Race
Name: Human
Basic Height: 5' 6 Basic Mass: 180 lbs
Basic Description: The inhabitants of Planet Zi are humans, so nothing special there. As for clothing, they tend to wear loose-fitting, dull-colored clothes. Most have facial tattoos.
History: The people of Planet Zi are the descendants of one of the many groups that disembarked from Earth centuries ago. Their ship suffered damage from an errant asteroid and was forced to make a crash landing on the nearest habitable planet, stranding them there and cutting them off from the rest of the human race scattered across the cosmos. Fortunately, the majority of the occupants survived the crash. Unfortunately, most of their equipment was irreparably damaged in the crash, forcing them to go without much modern technology and lead relatively simple lives of farming and the like.
As the decades passed and the original survivors began to die off, their descendants began to truly settle in on the planet, their population growing and forming cities and eventually nations. Of course, as is human nature, conflict eventually arose. Making use of the mechanical life forms which inhabited Zi, the people waged war on each other. For decades the Great War raged, leaving millions of casualties and huge areas of land reduced to barren wasteland.
Before the warring factions could annihilate each other completely, though, something much, much bigger came along: the first Intergalactic War. An alien attack force descended upon the planet, hoping to take the planet’s resources. The warring factions of humans called an immediate ceasefire in order to mutually ensure survival. Utilizing their armies of Zoids, they were able drive off the invaders.
Shortly after, The Games began. Being rather uninterested in conquering other worlds, the inhabitants of Zi only needed to fight when Zi itself was the target. That all changed many decades later when Earth was rediscovered. Despite never having been there, the humans still felt the need to protect their ancestral home world.

Home WorldName: Planet Zi Terrain: (Note: the Central Continent isn’t split into three sections as depicted there) Climate is very much like Earth, albeit a bit warmer. Much of the planet is lush and green, though vast areas of wasteland still exist, primarily on the Central Continent, having not yet recovered from the damage caused by the Great War. Capital: New Helic City (Helic Republic), Guygalos (Guylos Empire) Capital History: During the Great War which ravaged Planet Zi, there were two sides to the conflict: The Helic Republic and the Guylos Empire. Before the Republic and Empire could destroy each other, they were interrupted by an invading alien armada. After fighting off the invaders and learning of the Intergalactic War, the two nations decided to put their differences aside and signed a peace agreement. With the threat of another alien attack looming, their war seemed petty and meaningless. The two nations remained separate, though, for the sake of simplicity. Both capital cities are located on the Central Continent, with the Republic’s capital on the east coast and the Empire’s capital on the southwestern coast. Both cities are heavily defended with a combination of Zoids and powerful emplaced weapons such as charged particle cannon turrets and missile launchers.

CharacterName: General John Krueger Height: 6'2 Mass: 200 lbs Description: Age 53 History: One of the few people still in the military that personally witnessed the Great War, John Krueger was just a young boy when the alien armada invaded Planet Zi and brought an abrupt end to the war. His home village in the Helic Republic, which had managed to come through the Great War relatively unharmed, was almost completely destroyed in the ensuing conflict. He and his family managed to survive, though his father was permanently crippled. Many others were not so fortunate. Wanting to do anything in his power to prevent such events in the future, he decided to join the military. By the time Krueger had come of age, The Games had been going on for a few years. Once in the military, his tactical ability was quickly recognized by the higher-ups. Now, he serves as the general for the Helic army and is leader of the Guardian Force, the joint division between the Helic and Guylos armies in charge of The Games.

CharacterName: Major Richard Palta Height: 6'0 Mass: 160 lbs Description: Age 26 i133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/Palta1.jpgi133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/Palta2.jpgHistory: Born and raised in Guygalos, Richard Palta had always shown great interest in working on Zoids. By the time he was 13, he was the unofficial Zoid mechanic in his neighborhood. At 15, he was modifying not only the bodies of Zoids, but also their operating systems. Not surprisingly, when he turned 18 he was approached by the Guylos military, who wanted him to help design new weapons and computer codes. Of course he jumped at the opportunity to work on Zoids with nigh-unlimited funding. Since then he has designed several new Zoids, operating systems, and military computer programs. He is now head of the technology division of both the Guylos army. He’s also in charge of maintaining the giant Zoids used in The Games, which he also designed.

CharacterName: Colonel Stigma Stoller Height: 6'1 Mass: 170 lbs Description: Age 30 History: Another native of Guygalos, Stigma Stoller was always the quiet kid that kept to himself and had few friends, so he shocked everyone that knew him when he joined the Guylos military shortly after turning 18. Aside from enjoying (and being nigh-unbeatable at) strategy games, he showed no signs of even a passing interest in the military. Upon joining, though, he quickly proved to be both a highly skilled Zoid pilot and a brilliant tactician. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Colonel at 29. He works with General Krueger in the Guardian Force.

StarshipName: Great Whale King Description: At 933 meters tall and 3732 meters long, the Great Whale King is an absolutely massive transport ship. It is capable of carrying all three of the mega-Zoids, 1000 normal Zoids and their respective pilots, and still have plenty of room to spare. The crew that actually runs this massive ship is surprisingly small, only about 500. Defenses: - Triple Beam Cannon: Located on the top of the GWK, about midway down its back, is a triple-barreled beam cannon. Very powerful, but its slow turning speed makes it difficult to use against small and/or fast targets. i133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/GWKTripleCannon.jpg- Cannons: 16 massive, battleship-like cannons are located at various points on the Great Whale King’s body. The first four are located near the top of its “head” and are only able to pivot up and down slightly. The remaining 12 are mounted in pairs on 6 turrets. Two turrets are mounted side-by-side about midway between Triple Cannon and the end of the GWK’s tail. The remaining four are located on the lower sides of the GWK, two on either side and between the fins and tail. Additionally, the turrets can rotate 360 degrees and each cannon can incline up to 90 degrees, giving them excellent coverage. All 16 fire highly-explosive armor-piercing shells. i133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/GWKTailTurret1.jpgi133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/GWKTailTurret2.jpg(ignore the black color scheme) - Jaws: The Great Whale King’s primary entrance and exit is its mouth, which is lined with large teeth. This means that the GWK can literally bite an opposing warship and send in its Zoids to board the ship through the gaping holes made by its teeth. - Armor: The Great Whale King’s greatest asset is its insanely thick armor. Put simply, the ship is nigh-impossible to bring down. - Shielding: The Great Whale King is heavily shielded from electrical surges, high magnetism, EMPs, sonic disruption, and other such things which would normally fry or otherwise interfere with electronics, making them non-issues.

MechName: Berserk Fuhrer Height: 80 meters Length: 205 meters Mass: 90,000 tons DescriptionAttacks: - Buster Claws: The Berserk Fuhrer has two sets of three razor-sharp blades attached to highly flexible arms mounted on his backpack. The blades can charge with ion energy to further increase their cutting power. Charge time is instantaneous. In addition to basic slashing and stabbing, the Buster Claws can be used like drills by rotating the blades to face outward and spinning the arrays at high speeds. - Beam cannons: There is a powerful beam cannon housed in the vertex of each set of Buster Claws. The blasts they fire don’t pack much explosive power, however they have a high degree of penetration, being able to punch through a solid block of steel 20 feet thick. - Tesla-claw: The Berserk Fuhrer can surge massive amounts of electricity through his Buster Claws, electrocuting any opponent in their grasp. - Light Particle Cannons: These fire from the same barrels as the beam cannons. The Buster Claws generate charged particles, which are drawn into the barrels in the center of the arrays. The cannons then each fire off a compressed “beam” of charged particles at the opponent. The particles travel at nearly the speed of light, and as such the beams have very high penetrative ability. Also, due to the friction between the particles and whatever they contact, they also give off a large amount of heat. Charge time is approximately 3 seconds. - Super Charged Particle Cannon: The Berserk Fuhrer’s most devastating weapon. It works on the same principle as the Light Particle cannons, however, much more energy and charge time is required. In order for this attack to be used, the Fuhrer must have his foot locks in place, his boosters (which double as particle intakes) fully open, the vents along his tail and neck open, and the barrel in his throat extended. The Buster Claws can also be used as charged particle collectors, but this is not necessary. Charged particles then gather at the end of the barrel, and eventually fire off in the form of a powerful beam. This beam packs an incredible amount of force and heat. Even the shockwave it generates is capable of throwing 100,000+ ton kaiju off their feet. Charge time is about 10 seconds without the Buster Claws being used as collectors, 8 seconds when they are used. Limited to 2 uses per battle. Powers: - Energy Shield: The Berserk Fuhrer can generate a powerful energy shield. Comes in two flavors: Frontal Force Shield - A powerful energy shield generated by touching the tips of his Buster Claws together. Practically unbreakable, but it only covers the front half of the Fuhrer. Omni-directional Shield - The Berserk Fuhrer can generate an energy shield by opening one or both of his Buster Claws. If only one is opened, the shield that’s generated only covers the area the size of the opened Claw. However, if both Buster Claws are utilized, the resulting shield will form a dome around the Fuhrer. Regardless of the configuration, this shield is only about half as strong as the Frontal Shield. - Organoid System: Berserk Fuhrer has a highly advanced A.I. system. This system, dubbed the Organoid System, allows the Berserk Fuhrer to move, think, and act on his own, thus eliminating the need for a pilot. The system is so advanced that he even learns from his experiences in battle, allowing him to memorize opponents’ weaknesses and attack patterns. It is a truly powerful system. The Berserk Fuhrer is actually a sentient being. - Shielding: BF’s circuits are heavily shielded. Meaning electrical surges, high magnetism, EMPs, sonic disruption, and other such things which would normally fry or otherwise interfere with electronics are a non-issue. Electrical attacks still do normal damage, but don’t have the aforementioned adverse side effects usually associated with being used on a machine. - Speed: The system of boosters built into the Berserk Fuhrer’s legs, in addition to the ion boosters on his backpack, allow him to hover at a maximum speed of mach 2 and grant him a high level of agility. - Magnetic feet: The bottoms of the Berserk Fuhrer’s feet can magnetize, allowing him to walk on metallic surfaces (i.e: the hull of the Great Whale King). History: The first of the three mega-Zoid “brothers” built for The Games, the Berserk Fuhrer is the smallest and fastest. Being the physically weakest and lightest armored, he makes up for it with speed, agility, and numerous weapons. As such, the Berserk Fuhrer is generally used in battles where speed and finesse are required.

MechName: Gojulas Giga Height: 120 meters (Battle Mode), 102 meters (Pursuit Mode) Length: 208 meters (Grapple Mode), 246 meters (Pursuit Mode) Mass: 150,000 tons DescriptionPursuit mode - i133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/GojulasGigaPursuitmode.jpgBattle mode - i133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/GojulasGigaGrapplemode.jpgFoot lock closeups: i133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/FootLock1.jpgi133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/FootLock2.jpgTail blade closeups: i133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/TailBlades1.jpgi133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/TailBlades2.jpgAttacks: - Jaws: Giga’s jaws are incredibly powerful, capable of rending even the toughest of flesh and metal. - Tail blades: Mounted on the end of Giga’s tail are a pair of sharp blades. These blades can charge with energy to further increase their cutting power. - Giga Cannons: A pair of massive cannons mounted on Giga’s back. The ridiculously large shells fired by these ridiculously large cannons are, logically, very powerful. A direct hit will more often than not send the opponent flying a fair distance and leave the impact area with some very painful damage. - Thunder Strike: Housed in each plate along Giga’s back, neck, and tail is an ion generator, which when charged will unleash a massive bolt of electricity. In order to execute this attack, Giga must be in Pursuit mode and have his foot locks in place. The foot locks are a safety measure to prevent the attack from discharging back into himself. After a relatively short charge-up (about 3 seconds), 32 bolts of raw electrical power discharge from Giga’s plates and strike the target. It should be noted that these bolts will home in on the target somewhat. Powers: - Organoid System: Giga has an Organoid System, just like his brother the Berserk Fuhrer. - Physical Strength: Giga, being designed to overpower opponents, is extremely physically strong. He is easily capable of shoving around triple his own body weight. - Armor: Giga's armor is made of the same alloy as the Berserk Fuhrer's, albeit considerably thicker. Because of this, it is very difficult to inflict serious damage to him. - Shielding: Giga’s circuits are heavily shielded. - Magnetic feet: The bottoms of the Gojulas Giga’s feet can magnetize, allowing him to walk on metallic surfaces (i.e: the hull of the Great Whale King). History: The second of the three mega-Zoid “brothers” built for The Games, the Gojulas Giga is the “middleweight”. Larger and slower than his slightly younger brother, the Berserk Fuhrer, but much more physically powerful and heavily armored. He is used for general-purpose battles or battles where little is known about the opponent.

MechName: King Gojulas Height: 120 meters (141 meters at top of horn) Length: 203 meters Mass: 200,000 tons Descriptioni133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/KingGojulas1.jpgi133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/KingGojulas2.jpgi133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/KingGojulas4.jpgi133.photobucket.com/albums/q54/InfernoRodan/KingGojulas5.jpgAttacks: - Laser Horn: Similar to the Gojulas Giga’s tail blades, the large horn on the King Gojulas’ head can charge with red laser energy. However, the power output of the blade is much greater, to the point that the effective cutting blade created by the energy is actually double the length of the actual horn. Similar in appearance to Destoroyah’s Laser Horn when swung. - Super Gatling Gun: A somewhat misleading name for a very unique weapon. The large, rotating, tri-barreled cannon located on the center of the King Gojulas’ chest is actually three cannons in one. Light Particle Cannon - Identical to the weapons used by the Berserk Fuhrer. One of the barrels of the Super Gatling Gun can fire a compressed “beam” of charged particles at the opponent. This beam packs essentially no explosive power at all, but more than makes up for it with its extremely high penetration power and heat. Unlike on the Berserk Fuhrer, this weapon has zero charge time on the King Gojulas. Electromagnetic Cannon - An electrical beam fired from another of the Super Gatling Gun’s barrels. It packs moderate explosive force and heat, and also (obviously) delivers a powerful shock to the target. Plasma Cannon - A fairly standard beam weapon fired from the third barrel of the Super Gatling Gun. Highly explosive and packing moderate heat. Normally, a single one of these cannons can be fired in an extended beam. However, what makes the Super Gatling Gun so special, and what gave it its name, is the fact that it can fire quick shots from each in rapid succession by rotating the gun quickly. When doing this, it can fire up to 2 barrels per second, meaning it can fire 2 shots from each barrel in 3 seconds. - Gatling Cannons: The two double-barreled cannons located slightly below and to either side of the Super Gatling Gun are fairly standard Gatling Cannons. They fire massive, solid slugs at a rate of two shots per second per cannon, giving them exceptional stopping power. However, the barrels are quite short, so power drops off quite quickly. As such, they’re most effective at close- to mid-range. - Death Scream: The King Gojulas can unleash a massively loud, focused blast of sound from his maw which can cause heavy damage to anything caught in its line of fire. This isn’t specifically tuned to work against a given target like some sonic weapons. Instead, it simply rattles the target apart through sheer force of sound. Powers: - Organoid System: The King Gojulas has an Organoid System, just like his brothers the Berserk Fuhrer and Gojulas Giga. - Physical Strength: The King Gojulas possesses incredible strength, enough to lift three times his own weight. - Armor: The King Gojulas’ armor is made of the same alloy as his brothers’, but it’s even thicker than the Gojulas Giga’s, by as much as 50% in some areas. - Shielding: The King Gojulas’ circuits are heavily shielded. - Magnetic feet: The bottoms of the King Gojulas’ feet can magnetize, allowing him to walk on metallic surfaces (i.e: the hull of the Great Whale King). History: The last of the three mega-Zoid “brothers” built for The Games, the King Gojulas is the largest and physically strongest. He’s also the most heavily armored, making him the slowest and least agile. As such, the King Gojulas is normally used in battles where sheer power is needed and agility isn’t.
