In Tokyo, large quantities of water gathered at the middle of the city, pulsating and shifting as it shaped itself. The first noticeable limbs on the beast were its arms, followed shortly by its wings sprouting from its back. The tail and legs formed themselves, followed finally by the head of the beast. Perfect Chaos roared when he had finished reforming himself and looked around. He was not alone, that much could easily be determined by another roar answering his own.
Turning to the source, Perfect Chaos snarled when he spotted Godzilla. The King of the Monsters roared his challenge, and the water-based monster gladly accepted, charging into battle. Godzilla opened up with his nuclear beam, to which Perfect Chaos reacted by teleporting behind Godzilla. The Monster King screeched his surprise as a watery hand clenched about the back of his neck and lifted him clean off of his feet without so much as a grunt.
Perfect Chaos threw Godzilla a few hundred meters away and charged his Chaos Magic into his maw, firing a rainbow-colored beam at the saurian king. Godzilla roared as the beam impacted on his hide, but he rose again. He was determined to remove this intruder's presence from the lands he fed from. Godzilla was about to fire his beam weapon again when a Kaiju-sized spear stabbed his left shoulder and exploded. The King roared in pain as his shoulder blade was now exposed, burnt by the explosion.
This being was strong, very strong. He had to bring it out early. Twirling around, Godzilla fired his Hyper Spiral Ray at Perfect Chaos. The water dragon just smirked and created a large hole in his body where the beam was aimed, dodging it completely without taking a single step. Had he been able to, Godzilla's eyes would have bulged out, he had never faced a foe that could dodge like Perfect Chaos just did. Chaos decided to make his foe's energy worth-while, and lashed out with his water tendrils, latching onto Godzilla and beginning to drain his energy.
The Monster King roared and tried to pry them off, but he was quickly becoming tired and their grip was like a large python's coils to an adult human. It wasn't long before Chaos had drained a large amount of energy and released Godzilla from his tendrils. They began to place themselves in a circle above Chaos and charge with the stolen energy. Godzilla roared, firing a nuclear blast, but Chaos again teleported away from the beam and continued building a sphere of energy. Once he had put all of the stolen energy into it, he threw the orb at Godzilla. It connected and burned the King's flesh away when it detonated. The nuclear titan's regeneration would compensate for the damage soon, though, so Godzilla ignored the pain and charged in to close combat.
Chaos grinned; he had hoped displaying his prowess at ranged combat would bring his foe into melee distance, where he truly ruled the fight. If Godzilla thought he was a slouch up close and personal... he had a few other things coming at him. The tendrils were forged again, but this time they had axe- and sword-like ends. Godzilla roared as his body was slashed at multiple angles and Perfect Chaos just laughed. He stabbed Godzilla below his sternum and lifted him up as he forged another Chaos Lance.
'Chaos will end your suffering now,' he thought as he jabbed the spear into Godzilla's heart and teleported away. He watched as the King of Monsters died in an explosion of Chaos Magic. He roared his victory until the earth trembled beneath him. Pausing, he looked around curiously until he found Biolantte. The plant monster had emerged from the ground soon after Godzilla had died, and Chaos did not take kindly to interruptions of his victory.
Snarling, the water monster summoned up a wave and propelled it at Biolantte, followed closely by hundreds of Chaos Lances. The plant monster shielded herself from the wall of water with her vines, but was caught off guard by all the Chaos Lances impacting on her flesh. The numerous explosions that followed were too much for the genetic mutation to take and she perished from too much blood loss. Chaos shrugged this easy victory off without much thought, but a screech alerted him that yet another monster challenged him...
Correction, two monsters had decided to double team him. Battra and Armor Mothra flew in. They fired their respective beams, but failed to hit the nervous system or the brain, resulting in Chaos just grunting in annoyance and returning fire on Battra with his Chaos Blast. The black moth deftly avoided it, only to fly right into the water monster's waiting tendrils. They started draining Battra's energy, but were interrupted when Armor Mothra separated them from their creator, making Chaos snarl in anger. He teleported right in front of Armor Mothra, causing her to screech in surprise, and grabbed her head.
The water dragon laughed as he began to surge Chaos Magic through her like electricity, finding their way through any cracks that were in the armor and shocking Mothra's body. Now it was Battra's turn to interrupt Chaos as he fired his prism beams, striking Chaos' brain. The water dragon shrieked with pain as he let go of Mothra to clutch his head. Chaos' form glowed for a few seconds and collapsed. Armor Mothra was about to celebrate a victory...
When Perfect Chaos reformed behind her and roared. The moth, startled, turned around to face the water monster, only to have her armor assaulted by Chaos' water tendrils, tipped with axes and swords again. The guardian moth screeched her surprise, but her armor managed to deflect Chaos' blades long enough for her to escape. Battra and Mothra fly together again, trying to discuss a strategy. Not long after, they agree on one.
Chaos humored them and let their plan unfold, knowing he could just teleport out of harms way. Battra screeched as he surged foward, grabbing Chaos' arms with his legs and pulling them behind the larger water monster's back. Caught by surprise, Chaos' roared and tried to shake him off, temporarily forgetting his tendrils. Armor Mothra screeched as she charged her body with her ancestors' power, turning her semi-translucent as she dashed at Perfect Chaos, intending to smite the beast with Transecnding Fate. If she assumed correctly, Chaos would be incapable of teleporting while being in contact with another being.
Chaos understood the unfolding situation, though, when he noticed Armor Mothra rushing him. He faked continual struggle against Battra's hold, as if he was trapped and could not escape, adding to the ruse with frustrated roaring. He just had to time it perfectly to kill two birds with one stone.

Perfect Chaos flashed, teleporting out of Battra's hold, causing both moths to shriek. Neither of them knew that Chaos could still teleport, wasn't he trapped? If he could teleport the whole time, why not do it sooner? Armor Mothra realized why Chaos waited as she saw Battra crystalize and explode, his sacrifice in vain. As she began to fade back into her solid self, Perfect Chaos struck her form with a Chaos Lance in time to prevent her armor from deflecting it, yet late enough for her body itself to be solid enough to touch. The guardian moth screech her last as she met her fate in a fashion similar to the late Godzilla.
Chaos roared, finally victorious with no other challengers...
However, crystals landed all about him. Eyes wide, he looked around and roared a challenge. The cosmic demon, Space Godzilla, replied in kind and fired a Corona beam. Chaos morphed his body again, allowing the beam to pass him harmlessly, he didn't know Space Godzilla could control it, and was in for the shock of his life as the beam curled and still exploded on him. He shrieked in pain and surprise, but formed back to his normal body none-the-less. Chaos snarled and fired a Chaos Blast. The magical beam was a foreign energy to Space Godzilla, so he did not know how to react, bring up his shield? Or attempt to dodge it assuming Chaos couldn't control it. That moment cost him, as the beam exploded on his face.
Shaking stars from his head, Space Godzilla looked to have a giant wall of water crash on him, followed by many painful stings, as if hundreds of bees were attacking him with their stingers. He ignored it and went to fire another Corona beam... Until chunks of his flesh were literally blow off from his body, making him scream from the pain, and left an opening for Chaos to throw a Chaos Lance at him. It imbedded itself in his chest and detonated, destroying his heart and ending the cosmic demon.
Perfect Chaos looked around at least five times, looking for more would be challengers. He saw none, but waited a few more seconds... No one came, and Chaos finally proclaimed his udisputed victory.

Battle Style: Perfect Chaos will engage an enemy from afar at first, but after a few trades of beams, he'll close the distance with Chaos Control and get in some one's face. If this proves to be damaging to Chaos more then long-range combat, he'll teleport away again and resume beam fighting, on the other hand, he'll stay up close if them enemy seems less proficient with melee attacks.
