The Fox's body shuddered against the ground as the blast of energy impacted the stomach. Vents around the Shadow Fox's body discharged a cloud of thick, black smoke that concealed it. Thor looked around for his enemy, but it was hard to see or detect the Fox with this crap. The SF gave a hint of his location when two mortars crashed into Thor's hip from the left side. Thor's hip became a little bumpy and warped from the explosions. As Thor kept on the defensive until the smoke cleared, Shadow Fox fires his back-mounted gatling gun, this time from Thor's other side...

Thor just took the hits, shuddering a bit, then, in an almost comical fashion, Thor fired off a really big blast of photon energy from from Mjolnir, sending the Shadow Fox flying backwards. The energy beam sent the Fox careening backwards, ending with a rather painful skid on the ground.
Thor wasn't done though. He raised Mjolnir again and sent a series of energy arcs at the down Fox.

Shadow Fox kicks it into gear and leaps away, but not before being grazed by two shots; the damage was less serious than a direct hit though. The Fox returns fire with fire from the missile pods. They strike Thor's knees (a couple of stray missiles missed and hit a rock wall harmlessly). The mech fell to his damaged knees. The Fox fires off another round of missiles; the explosives snaked in the air towards Thor's face and chest...

Thor threw himself to the ground at the last possible second. A missle still impacted into his tumbling form. In response, Thor shot off the ground via booster again. This time he grasped the Shadow Fox by the neck as crashed into him. He cut the booster and landed on his feet. From there, he began to strong arm the Fox around the neck, clenching his opponent's neck. Bit of metal popped off and sparks flew. Thor wrapped it up by shoving the Fox's head into the ground. Hard.
From there, he was about to start kicking the Fox like Robert DeNiro in Goodfellas.

(With permission from Soundwave, he has given me the go ahead to brutally annihilate the Shadow Fox and declare me winnah.)
As the Fox took the kicks in the gut, its stomach armor began giving way. After a while, a nice hole was formed, inner wiring and mechanics hanging out and sparking. Thor ceased kicking and grabbed the Shadow Fox by one of the legs. Setting it on its back best he could, Thor began gutting the Fox, ripping out handfuls of wires and such. But he wasn't done yet.
Thor tossed the Shadow Fox onto its stomach. As he did, it let out a feeble mechanical screech. Then its eye mechanisms flashed bright as Thor began tugging at the Vulcan cannon. Thor placed his right foot on the Fox's head, and with a giant tug, ripped the cannon of its back. With the right foot, he kicked the Fox back onto its back, and the proceeded to shove the cannon into the opening. Thor did it hard enough that he pushed it right through the Fox's body.
And even then, the Fox was not dead yet. But Thor had figure out a good way to end it. With the cannon firmly planted in the ground and holding the body in place, Thor grasped the Fox's head with both hands and pulled. After a little straining, he ripped it clean off. Holding it his left hand, he tossed it up a little, and then, like a major league batter, swung Mjolnir at it. Thor sent the Fox's head careening away into the horizon.
As a final insult, Thor lifted the body off the ground, cannon and all, activated his booster, flew over to the canyon, and tossed into the deep crevice. With that, Thor proudly gave it the finger, and then flew back to base.
