Gojulas Giga Stats and Demo Battlevs Jericho Stats and Demo BattleArena: Washington D.C. Rules: Jericho can't use his satellite cannon ---- This one's a toughie. Both are tanks with considerable firepower. Jericho has the mass advantage, but Gojulas has the speed, and is a little more effective at close range. I suppose it'll come down to how well the Plasma Gravity Flails can harm GG, but this is one of those fights that might work more in the Giga's favor, as he will get smarter the longer the battle progresses. I'll abstain for the moment, although lean a little towards Jericho. If he starts spinning around like a top and swinging his flails like that, Giga's in trouble.

I KNEW this was coming as soon as you posted the demo battle.
And damn, it'll be a helluva match. Giga has the immediate disadvantage, since Jericho's Stonehenge Cannons pack one hell of a whallop, even moreso than the Giga Cannons. But, they have the disadvantage of only being able to fire twice before having to reload. 'Course, I suppose he could stagger it so he still has two out while the other two reload.
However, if any kaiju can take multiple hits from the Stonehenge Cannons, it's Giga. He'll be able to squeeze off a couple rounds of his own at Jericho, and even though that won't floor Jericho like Jericho's cannons do him, they'll still make Jericho stagger long enough for Giga to charge up a Thunder Strike. I don't know much about Jericho's inner-workings, but massive electrical attacks generally aren't good for mechs.
And despite Jericho's wrecking balls o' doom, Giga definitely has him melee combat. The Gravity Flails are more effective at mid-range, where their momentum from being swung is greatest. But Giga will be right up in Jericho's face. And getting one's head bitten off usually isn't conducive to victory.
So I'm leaning toward Giga, but it'll be close.
