Attacks:
Barnacle Stings - Paguron is covered in mutant barnacles whose feeding apendages have morphed into sharp, needle-like projections. When anything brushes against them, they reflexively thrust out with their needles, continuosly stabbing anything that touches them.
Dreadwurms - Four mutated bloodworms which reside in Paguron's composite shell. These voracious sea worms lash out with their toothy, extending mouths, attacking anything that comes near their host. The Dreadwurms have an insatiable apetite and will continuosly bite and gulp down the flesh of their enemy until pulled off. If the Dreadwurms are hungry or angry enough, they will actually leave Paguron's shell, wrapping around their foe and continuing to feed on it. If a dreadwurms head is cut off, the body will regrow a new head and the severed head will regrow a new body- though only in matches where regeneration is allowed, such as in Enhanched mode.
Anemone King - A massive sea enemone, anchored to Pagurus' shell. The giant, fleshy carnivore has an enormous mouth filled with rows and rows of razor sharp teeth, which is lined with retractable tentacles. The tentacles cause a burning, stinging sensation when touched.
Low Tide - The Anemone King on Paguron's back frequently devours muck from the bottom of the sea, filtering out the creatures living in it and devouring them. As a weapon, the Anemone can vomit geysers of the sea mud it's ingested. This dark gray, fine-grained sand is the kind of muck found on the ocean floor. Thick and heavy, pressurized blasts of this goop can knock down a monster. And, like any sand, it sticks to you. The real power of the muck is, however, it's aroma- the overpowering stench of low tide. The horrific smell is made even worse by being partially digested and held in the belly of a giant sea monster for several days. The offensive odor is extremely, extremely offensive and because the sand sticks to monsters, so does it. The stench does not easily wash off, and it becomes increasingly more vile as the temperature increases.
High Tide - Paguron can spit pressurized geysers of salt water from his mouth, striking foes with surprising force and accuracy. The high-pressure blasts are much more painful than one might expect, and the high salinity stings eyes, nostrils, and open wounds.
Powers:
Shell - Paguron's monstrous fortress of a shell is a combination of many materials, mainly natural shell and scavenged boulders. It is very heavy, very hard, and very dense. Breaking completely through it is nearly impossible. It is further guarded by large spikes. Paguron and his Dreadwurms can fully retract their bodies into it to avoid harm.
Exoskeleton - Paguron's crustacean exoskeleton acts as body armor, further protecting him from harm.
Amphibious - Paguron and his symbiotes have modified gills which allow them to breath equally well in and out of the water.
Burrowing - Paguron can use his claws, legs, and immense bulk to burrow through sand and loose soil.
History: An aquatic hermit crab and it's symbiotes grown to immense size; presumably a man-made mutation. Paguron and his companions are simple minded invertebrates and act only as animals. They possess no great intelligence or strategy, and simply fight to the finish. Though Paguron capitolizes on his strong defense, he is relentless and surprisingly quick when attacking, using his claws and ravenous symbiote monsters to ravage his prey.
