Godzilla - Created for my fan fic "Godzilla: Code Red", I basically just took all the elements of Godzilla that I personally liked or thought were important, and blended them together. I tried using the same thought process as Toho back in 54 by making himm like modern dinosaurs. The switchblade spikes were just something I thought would be cool, and the idea was kind of inspired by the scene in GxM where Godzilla slices off Meg's arm.
Valcanus - Created in 2000 (or was it 1999?), after G2000 came out I decided it'd be cool to design some Goji villains of my own, and Valcanus was among the first. I wanted something with fire powers and since Goji had never really faught an underground oponnent (this was before GMK, remember), I decided to do something magma-themed that could travel beneath the surface by burrowing and swimming in lava. The original was a flesh and blood creature with really hard, rocky skin. The whole literally-molten thing was an "upgrade" later on. I forget exactly when or why I did it, though I imagine Magmo from War of the Monsters was probably my inspiration.
Tokunaga - Made for one of those extinct monster-fighting boards. Dark Alliance, I think? Or maybe Final Destiny. Can't recall. I just designed him to be an animal spirit / amalgram of various mammals with some reptillian influence.
Scython - Also from 1999 or 2000. I wanted something alien for Godzilla to fight, and wanted to link it's ferocity to the planets somehow. Since I didn't know it had been done before at the time, I decided to make a monster who was responsible for the lifelessness of Mars. I remembered the importance of "mana" in series' like Dragon Ball Z and the 90's Gamera movies and figured I'd make him a mana-devouring kaiju that traveled across the galaxy sucking planets dry. The original design was turquoise and had serated plates instead of spikes.
Ghouldon - Spawned out of boredom. One day in school I drew what looked like a Hydralisk/dinosaur hybrid and thought it looked kinda cool. I slapped on some legs, smoothed out the design a little, and made it into a kaiju. The idea of making it a pollution monster came later, inspired of course by Hedorah. Believe it or not, I wasn't thinking at all of Gigan when I made him. The original arms were more like bone spikes, and I just made them longer and flatter to work as blades. I didn't notice the resemblence to Gigan later, though I admit I was thinking of GINO when I drew the dorsal spikes.
Gorgon - From 1999 or 2000 as well. I decided to make a more mythical sort of foe for Godzilla, something based in Greek mythology. I remembered an episode of Digimon where the characters got turned to stone by a cockatrice digimon, and figured a monster with similar powers would be neat- though I went with Gorgons instead of Cockatrices. Since the Gorgons (or Medusa, at least) were snake-themed, I made him a giant serpent, winged for good measure, and drew inspiration from dragons, rattle snakes, and pterosaurs when drawing the original design. His ability to turn foes to stone with an oral beam changed later to paralytic "fireballs" so that I could use him legally in RPGs and such.
Congar - From WOTM.
Millenia Congar - From WOTM, Congar's fourth skin.
Kushaldaora - From the Monster Hunter series, scaled up to kaiju size for the Arena.
Anpheron - Enemy for Godzilla: Code Red. I wanted something based off a real animal, and since I like turtles, I decided an Alligator Snapping Turtle would be a good basis. I wanted to make sure it was nothing like Gamera, so I stuck to the beak and fully quadrupedal movement. The shell was inspired in part by Orga (organic cannons) and in part by the ankylosaur Zoid (I forget it's name) who had a giant assembly of cannons on it's back.
The Entity - Made for The Arena in particular. I figured that since people would expect a dinosaur or dragon based kaiju from me, I'd do something really weird and different to catch everyone off guard. I also wanted to put a focus on defense as opposed to offense. I went through a lot of ideas, like giant plants with seed-like shells, or mammoth shellfish like oysters and clams. Eventually I decided not to base it off any particular animal, and just made a giant, armored sphere covered in spikes. I gave it a force field of sorts, inspired by the giant Bacillus from GTS, and a gargantuan mouth, just because garantuan mouths are cool. I threw in some orbitting moons and a planet theme, and ta-da, The Entity.

Riptide: Oh man, where to begin? Riptide is an old, old creation of mine, from way back in the 8th grade (2000-2001). Originally, he was based off the Heisei Mechagodzilla, except he was slimmer, and lacked most of the capabilities. Instead, he had a pair of massive rail-gun type weapons, dubbed the GAIAS Cannons, and a pair of retractable diamond spikes on his wrist. He could fly, but wasn't very manueverable. Subsequent additions ot the design included the wings, a pair of electroshock anchors and harpoons, and a plasma cannon in the mouth. Eventually, after a Gundam jaunt, the design was further tweaked to include elements seen in the final version.
The original Riptide was only about 20 meters tall, and was a US weapon to combat mecha-terrorism in 2014. The names of soem of his weapons have been changed since his creation, but since I started using him in Kaiju Wars: New Dawn, he's been like this ever since.
Magmire: Magmire is a kaiju that hails from 2001-2002, when I started visiting Gojistomp on a regular basis, particularly, the "Dream Godzilla Movie" board. I wanted some new kaiju to fight Godzilla, and I had never seen a lava monster before, so I gave it a shot. Magmire's powers were always pretty well defined, and his origins haven't changed much since his creation. Originally, he was a lot more intelligent and viscious, but I decided to dumb him down some and make him a lot more docile, which is a bit unusual for a kaiju.
Carcharius: Again, another Dream Movie creation. Carcharius has not changed at all since his creation in 2001-2002, with the possible exceptions of a few minor cosmetic differences. He's a pure melee fighter, which was a bit of a rarity int he Heisei series, from which hsi origins are based.
Darktide (Mk. I and Mk. II): A creation almost as old as Riptide himself, who's gone through just about as many changes. The original Darktide was a JSDF combat mecha designed to rival Riptide, and created from stolen plans. A rogue agent stole it and piloted it into battle to prove that he was superior to Riptide.
The original Darktide featured Anti-matter weaponry, a drill concealed in the right arm, rail guns mounted on the backs of the arms, and several other weapons, although the color scheme was the same. Of course, he was defeated, but not until he did heavy damage to Riptide and almost utterly destroyed him.
Later incarnations included a Graviton Induction Cannon (which was based off of Turok: Evolution's Gravity Manipulator weapon), and turned him into a good guy that fought alongside Riptide, before being turned into the current incarnation, which is a successor to Riptide. The Mk. II is my attempt at making an extremely versital combat mech.
Chimeragon: The third Dream Movie creation, Chimeragon has undergone some major changes since his original creation, although his signature attack and much of his design remained unchanged. Chimeragon is a step in a different direction for me, as I usually do overtly reptilian kaiju and/or mechs. also, no one seems to make blind monsters, so I gave it a shot. The original Chimeragon had a massive crab-like pincer for a left arm, that could shoot out a tentacle and jaw combo, similar to the Graboid mouth tendrils.
Rahotep: A rather meh kaiju with a lot of personality. I wanted to stick with the traditional "fire based" dragon, then upgraded him with cybernetics and the like. Rahotep was a major player in KWND, but I don't like using him much because the scope of his abilities is so limited.
Halcitrox: Originally a creature from a DnD campaign I had been working on, he was retooled into a kaiju with Shadow powers after I realized that I needed something to help circumvent energy absroption and resistance. He's very friendly for a monster.
Technor: Another meh monster. Probably never going to use him.
Apocalypse Dragon: The final boss for KWND, and one of my most powerful creations. He's a "brother" to Halcitrox that was corrupted by his fusion with Ghidorah DNA. He took on most of the KWND monster cast at once, managed to kill half of them, and beat the other half within an inch of their lives before being killed because he wasn't at full power. The full version that isn't suitable for the Arena had life draining powers and got stronger by feeding on the life force of the dead. And he'd had over 5000 years worth of chaos and destruction to feed off of and still wasn't at full power. That should give you an indication of how strong he could really be. He's the closest thing to a god kaiju I've ever created.
Nexus Ghidorah: The first true boss kaiju of the RPG, and one of the reasons for the Apocalypse Dragon's creation. NG is a fusion of three seperate Ghidorah monster (Cocytus, Enshou, and Raiden), and combines powers of all three, but was soundly defeated by the Berserk Fuhrer, Gamera, Oblivion, and some other monster, I forget who.
Cerulean: A back-burner water/ice dragon that was of the same "species" as Halcitrox, Rahotep, and the Apocalypse Dragon. I always wanted a hydrokinetic.

Shadow Roc: My attempt to bring pokemon into the world of kaiju, using Lugia and SL for the basis....
Logmon: My little psycho raptor was made when I joined Urban dead, a rather interesting kaiju the slowly grew his own back-story, including fights with just about everything.
Mecha-Rex: Made for Kaiju-Wars: New Dawn, my first truly in-depth kaiju, I just stuck with him from then on.
Drachmas Rex: The Godzilla to Mecha Rex's Kiryu.
Gina: Contrary to popular belief, I did NOT rip off Shin. She is the last remnaint of an idea I had for I godzilla TV-Show, appearing during the "second season," after the defeat of the alien army, she was spawned by a fusion of G-Cells and an alien chick who had been left behind. She was planned to eventually meet her end as the sacrifice of the bird to summon Satan.
Satan: As I just said, a combination from my love of big, blow-out villians and the idea for "godzilla vs. the devil." He was origonnally a big red guy with horns and a tail, but when I attempted to get him into MM's RPG, I revamped his appearance to a more Dragon like one. And then I increased his size to the point where he towers over kaiju, and there you have it.
Inferno: Like MM, I jumped on the dragon band-wagon. But nothing really got much further the that.
Supersaurus and King Rattle: Two kaiju I did for a comic, rip-off of Zilla and the Gryphon. Although everyone connects them with Primal Rage.
K'os: Origgonnally meant for a sonic RPG that never got off the ground, I then brought him back for an RPG which featured the Master Emerald. My friend later suggested I change his name's spelling to "K-os," I thought that was kind of lame, so I replaced the dash.
Diva: while, like the better portion of my "uber-gods," she spawned from my thinking up Logmon's backstory while watching Blood+. Ripping through Logmon and Keya with ease and making her actually stronger then her show counterpart was just icing on the cake.
Keya/Logmon2: Really my friends kaiju from Urban dead, an oversized T-Rex which I modified and placed into Logmon's story as his sister. She met her end at Diva's claws.
Logmon3: I needed an arch-rival, and with the insane amount of robots Logmon had been fighting, I decided to make them "prototypes" for this frankenstine guy. He was finally defeated by Logmon's final form, showing that goodguys always win.
Others are for uninteresting reasons, or no reasons at all.

Rygama - In essence, Ry was intended to blend everything I liked in a monster together. After several years of struggling, a button one day clicked in my artistic insight, and I figured out what to do. Essentially, she's a blend of deliciously jagged, heavily armed flying insectoids, and aquatic reptiles, like mosasaurs. I wanted something that could have an interesting story behind it, and one day, remembering a Sir Arthur Conan Doyle story called The Horror of the Heights, and watching the anime Tokyo Mew Mew, I worked out the idea of a DNA-manipulating organism that lives in the upper levels of the atmosphere, and eventually pieced together what you see now.
Wendigo - Rygama needed an arch-nemesis, and me and Dempsey both agreed, her complimentary opposite would be huge, shaggy and disgusting. We figured it would be her species' natural predator, and eventually worked out a base for it. After a bit of tweaking to make it genuinely eerie, then a bit more to make sure it was distinct - followed therein by a little more tweaking, so that he looked like a Tim Burton monster turned punk, we composed what he is today.
The Harpy - Let me make it clear that this dude isn't really inspired by the evas. Yes, a lanky humanoid did run through my mind as a filler, whenever I tried to envision Rygama in a test battle. I suppose these images were supplimented by watching videos of NGE, but the source material lies more in Jet Jaguar, the concept art for the lost Asuka Fortress Godzilla movie, and of course, the Guyver. The original was grey-blue, but me and Dempsey agreed, he looks better in red.
Megarelia - I like giant snakes. I always have. I wanted one. I made one. I scaled him up a bit, after watching commercials for Mega Snake, since I thought Unteka looked utterly magnificant battling the tiny Feedback. I think he works. Ok, so maybe a little bit of this guy was inspired by the adorable giant naga Crisis, but only a little.
The Rage - NOT in any way derrived from Biollante. I pictured Ry battling some giant mass of alien tentacles, while watching an NGE AMV, and decided to play around with it. The next day, I had something I liked. A few months later, I updated it to be less of a giant bacterial mass, and more of a twisted gestalt of branches. The reason is due to memories of Man-Thing commercials. I thought the imagery of those commercials was genuinely frightening, and I've always felt leafless trees were scary things. Naturally, I updated the thing to be my obligatory plant monster.
Zedd - I wanted a giant crustacean, and I made one. Simple as that. I suppose one could trace inspiration to Matt Frank's cover for Giant Monster Rampage - Revised, depicting an armored T-rex wrestling with a half-burrowed, bright red scorpion beast.
The Berserkers - A desire to match Marvel's Mega-Monsters, as well as the classic alien team, the Eliminators. Decided to tie the lot into the Rage arc, because it gave me material. Made Skeer and Kron the same species because I hate the idea of every alien character being of a different species. It's more of a stretch of the imagination than I like for a story that doesn't intentionally mock itself.

Draenyx - All right. This cock sucker came from KWND, back when I loved mythical beasts. What owns? A dragon. What owns almost as much? A phoenix. What owns the most? A hybrid, dammit! Yeah. That came into being when I imported him for KWND, and later brought him back here. Since then...major revisions.
Syintax - So Draenyx needs a rival. And so, going by the KWND timeline, I think: what would be cool? Hell yes, Orga and a mixture of the "guardians." Of course, it came out like crap, especially the name "Syntax.". So, when I brought Syintax back here, I changed his name and took away all traces of his first origin, changing him much more cosmetically and not. I guess he wasn't fully original, but...
The MIE - I guess you could call this guy my first...it first came into being during 3rd grade where I made kaiju comics (And ugly they were, too...) and I just made it bigger and better until I stuck it into KWND. That's when I figured it fought like crap and revamped it totally for here. I fought MM's Gigan, found that it still couldn't fight, and have continually revamped it...right now, I'm in the process of increasing its firepower so the next time I fight a tank like Ry...hehheh.
Tsydriak - I wanted a demonic beast for this ninja comic I was writing about two years back, so he would be the worshipped God of Orgies by some islanders. Yeah, I was a sick bastard back then. Then I decided - hey, let's have some Iris blades, and there we went.
Gistra - Bartimaeus trilogy. Trying to make him more original as we speak.
Rakkaden - Not sure. There were all these crazy insects floating around at the beginning of the Arena: Scorpadon, Herculon, etc, etc. So I needed one too. And thus began the mutation that was Rakkaden. What's cool for a bug? Dextrous ass, silk spinning, claw, blade...oh, and Orga's stomach. Especially made for KWET, I believe.
Lupiyata - Amaterasu Okami. Can't make her more original. Gotta dump her sometime.
Aichitlan - I wanted a sea beast. I made one. Inspired by its predecessors, especially made for KWET, I believe.
That Phoenix I've already forgotten - See Draenyx. Gotta delete sometime.
Chrang-X - Oh, man...don't ask...I wasn't thinking of Seadramon when I thought of him, but that's what it ended up like.
Vorticah - Don't ask what I was smoking that day.
Kraidesken - The "God" of my younger fictional universe. Made a cameo in MGFC and died the shittiest early RP death ever in the shittiest RP ever. Yeah.
Syquentral - Ah, this guy. He came from the same comic as the MIE, starring as MIKAHydra, a cyborg hydra and the ultimate enemy. However, to avoid references to Mecha-King Ghidorah, I made him organic...and still need to fix him.
Hellflux - The ultimate enemy of my newer, darker fictional series who destroys the world. I wanted a weird embodiment of darkness that absorbed all and that could utilize anything, and that wouldn't died...so I made one.
Tsywriak - Sachiel image, steroided in my mind.
Apocalypse - Same comic as Syquentral, previously known as a giant metal Rodan known as MIKAWing jacked up on steroids and thrown into the fray, if I recall correctly, just to piss MM off.
Athrea - Don't ask. Mothra...obviously.
Milena - Myrrh.
There's one more, but it got deleted...
Renneth, Liyscrix, Herxthanc, and what was once that goat-thing were made for the hell of it, but were all fully original, though Herxthanc may or may not have been inspired by Event. Yeah.
Divinity - The star of the MIE's main comic was a MIKADragon, a cyborg dragon of uberness that was the first kaiju I could draw. It first manifested itself as the shitty Skina, and then in Divinity...
Fyra - Myrrh...again.
Hell Rift - A dinosaurian robot. I needed one...so I made one.
Arcthryx - A rogue cyborg. See Hell Rift.
Davy Stoned - It all started after I saw PotC 3. I had so many innuendos..the claw...the bling...the locker...the beard...yeah. I couldn't resist, and thus the NSDA developed...
Gendo Ikari - I love Gendo. He owns. Bad. I was actually going to have a super-sized Gendo fight, but then I put that aside...

Neo-Spacegodzilla - My oldest creation. Made way back on July 16, 1999, he was originally called Super Spacegodzilla. Back then, he was essentially just a larger Spacegodzilla (200 meters) with a Corona Pulse and Spiral Corona beam. I'm sure you can imagine what those basically did. He was also a good guy. The reason for the large size was because each "generation" of the Heisei era saw an increase in height. Super SG, like all of my creations from that time, were a sort of "3rd Generation" of the Heisei era (with G'84/GvsBio being the 1st Generation and GvsKG-GvsD being the 2nd Generation). The now-fully-grown Godzilla Jr. would have been something like 160 meters. With the creation of KWND in 2005, I decided to revive him. Tweaked his appearance and powers, and renamed him Neo-Spacegodzilla, thus resulting in the kaiju you all know today. Berserk Fuhrer - The Berserk Fuhrer is one of my favorite Zoids. For KWND, I decided to scale it up to be an anti-kaiju mech. Gojulas Giga - See above, though Giga wasn't part of the story at KWND. Scorpius - Black Scorpion is one of my favorite 50's movies. Scorpions are awesome. I used to have pet Emperor scorpions. Figure it out. As with the Gojulas Giga, he was created during KWND, but wasn't part of the story. Inferno Rodan - Created on the same day as Super Spacegodzilla. His origin is kinda screwed up, since I hadn't seen GvsMG2 when I created him. I didn't know Fire Rodan was reduced to dust when he gave his energy to Godzilla. So, thinking his body was still intact, I came up with the idea of the psychic music reviving and powering him up again. As with the rest of my creations from the time, he was larger than his previous form (100 meters tall). When KWND came around I revived and revamped him like I did Super Spacegodzilla. Gave him a new attack, Phoenix Fire, and completely changed his origin. I may not use him much, but he holds a special place in my heart as one of my favorite creations. In case you didn't guess, this is where I got my username. Scythrax - Created for the Godzilla: Dark Alliance RPG in late 2006. He, along with Herculon and MM's original Stagthorn, was a kaiju from the Nebulan homeworld, and was captured and taken control of by the Nebulans. Unlike Herculon and Stagthorn, Scythrax recieved metal enhancements (his blades). Herculon - See above. Gwangi - This should really need no explanation for all but one or two of you... Suchodon - Created in mid-2006 as a bioweapon for the Godzilla: Future Destiny RPG. Here at the Arena is the first time he's been a full-fledged kaiju. Tortonne - Meh, I got the idea to do a tortoise kaiju. So I did. Fun fact: I finished him like a month before I posted Suchodon here. Just never posted him until yesterday. Heavyclaws - A few days ago, MM said I needed to make a crab kaiju. He said I should make a Mecha-King Claw. Now, normally I don't take MM's monster suggestions very seriously. But dammit, this one got the gears turning in my head. His name is a play on Heavyarms, a Gundam loaded down with ridiculous amounts of firepower, specifically missiles and Gatling guns. Big Rick - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canvey_Island_MonsterI needed a joke kaiju. He's awesome. Idea for him came a few hours after the idea for Heavyclaws.

Alright, might as well post my own.
Solranous: He's definately my first Kaiju, and pretty much my most inventive one personality-wise. Sure, he may seem like just a bunch of peices of other real Kaiju jumbled together, but I personally don't give a care. Originally went by an older (and much stupider, now that I think about it) name that I would perfer not to mention anywhere. Always toyed with the idea of a sentient Kaiju, designed the creature, and when I sorted his powers out, the name "Solranous" just came to me, and since it sounded much better then his previous name, it stuck.
Burning Solranous: One could liken him to the Burning Godzilla of my series, but instead of a surge of energy, its a strong emotion, in most incarnations (yes, the Burning Solranous you see here is of a different universe than my story version, but except for that, they are one and the same except one has harder skin then the other... Please don't question me on it, I really don't want to try and explain my antics) anger, that triggers the transformation. Anger because it metaphorically makes almost every one's blood 'boil,' which is why it still causes a dramatic heat increase, but to help fight the foe and remain stable, it greatly increased the skin durability and resistance to heat. Again, don't ask me to explain... Yeah, that's one PO'ed dragon there...
Lunarous: *shrugs* Idea came to me while playing an online game called Dragonfable, one of the stages parodied Godzilla so I thought, "Hey, why not throw my own personal parody in there?" And so, Lunarous came to be in The Arena as Solranous' sister
Freezing Lunarous: *shrugs again* Think polar opposite of Burning Solranous and that's how this came to be. *shrugs for a third time*
Kisara: Ah, now this girl I've had a little more thought in, she was meant to be Solranous' daughter from a rather... unique relationship. KWET can elaborate more on that, those who go there should know who the mother is, again, don't ask how...
Tsunami: Well, I wanted my own Zoid in one way or another, but I didn't feel like just taking the Deathsaurer for my own use, so I changed the color scheme, added shoulder cannons, change the SCPC to my own Abyssal Spear (now that I think about it, that may have been a really stupid move on my part...) replaced that stupid absorbtion ability with Tsunami's 'Ace in the Hole' weapon, and that's how this dandy mech came along. (I'm proud that it could stand toe-to-toe with MM's Bio-Tyranno in KWET and tie with it in a fight. Though that may change here...)
Perfect Chaos: Sonic Adventure DX's 'extra' boss by the same name. I took the name, some Chaos abilities, made it into his own form of 'magic,' change the form from a (stupid-looking, in my opinion) eel into the form of a beast I base my fantasies so much on, a dragon. Bulky, menacing, and actually pretty mobile when factoring in the power to teleport and that puny eel became quite a demon.
Pyrohydra: ... D&D Dragonshard rip-off with two more heads, a pair of wings, and a few extra abilities. That's it... Really...
Tyrant Godzilla: My 'cream-of-the-crop' from my veiw point and a reaccuring antagonist in my fan fic series. This expands from GFW when I got a 'what if' thought. My curiousity on what could happen to Godzilla after, assentially(sp?), becoming a Keizer at the end of the movie eventually developed into this destruction-bent monster. The Yin and Yang thing was a nod to FW Godzilla, who went (in my eyes) from vengeful to merciful; two opposing trains of thought. Meh... I just wanted it a few laughs, too *is surprised that MM mentioned Tyrant Godzilla...*

With three new additions come three new updates.
Superion - An attempt to assemble ALL the popular and very BAD cliches found in fanmade monsters and smush them together into an incoherent mess to make a point. Prettymuch it.
Sir Megorga & Roxy - Just the opposite. More or less an attempt to assemble everything I DO like into a monster team. No way did I get everything, but at least I got the basics. Bugs with heatvision and in tophats rule, and I wanted another homage to Crisis.

Brumak-I am an avid fan of the Gears of War game, but I was bummed to find out the Brumak was not featured prominently outside of a short chase mission. I mean, something with a design like that.....that's flat out robbery. Anyway, I decided to bring him here and gave him some more weapons.
Thor-I was reading up on Thor (both the real one and the Marvel one) and thought it would be cool to do something with him. But I didn't want to actually bring in Thor. So I made a bot out of him. I also partially made him as another enemy for DH's Godzilla: Code Red saga.
GenoBreaker-A pretty badass Zoid that I thought would be cool to use. Although, he seems pretty standard now to me, so I might ditch him or put him up for adoption.
Malubel'Teraak-An original character by me. After watching the first animated Hellboy movie, Sword of Storms, I thought it would be cool to make a giant enemy villain for the RPG Heroes. So I made this sort of Lovecraftian worm monster, which hails from outside our own universe. Since Heroes, I have made him into a giant enemy monster for two RPGs (this being one of them) and he is a main enemy in Godzilla: Code Red.
Cronos-Quite frankly, i don't know the inspiration for Cronos. I think I just thought it was a cool sounding idea.

Uh, ok, lessee here...
Dragon - check Cyborg - check Quasi-humanoid traits - check Use of bones in the design - check Sorry attempts at regality - check Akwardly placed Destroyah horn - check Yautja reference wrist blades - check Oral ray relying on the word 'nova' - check Two or three comparisons to Heisei Godzilla's beam - check Beam sword that can cut through anything - check Lame psionics - check Use of black flames - check Energizeable appendages - check Unbreachable energy sheild - check Poorly defined power thrown in for no other reason than to keep anyone from owning him in melee - check Use of thin, fragile appendages like wings as redundant sword weapons - check Ultra omega beam of instant d00m - check Reference to a superior character in a sorry effort to be cool - check Crappy name - check Long, clunky names for mundane weapons - check
In fact, I've got a question for you. What about him isn't cliche?
First of all, the phrase is 'might as well'. Learn to speak English, or just don't bother trying to communicate.
Second of all, he was meants as a joke, and his traits are very much common and cliche towards fan monsters.

Sir Megorga is a parody monster, he's allowed to stomp all over the laws of physics. Besides that, they're not redundant. They're his only major slashing weapon. Most crappy fan monsters are intended to be serious, which is largely why they fail.
