Well, they both are obnoxiously strong, so I don't think that'll make too much a difference...Giga's armor is pretty damn strong, but if what was said about Rygama last time is true, it shouldn't stop too much damage. The psychedelic shimmy - erm, dance shouldn't come into play against a machine, despite its nature, but...the nasty shells Giga spews is rivaled by the deadly water o' doom of Rygama. Do to the arena, Rygama's water uberness can't really come into play...peh. Rygama's up close advantage is still there, but Giga can probably hold its own long enough to bust out the stops and electrocute Rygama with 32 lightning bolts, which is why I'm siding with it.

Giga's armaments are impressive, and in a long range confrontation, he stands so far above Rygama it's not even funny.
On the other hand, she has a definite advantage up close, where her lengthy arms and overall superior flexibility come into play. Giga may be quick and dexterous, but his joints don't appear to cover as much as they might should. This is advantagious for him in some ways, but in a brawl, it's more likely to hinder his movements. He's also only got two effective melee weapons; his jaws and his tail, and he can't use both at once. If Rygama managed to secure a grapple from the side or behind, provided she could get past the tail, she could do some serious damage. Giga's one of the few creatures that could be considered Ry's equal in raw strength, but his method of bringing it out seems less efficient.
Those giga cannons would frighten me if Rygama wasn't so In-Yo-Face during a battle. Also, I see Rygama crushing the barrels if the guns come into play. They just seem so tiny and delicate. Even if they are composed of the same alloy as his armor, they're very narrow, and if Rygama got a good grip on them, it might not end well for Giga. That thunder strike is what's really scaring me. It seems like a pretty effective weapon and being that it doesn't rely on localized damage, it could prove highly effective against Rygama.
Still, overall, Rygama has a sizeable number of advantages here, which is why I'm siding with her. For starters, she has a MUCH smaller chance of losing major body parts in this battle.

He's also only got two effective melee weapons; his jaws and his tail, and he can't use both at once. I take it you missed the part where he stabbed Keizer Ghids in the side while still having his jaws clamped around its middle neck? Oh, I beg to differ on that point...

Well, half of that part, anyway. That's what I get for reading something at 1:00 A.M.
Giga has one weapon that poses any threat of maiming her; his jaws.
Scorpius had three such weapons, all of which he could use independantly.

Giga has one weapon that poses any threat of maiming her; his jaws. So... a pair of blades that could easily remove one of her limbs with a solid whack don't count as a weapon that poses a threat of maiming her?

1. That's still less than Scorpius had.
2. While impressive, those blades never had to go through anything with the sheer density of Rygama. I question the 'single chop' thing.

1. That's still less than Scorpius had. Doesn't really matter when they're more effective against her... If they can cleave GFW King Caesar in two with no resistance while charged, and punch through GFW Godzilla's hide just as easily when not charged, I doubt Rygama's comparatively thin arms would fare much better. Even though she's like 3x more dense than other kaiju her size, Giga's blades sliced through something which I'm pretty sure is more than 3x thicker than one of her arms (King Caesar's abdomen), so the amount of matter they have to cut is comparable.

Unfortunately for Giga, these weapons aren't as effective.
Acceptable point. However, that tail is also a pretty narrow appendage. If Rygama catches it...
This is the basis of my logic here. Gojulas isn't as flexible as Rygama, and he has fewer lethal appendages. Both monsters have comparible savatry, but it strikes me that Gojulas would be disarmed first.

Unfortunately for Giga, these weapons aren't as effective. Considering Giga's jaws are nearly as powerful as Scorpius' claws, and are a lot larger than said claws, AND are full of very sharp, very strong teeth... And his blades are mighty nasty, too. Y'know, slicing kaiju in half and such. And if Giga grabs any of Rygama's appendages with his jaws, it's coming off. Only exceptions to that would likely be her legs, which he probably won't go after with his jaws anyway. Rygama really never came off as exceptionally flexible to me... But regardless, Giga isn't exactly stiff himself. I rather doubt Rygama is too much more flexible than him. With his vastly superior armor, even Rygama will have difficulty removing anything significant. Also, keep in mind Giga's Organoid System. Even if Rygama does prove to be superior in T&C combat, Giga will engage her at long range. Hell, just by looking at her he'll be able to tell she's well equipped for T&C. He'll more than likely try to keep his distance and blast away at her with his ranged weapons, at least until he's softened her up sufficiently to engage her in T&C without too much risk.

Note the bold. And there's only one set. Much more easily avoided.
And if Rygama finds a pressure point, it's coming off too. Show me Gojulas clamping onto her shoulder, I'll show you Rygama sacrificing an arm to gain some leverage in order to rip apart the mechanism that allows his jaws to work.
Grabbing onto a creature of greater dimensions and holding him off the ground with her arms doesn't strike you as flexible?
She's more flexible both literally and figuratively. She has three maiming weapons, Giga only has two, and he has to lunge his entire upper body into the frig in order to use one. That's where Giga's weakness lies. If Rygama can simply avoid the jaws, and with Giga's build, that shouldn't be terribly difficult, and find a way to avoid\destroy the tail, then she's got it made.
More difficulty than she had with Wendigo or Harpy? Yes, signifigantly. But it doesn't change the fact that she can peel him like a tin can with those claws. All she needs is a little leverage.
If Rygama couldn't fly at supersonic speeds and quickly close the distance to Gojulas Giga far quicker than he could put it between them, that might worry me.

Note the bold. And there's only one set. Much more easily avoided. Avoid the jaws, get sliced by the blades. Catch the tail, the jaws tear something loose. Oh, and it's kinda hard to note the bold when nothing has been bolded. Machines don't have pressure points, silly. Not really, no... If that were the case, Heisei Godzilla would be considered flexible. The only way Rygama is going to avoid Giga's jaws is by taking to the air, and if she does that she'll just get blasted, so... Giga isn't a slow, lumbering beast like Destoroyah. He's on par with GMK Godzilla in Grapple mode. He can avoid Rygama just as easily as she can avoid him. And Giga can rip her to pieces just as easily, so I fail to see your point... Ignoring the whole "Giga has obnoxiously huge cannons and can fire 32 massive bolts of electricity, either of which can drop her from the air with one shot" thing, of course...

Of course doing both at the same time bodes a different story. Oh, it's bolded. Or somehow the command to bold it didn't go through... either way it's the site's fault, not mine. Oh yehehehehehes they do. True, but Rygama can raise her arms above her head. Show me a monster that can do THAT! Or, you know, sidestepping them and hitting when he's in a prone lunge... Provided Gojulas can hit her, which I highly doubt unless she gets REAL close. You seem to be under the presumtion that Rygama is also a slow, lumbering beast. No, I'd rank Rygama at somewhere between FW Godzilla and an Eva in the dexterity department. You know, minus Goji's insane and impossible stunts and whutnot. And that's just on land. She could easily stay a step ahead of Gojulas the entire way. Giga can tear off a limb if he can catch it in a good position. Rygama can peel him into oblivion if she can catch him in a good position. The difference is, Giga lacks the skill, the dexterity, and the finness of Rygama in melee. He's not very quick to use the thunder strike, and I'm quite confident Rygama can dodge those cannons in the air, long enough to close the distance. Rygama's on par with The One in the air. She doesn't need a whole lot of time to get close, meaning Giga's not gonna have time to realize his thunder strike would work better before she starts beating on him.

Of course doing both at the same time bodes a different story. Not really. Giga is perfectly capable of bringing both to bear on Rygama simultaneously. dictionary.reference.com/browse/pressure%20pointNo, no they don't. Showa Godzilla, any Gigan, Megalon, Monster X, Megaguirus, Showa Anguirus, any Kamacuras... 'Course, most kaiju can't do it for the simple reason that their arms are too short. Flexibility is rarely the issue. She sidesteps, Giga turns his head and latches onto her anyway and/or whips his tail around and slices off an appendage. And btw, Giga generally doesn't lunge. He'll run toward his opponent, stop in front of them, and slam his jaws shut on some unfortunate body part. ...You're suggesting Rygama will be able to dodge something that moves faster than the eye can see? Not even Megaguirus is capable of that. And Giga could always, y'know, fire multiple rounds at her. This isn't the toned-down Giga with the 1-shot-every-10-seconds limitation from the FFKT. Funny... 'cause Giga's more than capable of outrunning any land-based, non-anime kaiju that I can think of in Pursuit Mode. Screw good position. His jaws could crush her torso if he got hold of it. ...The hell are you getting that Giga lacks skill and dexterity? As for finesse? Pfft. Giga's not about finesse. He doesn't need it to smite things. Her agility is on par with The One... and you think she'll be able to dodge the Giga Cannons? Oh boy... And just to clarify, there's nothing stopping Giga from blasting Rygama at point-blank with his cannons, or even the Thunder Strike for that matter. He can survive a nuclear explosion with no damage, and his foot locks prevent him from being damaged by his Thunder Strike.

And Rygama is perfectly capable of catching and dismembering that puny tailblade you call a weapon.
Obviously, then, that dictionary doesn't cover all forms of the term. In a machine's case, a pressure point is something like a joint or a moving part. The mechanism that allows Gojulas Giga's jaws to move is a good deal smaller than the jaws themselves, meaning if Rygama could find it(X-ray vision, anyone?), she could disable it.
Showa Godzilla, FW Gigan and Monster X are some of the most flexible monsters out there. Megaguirus and Kamacuras' arms are positioned in a different way from most monsters, meaning they don't count, on the grounds that Megaguirus' arms ARE over her head half the time.
Rygama's claws are the only things making her arms any longer than your typical monster's, yet she can still maneuver them just fine.
And it's not just arms. Gojulas lacks any sort of segmentation in his neck. I've seen the animated version in action, its ability to position itself to grapple onto another creature in a brawl doesn't impress me one bit. If it's not right in front of him, he can't bite it. Even if his body can turn quickly to allow him to use it, it's a MAJOR disadvantage in a brawl.
Rygama latches onto Gojulas' head before he can turn and begins savaging it...
The tail might work once, then she'll start trying to get rid of it.
Same goes for those cannons. If she gets close, those things are going out of commission quickly.
Which isn't a very effective strategy against this sort of opponent.
First of all, Megaguirus' dexterity is overrated.
Secondly, if you rememver, Rygama can SEE the shells position themselves for fire. She has a little extra time to see the shots comming and sidestep them. It's easy to dodge something if you have even a split second of warning, provided you're in the air.
Which really isn't all that impressive, especially since GMK Godzilla is still fairly lumbering in melee. Oh, he can lash out nicely, he can turn pretty well for a daikaiju, but by your descriptions, Gojulas isn't one bit more agile than I imagined.
That, I doubt.
Highly.
Which will ultimately be his downfall when Rygama latches onto him and peels him apart, disarming him severely here and there.
The One was capable of impressive aerial darting. Remember that grapple he used on Ultraman near the end of the fight?
Add to it, Rygama's ability to see the shells coming as they fire, and she has a good chance of being able to dodge them.
Except, you know, the cannons themselves. If Rygama gets close, Giga's not even gonna be able to use those things for the simple reason that the barrels are too long.
