Appearance: Some sort of Congar-like entity, or perhaps somehow Congar himself, from the far distant future. This mysterious being has the same general appearance as Congar, though he is shiny, smooth, silver, and somewhat angular. He completely lacks a nose, ears, and fur. At the bottoms of his feet are pale blue circles. His eyes glow blue.
Attacks
Brute Strength - Millenia Congar is extremely strong, able to lift monsters his own weight and throw them. His punches can send other monsters flying.
Sonic Roar - Identical to normal Congar's roar, Millenia Congar lets out a visible blast of sound that can send enemies flying.
Flight - The circles on the bottoms of his feet being some sort of "jet boot" devices, blue flames shoot from the bottoms of Millenia Congar's feet, and he takes to the air.
Spikes - Millenia Congar's body, which appears to be some sort of living metal, can form spikes from his "skin". He can grow them on his arms and fire them off, or grow them on his knuckles for additional melee damage. He can also make his fingertips sharpen in a similar manner for slashing attacks.
Arm Blaster - Congar's fist sinks into his arm and disapears, his arm becoming an organic energy cannon. He can then rapidly fire orange blasts of energy. Blasts can be charged to deal larger amounts of damage.

Primate Intelligence - Millenia Congar is highly intelligent and a tool user. He will pick up or break off pieces of his environment and use them in creative ways to defend himself or attack his enemies. He is also quick to figure out the weaknesses of his enemies, and can then exploit them strategically.
Reflective Exterior - Millenia Congar's shiny, metal-like body can reflect light-based beam attacks back at his attackers. It is also highly resistant to conventional weaponry.
