Other Arena Titles

Well, I figure that since the final round of the championship tournament will be starting soon, I should brink up the possibility of other title matches.

Tag Team- everyone's favorite, where you pick a partner, and go at it with another team.

Hardcore- Not to be confused with the porn, this version features all T&C combat, with no projectile weapons or energized strikes.

and others, if someone cna think of them.

Also, for a new match type:

Switch: You and your opponent both agree to play as one of each other's monsters, rather than your own.

Any thoughts?

I know Tag-Team and Hardcore are shoe-ins. I'm also, probably, gonna' be doing some other titles like the Mecha Title and Insecticidal Title.

*Chuckles* When I et this revamp done, I'll actually have some heavyweights to toss into Hardcore...and once they finish ogling the ladies, man, will the carnage start.

Obviously, to compliment that there has to be a beam/projectile only fight...probably need an alien title or mutation title or draconian/dinosaur-esque title, they're common enough...

I still support a tourney where people fight for style rather than damage...ah well. Otherwise, yeah, go for it...if I recall correctly, there were other titles back at the original arena, some for non-giant kaiju characters...and while most of our fighters are kaiju-sized, if we were willing to all expend some time, we could have a video game character tourney with modified game characters, perhaps a movie character tourney, or a humanoid tourney...scaled down arenas, of course...
