Devastator MK II - Yet another old creation, redesigned. The original was simply "Devastator", and was a big, spherical looking tank with humonguos dual plasma cannons. It was pretty lame, to be quite honest- but I liked the idea of a giant tank. So, I basically just made a new one from scratch, this time based more on real world technology.
Ovira - I wanted another "good guy", and also noticed that I didn't have any insects in my roster. So, I thought to myself... what would be a cool, yet obscure bug that I could kaiju-ify? I remembered the Giant Ichneumon and immediately started work on an egg-shooting wasp monster.
Unit 246 - Just wanted another mech and started doodling. I liked the armless, bipedal mech types, so I went with that. I guess the closest thing to inspiration I had was chemistry class, heh.
The Bunyip - I also noticed that I didn't really have any mammals, unless you count Tokunaga, and I'm not sure that you would. I was chatting with MM about it, and he told me that "all the good mammals have been taken". Upon hearing that, I instantly decided to find something really random or stupid (other than a sloth...) and turn it into a decent kaiju. And then I remembered that most wonderful duck billed monotreme... I figured I'd kill two birds with one metaphor and mixed in a cryptid/mythology origin to boot. The Bunyip was born. Er, hatched.

May as well update mine too.
Die Spinne - I've wanted to do a decent spider for ages now, but was never quite sure how to approach it. How to make it unique was a major problem. I kept invisioning him and Ry having a hilarious battle with both of them stuck to one another via web, and decided to just go ahead and make him a semi-joke monster. Rather than making him dark, insideous and indirect - as spiders are known to be - I decided to make him a good old fashioned brawler, and modelled his abilities as such. I threw in some nifty glowing powers cause I thought I could get away with a few more of my monsters carrying energy weapons. Also cause I thought the image of his eyes flashing like that would be gnarly.... Finally, I tacked on a face that was as menacing as it was ridiculous and set him loose.
Benzin - Dempsey and I discussed a possibility of Rygama's cerebral tissue bonding with oil and resulting in a living oil blob. That very day, we decided to make it a technology assimilator and pretty soon, a walking mass of industry was born. I played around with his design and weaponry, trying to come up with a look that was both logical and mirrored Ry's in some way. I think it worked out nicely. Unlike most of my monsters, Benzin hasn't really changed much since conception.

Dunkleoder - Funny story about this guy. His spot originally belonged to a bat-skunk hybrid. It then went to a snake. Then to an aquatic chimera (heavily shark and swordfish-based) and then finally to what it is now. I knew I wanted a large, powerful snake kaiju that wasn't so much a snake. So I went with eel, and thanks to Bio, got the idea of using the Dunkleosteus. He's also the first kaiju at Arena that can't fight outside the water.
Zygrag - I knew I needed a dinosaur-based mech. I had to have one.. It just didn't seem right. But what could I do? Everything was taken and it'd be hard not to just make another MechaGodzilla or a Riptide clone. I then got the idea when I saw IR's pic of the Goblin Truck. The picture in my mind was simple, a twisted, rusty machine built from car parts and junkyard piles. The basis, at first, was nothing more than he'd have semis for a snout and flood light eyes. Slowly he was developed... Then when telling a few people for test thoughts... I heard about Bio's Benzin. I nearly flipped... He has survived, but now doesn't seem as original as I had hoped. The 'Living Lightning' element was taken from the movie VIRUS while his magnetism was taken from Magneto.

Nova Ghidorah: Every incarnation of Ghidorah is always a bad guy. Well, except for the GMK one, but he was a pussy. I decided to try and make one that was a full-fledged good guy. I modeled him after Grand Ghidorah, his most powerful incarnation, and Nova Ghidorah was born. Originally, his name was Prism Ghidorah, but I wasn't to fond of that name. Nova sounded cooler, and to be honest, Prism sounded a little weak. Maybe because it's so close to "prissy," I dunno.
O.G. Goji: I plucked him from a Civilization 2 scenario I’ve been working on for several months now. In the scenario, you take control of the JSDF and try to fend off the Xilians. Over the course of the scenario, kaiju pop up, and eventually it’s revealed that the spirit of the original Godzilla inhabited an alien’s body and is now controlling the kaiju. I’ve always thought that this was a cool idea, and decided to flush him out into an actual kaiju.
Anguirus: Everyone loves Anguirus, but we all agree he’s not the toughest kaiju on the block. I sought to change that. Thus was born this genetically chopped and screwed Angi (He’s from Houston.)
Lord Malice: Like Bigor, Lord Malice’s roots can be found in Final Fantasy 3/6. The ending boss, before Kefka, is comprised of three separate sections. That’s where I got the idea for Malice. I originally made him somewhere in 10th grade or so, I think, and included him as the final villain in a kaiju book I was writing. In that book, he was named Gargantua. He wasn’t really evil; the book’s mad scientist, Dr. Hue Jass and his assistant, Dr. Al Caholic, had just genetically made him to be like he was.

Cronos- I like MM's Argus. I really do. So, after looking over Argus, and hsi time dragon Guitinolous, as well as DinoHunter's Jotun, I started thinking of a regular pantheon of Greek gods/titans turned into saurians. Cronos is the first, primarily because I wanted a time/space manipulator too.
I've got a list of more to come, including
Zeus/T. Rex Hades/Suchomimus Poseidon/Tylosaur Gaia/Ankylosaur Ares/Carcharodontosaur
and more...

Well, so much for more dino gods. in the meantime, feast your eyes on Yggdrasil.
I wanted a plant kaiju, but i didn't want to use the usual Venus Flytrap, pitcher plants, and other carnivorous designs that so many other folks use. Also, I wanted a large lack of animal traits such as a mouth, eyes, etc. The turtle body was just useful for locomotion, and I based it partly on that new Pokemon, as well as a Digimon from Season 3. The fruit throwing bit comes from Wizard of Oz.

Meta-Ghidorah MK.II - An old creation of mine, Meta-Ghidorah has never had a true place to shine. He was originally cannon fodder for Thunder in Kaiju Origin Tales, but I wanted to bring him back. Meta-Ghidorah MK.II was born.
Devil Tick - Bugs? Got them. Mammals? Got them. Mammal-Bugs? Don't got them. Devil Tick is really growing on me. And I needed an Aussie kaiju to face Bunyip in Origin Tales 2.
Big Cattie - Can't tell, I'm expanding from 40 to 50 for the sheer fact Origin Tales 2 wouldn't be large enough. Big Cattie was spawned from some TV show I watched about large, man-eating fish of the non-shark variety. Never knew catfish could grow so large and the light bulb in my head went off... Big Cattie was born.
Plague - Brought back Swamp, and after watching Willard, I decided to pull a Jesus on Plague and bring back the giant rat. Like Swamp, Plague was slightly modified to be an all-good kaiju opposed to bad. His skunk elements were removed and he was turned into an all rat-based monster.

Jotun - Another Code Red monster. Jotun was inspired by the real-world sauropod Bruhathkayosaurus, which is estimated to have been longer and heavier than even the blue whale, making it the largest animal ever to have existed on Earth. Upon learning this, I instantly thought: "Holy crap... how big would that thing be if it turned into a kaiju?!" Slappy - An old idea that I had hesitated on. Slappy was devised to be Milenko's rival and arch-enemy. I drew inspiration from an old episode of Dexter's Lab, where Dexter turned into mischievous clown and did battle with his sister Dee-Dee, who had become a mime. Veron - I wanted another hard-to-kill kaiju, but didn't want to take the tank route again. I tried thinking of ways to make a monster really irritating to fight, and decided that a trying to fight a disembodied mass of randomly swirling lights would be fittingly aggravating. Unit 150 - I needed another GDF, so I drew up plans for another mech in the same vein as 246. This time I borrowed an idea from one of my favorite oldschool Sega games, King of the Monsters 2. I remembered the character Cyber Woo, who's upper body could detach and fly around to hit enemies at long range. So, I took that concept, tweaked it a little, and applied it to a more serious, less anthropoid mech. Vedarah - Well... everybody's got a giant plant monster. It's practically tradition. So, I made one of my own, modeling it after some of my favorite carnivorous plants and insects.

Got some new guys up as well as revamps, so it's time for a little update...
Typhoon- I wanted an elemental being. Thought of a wind elemental, but decided against it in the end. So I went with a water elemental, designed similarly to the ones in WoW. He came out pretty nice IMO.
Godzilla- Revamped version of Godzilla, since my other version sucked. Loved the design of the unused Delgado Godzilla, so I used that. To make him different from other Godzilla's, I gave him an aura of radiation, to show the effects of nuclear energy to the creature. Also gave him "Radiation Adrenaline" to show how he uses radiation in general.
Kurdran- I decided on a melee flier awhile ago. Just didn't know what to make. Then it popped into my head. Everyone has dragons and stuff like that. I didn't want to fit that flow, so I looked to mythology (and Warcraft >_>) and such for a creature, and the Gryphons of Warcraft popped up. They were the air units of the "good guys" while dragons were the air units of the "bad guys". And thus, Kurdran was born.
Kresh- I decided to think up some kaiju that would seem opposite of their powers, and a turtle and electricity popped up into my thoughts. Made him an upright walking turtle tank, and I enjoy his concept quite a bit.
Gorosaurus- My favorite kaiju of the Godzilla series. Everyone always loves SG, Des, or KG, not the "lower" Goro. So to counter this, I turned Gorosaurus into a beast in melee combat. DH's pic fit what I had in mind, so I asked to use it. And this Gorosaurus was thus born.
Thaussian- This guy was originally going to be in an old RPG MM made (I had undead dudes as my faction), but never got him up. Decided to bring him back to the Arena after I found his old picture, as noone has an undead cyborg (except Bio and his Superion XD). He's based off the Frankenstein monster mixed with a boss from WoW (who was a Frankenstein like creature but had metal components). DH quickly answered the call for a better picture, and it is BADASS. Hope others think the same of this guy.

Oh god, where to begin?
Aisukami- Krystallak inspired. Just wanted to use more of an ice-like Kaiju. It came out pretty nice, ending up being a small, frozen, energy reflector.
Viegrok- Biollante. Period. I just tweaked some stuff that I thought could make it cooler, and Viegrok was the result.
Titanosaurus Evolved- Honest to god love Titanosaurus. Was inspired by some abilities by G:U, and then decided to just throw a little in, make him a little more unique, but keep his tough, brawler type-style. This was the result.
MechaGodzilla Reconstructed- We all know Showa MG was pwnage. I decided to revamp him to survive in current standards, and this was the result.
Ragnorok- Litterally from UaW. (Universe at War.) I was playing it the other day while watching Godzilla and was like 'Hey.... that might be a good idea!' So, I just Kaiju-ized him.
Astro Mecha Ghidorah- I had already done an Alien mechagodzilla reconstructed, and was like SHowa MG+KG=Pwnage. And Waalaa! The result.
Nefuir- Same as Ragnorok. After I did him I was like 'Eh, Why the hell not?'
Gordaga- Orga inspired. Thought it was a shame his Head got sploded, so decided to reincarnate him, a little bigger and badder.
Gelourus- VERY old idea in the making. I always wanted one of those big-psychic dudes, who could slay foes with there mind. While originally, I based it off a Millenium-type being with a single tentacle in the middle, and several small ones, I was going throug Wow-Wiki, found this and was like: Pwnage.
A.I.R.- Same as Ragnorok and Nefuir. Nuff said.
Arachnion- I wanted a spider. Period. Originally I described him as all furry and stuff, but then looked back at CryptLord from WC3 and was like: That'll work.
Erok- Very old-adapting idea. Originally going to be like a small Titanosaurus with electric powers, I ended up switching it to a more-fish like being after making Titanosaurus evolved. Might switch to a Naga from WoW though. Depends.
Derogora- Concept art form Tohokingdom FTW. I was looking through it, saw this and was like 'ZOMGWTF PWNZORZ MINEZZZ!11!!!!.'
Rement- Another old idea. I thought a Space-Godzilla remenant would be cool, and when I was going through the concept art, this picture was PERFECT. And So, I worked it up, from a thought, to a Kaiju.
Coraga- Same as Derogora. Saw Pwnage picture. Made a Kaiju out of him. Gave him a few half-unique abilities. And there we had him.
MOGUERA Mk2- Concept art. Since I first saw Moguera, I thought he was ok, but a little lame. This was everything I hoped for in MOGUERA. Basically me taking everything I saw wrong, and making it right in my own, big, bulky, badass way.
Mecha-Kiryu- Fusion of Mechagodzilla 2 and Kiryu. Nuff Said.
Desendus- WoW. Saw it, loved it, created it. Nuff said.
Hurok and Anubok- WoW. Saw'm. Lovd'm. Created'm. Nuff said.
Abyssall, Mountainous, and Bogger: While all differrent Kaiju, all inspired the same. I wanted elementals. Kaiju-like representations of the Earth. So, I decided to make several elemental-like beings. And thus, with a short trip to Wowwiki, these were born.

Ankylotherium - To be honest, the idea of a rhino or related-like beast has always lingered in my mind, but my original ideas were to have a basic bipedal juggernaut. That changed, if ya' can't tell. Mainly from the movie The Last Dinosaur with the huge beast that arrives. I wanted to make him stand out even more and threw in some elements from the ever-so underly-used Ankylosaurus. Ankylotherium was birthed... A real juggernaut.

Gilgamesh: Another one I’ve had for a while. Actually, I kinda combined him with Armada a bit, giving Armada Gilgamesh’s head. His back-story remains the same, though he was originally about 300 meters tall. All in all, his powers, back-story and weapons are the same as they are when I first made him. He’s actually based on a toy I had when I was a kid. I think it was some Japanese anime, and I can’t remember where I got it. It definitely wasn’t Transformers, I know that. But they toy does change into a jet.
Musashi: I’m really into this one. Originally, the character was a being that inhabited other people’s dreams and fought their inner demons to gain strength. He did have control of the four elements with his arms, but the Musashi thing didn’t come until…well, just now, when I made him. I don’t know where I got the idea to fuse the soul of Musashi into him, but it clicked in my head, and before I knew it, his entire back-story and everything had flushed itself out, and quite well I might add.

Update Time.
Nova Godzilla- I wanted a Godzilla. Everyone had one. xD. Was lookin in concept arts, thought it would do, and used it. later I realized, so had almost everyone else. xD.
A.K.A.R. It's from Gundam Seed. Thought it would make a good kaiju killer, and decided to use him.
A.K.E.R. See above.
Frost Rodan: Wanted to make an opposite version of a Kaiju, AKA Fire Rodan.
Cyber Kiryu: Wanted to make a Kiryu that was even more Godzilla-ish.
Chimeron: I was just tryin to think of cool and original kaiju, and kept getting torn between what to use in what to make them all original. Then decided putting them all together was the best option, and giving him the ability to turn into any of them really appealled to me.
Wasperus: Concept art. Nuff Said.
Liger Panzer: IR's Beserk Fuhrer made me want to have a zoid too. And if it wasn't him, it had to be his nemesisisisisisis. AKA Liger.
Verok: I wanted to make an improved baragon, but making him look the same, just have cooler stuff and be slightly buffed, didn't seem original. So I decided to use him as a base, and add stuff I like form there.
Skelinite: Very old idea. Originally a joke Kaiju, that was supposed to be a ghost, possessing an entitiy, that died and became a ghost, which possessed a person who invented some nanites, then possessed them, and then infected a large kaiju skeleton. Decided to realize him, and make him actual combat worthy, and eventually, this was the result.

Zorn-To-Ka - Should be pretty obvious, the Krytes from the Critters series. He's a half-joke kaiju, but has an actual back story and a reason behind his being. Pretty cool kaiju concept if ya' ask me.
Arsenal - Originally I was planning on reviving my old Cyborg Godzilla from way, way back from the days of Tomzilla's MWF. The idea of the Nebulans randomly cloning Godzilla and fitting him with cybernetics just seemed... dumb so I redid it. At the same time I did bring back the Taki, an old, VERY OLD race of aliens I had made that, overtime, evolved into Klenthurians over the course of a few RPGs. I wanted to make him a walking tank with enough firepower to make the original MechaGodzilla blush, but I also wanted him to be a form of homage to the Space Titanium juggernaut.

Harbinger- My Anguirus of sorts. Armored and melee only. I like the idea of being able to manipulate his dorsal spines like he does.
Godzilla- My Godzilla from the KWND timeline prologue.
