Description: Tin-man is a humanoid machine, first and foremost. He stands erecton two legs, has two arms, and a head, along with a humanoid body type.
Tin-man's head is cylindrical, like a coffee can, with a short tank barrel for a nose that he can move in most any direction. He has a "hat" shaped like a funnel, which constantly belchs forth steam. The eyes look a lot like car headlights and are electric blue in color, and he has a pair of "lightbub" shaped protrusions coming where the ears would be. His mouth is shaped a lot like a PA speaker.
The torso is also cylindrical, but larger, and features a number of glowing LEDs and a radiation hazard symbol that glows in the dark. Bolts and rivets hold various armor plates in place. The arms are thin near where they connect to the torso, and are seemingly held in place by large screws. The lower right arm is conical, with the smallest point point being where they connect to the elbow, which is an odd combination of a ball bearing and screws. There is a raised barrel near the wrist, and the hand features a five-fingered array, with claw-like tips. The left arm, although the same in the upper arm, is actually a large chainsaw appendage. It differs from traditional chainsaws in that, instead of a chain, it features multiple curved blades that rotate at over 6000 RPMs.
The waist in a collection of gears and screws that allows the upper and lower halves of the machine to pivot in opposite directions. The legs are conjoined to the hips by large screws, and are similar to the arms in design, with thin, girder-like upper legs, and conical lower legs, each one ending in a boot-shaped foot.

Tin-man also carries a large axe on his back, that he can wield with his right hand.
Offensive Powers:
1. Chainsaw- A powerful chainsaw made of plasma-forged titanium alloys and coated with a synthetic diamond coating designed to never wear down. Ideal fo rshreddingflesh and armor alike.
2. Cannon-Nose- Tin-man's nose is a potent piece of artillery in it's own right, and can fire cannon shells with surprising speed and power. A few hits are enough to cause noticeable damage to most monsters.
3. Fuel Rod Cannon- Tin-man can fire off depeleted plutonium fuel rods from his right arm. These explode in devastating fashion, with enough force to topple monsters and shatter armor, along with lethal does of radiation that spread out from the impact. This is used sparingly, as Tin-man must first deplete a fuel rod from his own reactor to use it.
4. Electroshcoker- Tin-man's "ears" can emit bolts of electricity powerful enough to harm even Godzilla.
5. Axe- Tin-man's axe is magentically attached to his back, and the same attachment allows it to be thrown like a boomerang if need be. The blade is also made of plasma-forged titanium alloys coated with a synthetic diamond exterior.
6. Deforestation Conflagration- Tin-man has an extremely powerful flamethrower weapon concealed in his rear end.
Defensive Powers-
1. Electrical Absorbtion- Tin-man can absorb electrical energy and re-direct electrical to his "ears" for absorption.
2. Rockets- Tin-man has rocket boosters in his feet, allowing a max flightspeed of Mach 1 with minimal mobility.
3. Armor- Plasma forged titanium alloys allow for lightweight, but durable protection.
4. Steam Cloud- Tin-man can temporarily cloud his position by exhuding a cloud of steam from hsi reactors throught the vent on the top of his head.
5. AI- Despite a rather goofy appearance, Tin-man posesses an extremely sophisitcated AI system, allowing him to plan and process informtion at lightning speeds, as well as research data on a monster prior to entering combat.
6. Mobility- Tin-man is surprisingly agile and quick on the ground.
