Brute Strength - Physically, White Congar is extremely powerful. He can lift monsters as heavy as himself and throw them hundreds of feet through the air. His blows can shatter buildings, and he can send a monster flying thousands of feet with his brutal punches.
Frost Breath - In a cone-shaped formation, visible as a blur in the air, White Congar can exhale a blast of freezing air. This extra-long roar is nowhere near as forceful or loud as regular Congar's Sonic Roar, but is extremely cold. Monsters hit by this blast of freezing air will have their temperatures lowered, making them sluggish, and will coat them in a thin layer of ice.
Freeze Blast - White Congar lets loose with all his power, unleashing an expanding orb of white energy. Anything caught in this blast is immediately frozen, encased in thick ice, leaving the enemy vulernable to attack.

Primate Intelligence - White Congar is highly intelligent and a tool user. He will pick up or break off pieces of his environment and use them in creative ways to defend himself or attack his enemies. He is also quick to figure out the weaknesses of his enemies, and can then exploit them strategically.
Cold Immunity - White Congar is completely immune to low temperatures and all ice element attacks.
