This is a tough one. On the one hand, Magmire can regenerate quickly, and nigh indefinately. However, his heat weapons are of little to no use against Darktide. Meanwhile, Darktide's two biggest weapons here, the Linear Cannon and Impact Cannons, are somewhat limited in their use.
Darktide could take it, I suppose, if he used all his Impact Cannon rounds in such rapid succession that he nuked the core real fast. He knows how to kill Magmire too, as he's from Magmire's future.
However, I won't vote just yet. I want to see if anyone else might come up with a good argument first.

Umm.
Magmire can't really do much to Darktide with his heat attacks, but Darktide's weapons aren't as effective either. But from what Omega said, Darktide apparently knows how to kill Magmire, and apparently can. So with that.
Darktide wins?

Well, I guess Magmire could overload Darktide with energy. But other than that, I don't think there's much Maggy could do to Darktide. Darktide would have problems if Magmire gets close enough to render the impact cannons useless. Then Magmire could also use his regen to heal his wounds quickly. Imma wait and see if anybody else says something about this but for now I will vote for Magmire.

Eh, There isn't a whole lot Magmire can do to Darktide. Darktide's impact cannons, despite their limited ammo, can still put some hurt on Magmire. And... uhh... Harmonics Disruptor? Yeah...

Yeah, I guess Darktide pulls a win off here. There's not much Magmire could do to him anyways.
