his problem. One arm shot up as Rygama's foot glanced off the bony appendage. Chimeragon quickly lashed out with that same arm, catchig the off-balance Rygama across the leg and toppling the beast over, giving Chimeragon some room to stand.
From there Chimeragon attempted to deliver a roundhouse tailwhip across Rygama's face...

Rygama snarled madly as she fell, unable to react to Chimeragon's blow. The creature's bladed tail connected full force against her face, ricochetting off the dense armor, leaving only a thin graze. Fortunately, the attack had connected with the single toughest point on her entire body. Rygama slammed her wings against the ground and shot upright, suspended in the air momentarily before slamming again into the ground, fully upright this time. With another snarl, she swung her right claw out to the side, the talons suddenly extending to twice their original length, and swung her paw against Chimeragon's chest, tearing deep into the flesh, forcing the monster to stagger back somewhat. Without warning, Rygama's left hand also lunged out at chimeragon's chest, the claws already extended.

Fortunately for Chimeragon, he had enough of his wits about him to manage to avoid more than a minor injury from Rygama's attack. Unfortunately for Rygama, he also chose that moment to use his strongest attack.
The organ on his chest opened up and sprayed a dark gray mist at Rygama. She simply shrugged it off and attempted to attack again, when she noticed that her movements had become sluggish and heavy, as the mist solidified about her, seeping into the cracks in her armor as it turned into a shell of stone. The pressure intensified as Rygama's air was crushed all around her body as the stone continued to harden, leaving a life-sized statue in front of Chimeragon.
The chimeric beast shrieked in victory as the shell shattered under the intense pressure it generated, dropping a gasping and wheezing, not to mention severely crushed, Rygama to the sands below. Chimeragon checked her armor for weak points with his echolocation, and found a nice one on her back, before attempting to drive a spiked appendage into the opening...

Rygama would not be overcome by mere stone, however. She had lifted far heavier things in her life, and if Chimeragon thought he had her, he was going to live to regret it.
She heaved her upper body off the ground, slinging her heavy paw around her head like a mace, swatting Chimeragon's spur away, momentarily throwing off his balance while she leaped to her feet, swinging her upper torso around and slamming her shoulder accross Chimeragon's temple. The much lighter Chimeragon quickly found himself picked up off the ground by the force of the blow and as Rygama stabilized her stance and stood tall once more, the alien beast went sailing hundreds of feet away, slamming into the trees at high speeds. Rygama took a few steps towards her fallen adversarry, glaring down at him, drooling. No matter how powerful this thing thought it was, it's sheer strength could never match her own. She pounded her heavy, macelike claws against her armored chest once, snarling loudly in a threatening display. She doubted the blind alien could tell what she was doing, but the display got her adrenaline flowing. With a thunderous roar, Rygama grabbed ahold of Chimeragon's tail, yanking the monster off the ground and swinging him to her right, releasing him and letting the blind beast sail accross the beach towards the water.

But Chimeragon's wings spread wide as he lifted off, his belly skimming the surface of the shallows as he wheeled around to face Rygama again. More lightning crackled from the tips of his tusks as he unleashed electrical fury on Rygama, the bolts striking her in the sensitive regions of her face. Before Rygama could retaliate, Chimeragon swooped in low and prepared to attempt to break more holes in the armor, with a carefully pitched sonic shriek...

((Sorry))
Rygama lowered her head, letting the sonic blast hit her full force. She was getting frustrated, ignoring the pain and the hairline fissures that manifested in her rigid brows.
With a loud cry, she was in the air again, her wings propelling her right at Chimeragon, jaws agape, flying full speed into the alien creature. With a hiss, she tackled Chimeragon, her rigid breastplate banging into his sternum, her spiked claws locking over his shoulders, her razored maw closing around his neck. Chimeragon felt a wave of pain throughout his entire upper body as the larger creature heaved itself against him, her wings dragging him into the ocean with a painful splash. Rygama refused to release her hold on the alien's neck, forcing her jaws down in an attempt to crush his spine. Simultaniously, she released her left claw, extending her talons to full length, and thrust it into Chimeragon's torso, aiming for what Rygama took to be his heart.

Chimeragon loosed a powerful sonic blast, wreaking all kinds of havoc with Rygama's hearing and disorienting the kaiju. He still felt the intense pain of claws digging into his chest, but like Rygama, he too could fight through the pain. He hefted a claw between him and Rygama and forced the strange mutation away. Then, before she could retaliate, he lashed out again with the same claw, attempting bury the bone spear in her shoulder...

Rygama snarled in frustration as Chimeragon's blade lodged itself in the joints between her armor, digging deep into the shoulder. A less dense creature would probably have lost use of its arm. With a furious cry, Rygama lashed out with her other arm, closing her claw around Chimeragon's neck, squeezing with all her might, attempting to strangle the alien beast. Despite Chimeragon's impressive strength, Rygama was stronger, and her grip did not relent as she devoted every bit of her attention to one thing: Finishing it.

Fortunately for Chimeragon, he didn't need to breath, in the normal sense of the word. While the pressure Rygama was exerting was quite painful, Chimeragon was in no way hindered by it. Both of his arms shot up, snaring Rygama and forcing her to remain close. This seemed like a suicidal tactic at first, but then the electricla charge began to build in his tusks, and the truth became quite apparent.
Bolt after bolt of electrical discharge struck Rygama point blank in the face, searing lfesh and armor and striking at the vulnerable eyes. More electricity cascaded across Rygama, as Chimeragon used his foe's temporary pain and confusion to dislodge her from his throat. He rolled Rygama's smoking body aside as he powered up his Psy-Blade weapon, intent on slicing deep into Chimeragon's face armor...

Rygama, however, had never been hindered by pain and wasn't about to start. She roared loudly, lunging for Chimeragon's horn, seizing it in her jaws and yanking the alien forward by it, forcing him off to her side, allowing Rygama to grab ahold of his bladed tail. Rygama wasted no time in yanking Chimeragon's tail, heaving his massive body off of the ground and bringing it high overhead before swinging him over to her left and down, bringing the prone alien face forward into the forest with tremendous force.

I've gotta say, it's a little disheartening that I've won three whole matches, each and every one of them being because the other guy didn't post in time.

If it'd make you feel better, Giga's been itching for a match.
