Nuvi was blasted back by the beam, and quickly took to the sky to avoid any more blasts. He needed a plan. Lucky for him, one came within a few moments. He landed as Magren watched closely, waiting for either a chance to strike, or Nuvi to launch his own assault.
Nuvi reformed into Heisei Godzilla, and as Magren looked on, Began forming weapon after weapon. Spears, swords, daggers, spikes, each was formed and buried into the ground pointing up. It was then that Magren had an idea of what Nuvi intended to do, but it was to late. Nuvi reformed into Grand Ghidorah and screamed toward him, latching on and carrying him high into the air. His mouths burned from the contact, but that was okay, it'd be worth it.
When he was high enough, he dropped his hated enemy. Magren howled as it plummeted down onto the bed of weapons, impaling him a dozen times over.
Nuvi cackled with glee and fired an energy blast from all three maws...

(OOC: Ouch. Guess it's time to slam out the big gun.)
Annoyance, turned to Anger. Anger, turned to Hate. Hate, Turned to Rage. Magren leaped out of the massess of weapons, it's eyes glaring as it dodged the triple energy blasts. Extending it's legs as it hit the ground, Nuvi catapulted into the air. It began to glow furiously as it grabbed both of them causing them to fall.
It did no damage, and it's skin was not burning, but yet glowing. As they fell, it glew more and more. Nuvi could only release the danger too late.
A massive Onega Pulse released from Magren. The pure negative energy swept across the ground right before they impacted, and kept the two hovering above the ground with the pure force. Magren was purely fine. Nuvi however, was beyond belief damaged.
The pulse was so intense and destructive, that the being of energy Lost it's form. On top of that, it was made out of a negative energy, meaning the being would be struck even more.
Magren observed the damage, the wavering form of Nuvi. It's raw form of energy rippled and twisted, flaring and flashing. Even in a form of energy, the beast had been struck what was normally a fatal blow. The Onega pulse had decimated everything within a 1000 meter radius, including the energy weapons. and Nuvi had been RIGHT beside Magren.
Nuvi seemed smaller, weaker. If the beast was solid, it would surely be dead, and even it's raw energy form seemed to be losing life. Magren roared, as it's tails launched forward, ready to impale the beast many times.

(I felt I'd been lagging behind the whole match, so I had to pull out something major...and look what that got me lol!)
Nuvi's raw form carried with it an advantage: complete flexibility. Even in his weakened state, he avoided the multiple attacks with relative ease.
Still, he was in just that, a weakened state. Another crushing blow would be needed, and Nuvi's raw form could deliver just that.
A massive, monstrously powerful surge of pure, raw explosive energy was emitted from the ball that represented Nuvi. It shoot downward and ripped into Magren, and exploded when it struck the ground. The explosion caused a large mushroom cloud to fill the air and Magren himself was thrown a mile away, his body charred from the heat.
Nuvi landed some distance away from him and took the form of Monster X, a huge battle-axe in his hands. He charged in. He knew he was weakened, but he was betting Magren wasn't at %100 either...

(That kind of power would need to be registered as a limited attack, and since it's not, I'm treating that as doing much less damage than you just said. You say it was like as much power as my Onega pulse, and it doesn't have that. So I'm treating it as such. Oh, and also, Magren can't be charred. He's made out of Negative energy in Magma. :/

Magren's hand shot out, grabbing the axe as Nuvi charged. The battle axe would be yanked away, as the force caused Nuvi to stumble forward due to Magren's pull. It did no real damage, but this next attack would.
Magren's four tails shot forward, impaling Nuvi in several places. However, the tails then wrapped around Nuvi from the inside, as they wrapped around his full form, the tails beginning to coat himself. Cutting off the tails wouldn't work this time, because A: It's arms were all but held in place now, and B: parts of the tail wrapping around Nuvi were touching where the tails impaled Nuvi, meaning if he cut it there, they would just connect to there instead, being one big pile of energy.
Magren then roared, as he began to send Negative Energy pulses into Nuvi over and over again. Nuvi's energy would have been incredibly weak by that time, being struck by that Onega pulse, and then firing off a large blast of energy, even if it wasn't as powerful as Magren's Onega pulse.

(I didn't say the attack was as powerful as the Onega Pulse, nor was I writing it as such, Nuvi doesn't have an attack like that listed...though he will after this match lol. I just figured an explosion large enough could and would create a mushroom cloud. Though you're right about the burning thing.)
Nuvi was in a bind, literally. He had to act fast, as his already depleted reserves were being further damaged. He summoned yet another battle axe and picked it up with his tails, swinging it right into Magren's midsection and cleaving it.
The attack was enough to fall the negative energy beast back and get his tails out of Nuvi.
He stood for a few moments, contemplating his next attack. He formed several shuriken-like weapons and tossed them toward Magren...

(You didn't say it was, but you did say blew my a mile back, and that the explosion was big enough for a mushroom effect. :/ Also, I didn't say I was standing next to Nuvi, though then again, I didn't sya I was standing very far, so meh.)
MAgren roared and leaped into the air, dodging the shuriken-like projectiles. He flel to the ground, in front of the weakened Nuvi. Magren's mouth opened wide, as a large orange beam fired, breaking through Nuvi's torso, impaling through it and firing behind it. It also broke the battle axe Nuvi was holding in front of it.
Magren then leaped back, firing several Orangish Sphereical projectiles from his mouth at Nuvi.

Nuvi had an idea. He leapt into the air and reformed to Megaguirus. He flew into Magren in shaky flight, and impaled him with the stinger on his tail. Before his shell could be even seriously damaged, he injected a large sphere of his energy into Magren. The energy, having come into contact with something other then Nuvi, exploded instantly, boring a huge hole in Magren's front.
Nuvi backed off and flew up a little higher, then let loose an energy blast from his stinger...

Unforetuneatly, Nuvi would have also suffered damage the explosion, the explosion happening right at Nuvi's stinger, making it a suicidal attack. Magren leaped back, avoiding a second Energy Blast. He roared in rage, as he leapt forward again, his hands turning into large spiked flails. He jumped into the air, slamming his hands down atop Nuvi, each of his hands having enlarged to being 3/4 the size of Nuvi each. Megaguirus' pale form crashed to the ground, as he heard it screech in agony as it slammed into the ground, the many spikes on the fists digging into Nuvi's side. Magren then retracted his hands, firing a large beam at the downed Megaguirus. (Maybe we should wait for Ref. It is on the 3rd page. >_>  |

(DAMMIT! I forgot to type in that Nuvi flew away before the explosion. Ah well.)
Nuvi groaned as the stream washed over him. He needed to end this, and now. He began to reform again, and grew. Magren stepped back as he gazed at Nuvi's new form: Lord Malice. The image of evil itself.
Nuvi growled and concentrated hard, forming an utterly massive war hammer. Wielding the monstrous weapon, Nuvi slammed it down right on top of Magren, crushing him. He'd reform, Nuvi was sure, but he'd be weakened.
Nuvi raised the weapon again and readied another strike...

Magren roared in fury. Two could play at that little game. His hand extended and grew, taking the shape of a large spiked mace, equalling the size of Nuvi's current form. He raised the hand into the air, then brought it down, smashing Nuvi into the ground, put instead of simply just smashing him like Nuvi had done to him, the spikes ripped and tore away Nuvi's form.
The ffect was the same. Nuvi's form was shredded, and crushed, causing it to the disperse to it's raw energy form. Magren roared, as he leaped into the air, his mouth opening widely. He descended on the raw enegry form, firing the beam at point blank, with less than a metter distance between the two beasts.

Once again, Nuvi was exceedingly thankful for being made of energy. His raw form's flexibility, combined with the fact that energy can move at the speed of light, allowed him to avoid the unavoidable.
The explosion was impressive. And it afforded Nuvi an opportunity. He reformed into Sanda, needing a form with speed, and ran toward the Space Needle, tearing it from the ground. While Magren's vision was still impaired by the explosion (he was at ground zero after all), Nuvi charged in. By the time the smoke and debris from the blast had cleared, Magren was greeted by the sight of Nuvi impaling him in the gut with the Space Needle, and pushing it right into the ground, Pinning Magren there.
Nuvi knew all this fighting had to have weakened him. Now, with him pinned for the moment, Nuvi could deliver the kill-shot and destroy this thing!
Nuvi reverted to his raw form and took to the sky, charging up a huge blast. He put everything he had left in his reserves in this one. If it hit, Magren would be vaporized. If it missed, Nuvi would be helpless. EVERYTHING rode on this last attack...

Ugh...right, everyone, sorry that I'm calling this 'bout five days late, but just when I thought life was done chewing me up the last few weeks, it spat me out and stuck me with a fork...
Ahem. Now this, quite seriously, was a damn close match. Read through the whole thing, and couldn't come up with a clear winner...started off slow, with you guys whacking away, and through the whole last page, you guys accelerated...really...damn...fast...loved the way this match was set up, with two energy kaiju, because you guys pulled off some pretty crazy things...wrapping, 'xploding, and much much much more...
Anyway, though, going to give it to Magren, if just barely. Not only did he have that innate "negative energy" stuff going for him, he got ahead in the early half, and when Nuvi tried to catch up by bringing out the big guns, Mags just put the pedal to the metal himself and pulled up. I will give Nuvi credit for incredible creativity in some cases, though, especially with all those grab-drop-morph attacks.
So, do with the match as you please...I'm off.
