Anguirus was stumbling around from his dizziness and the beam ended up missing its mark from Anguirus' moving around. Instead, it grazed his left side. It still caused some minor damage however. Shaking his head, Anguirus forces the dizziness away. He keeps his eyes on Goji, ready to strike back.

The air around Anguirus' maw begins to warp from the extreme amounts of heat being generated inside. A stream of fire suddenly releases, basking Godzilla's left knee injury and roasting it. Godzilla's knee gave out and the saurian collapsed onto it. Anguirus tilts his head up, moving the stream of fire up Godzilla's body and lets it concentrate on Godzilla's face for a few moments.

After the fire ceased, Godzilla rubbed his eyes; the heat left his vision blurry. His left knee's now-charred injury had burnt blood surrounding it. While the beast was disoriented, Anguirus darts forward, trying to ram into Godzilla's chest with tremendous force...

Downed, temporarily blinded, and being charged by his enemy... Godzilla knew what he had to do. He normally saved it for later, but clearly the Pulse was needed now.
As Anguirus slammed into Godzilla's chest, horn first, Godzilla bellowed and reached out with his arms. He grabbed the furious dinosaur by the head and neck and embraced it, pulling it as close as possible. Godzilla's body began to give off sudden bolts of energy as his fins grew brighter and brighter, surging with electricity. With Anguirus firmly pressed against him, Godzilla released his Nuclear Pulse.
In an instant, the power of man's folly was unleashed. Blinding white energy flushed out in an enormous spherical pattern, consuming everything around it. The fiery holocaust obliterated all the nearby rock formations, turning them to nothing but dust.
As the radioactiove explosion passed it's climax and faded, Godzilla opened his eyes, his vision cleared and his body tingling. As the smoke cleared, Godzilla spotted his foe a few hundred meters away.
Godzilla rose to a shaky stand, gazing upon his foe. Anguirus laid motionlessly on his back, legs sprawled out limply. His entire body was charred black, and even from a distance Godzilla could see burns and blisters. As the thuroughly nuked monster smoldered, the sound of the nuclear pulse still boomed, echoing endlessly through the stars. Godzilla snorted and watched, waiting.

Anguirus forced himself to tolerate the pain; the match couldn't end just yet. The kaiju forced himself to rise to his feet. With a few shakes of his body, Anguirus prepares himself for more combat. Anguirus comes to his foe and trips him with his tail. With Godzilla now on the ground, it was time to strike. Anguirus pounces on Goji's head, bearing all 60,000 tons onto Godzilla's cranium. Godzilla cringed from the strain of the pressure being forced onto his head. Aches and pains flourished from the attack; he felt like his head was gonna collapse! Anguirus raises a paw but makes sure to keep one still pressing on Godzilla's head. As the King of the Monsters was preoccupied, Anguirus jabs his claw down, about to stab it into Godzilla's chest...

Trying his hardest to push Anguirus off, Godzilla barely noticed the claw swinging at him. Instinctively he raised his arm, taking brunt of the swipe with it and grimacing.
He had to get Anguirus off and, deciding that a well-aimed kick to the gut would do the trick, Godzlla thrust both of his legs straight up.
Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly "well aimed". Since Anguirus was leaning forward, his gut wasn't above Godzilla's legs, but actually his chest... It was an unfortunate miscalculation. For Anguirus.
Godzilla's feet shot up, not into Anguirus' gut, but into his crotch. The springloaded double-kick hammered Anguirus right where it hurt, sending an expression of eye-bulging pain to the monster's face as it let out a long, drawn-out cry of pain. Godzilla felt Anguirus' muscles slacken, and with a grunt, shoved his limp form off.
As Anguirus lay prostate on his back, Godzilla wobbled to his feet. He shook his head, fighting through the pain, and shifted his weight to his uninjured leg. He glared down at Anguirus, spines glowing, and fired his deadly breath weapon.

*sigh* again with the radioactive beam? >.>


Anguirus wouldn't allow the beam to strike and goes into a roll. However, the beast wasn't quick enough, and the beam struck Anguirus' arm, but it was better than his face or chest.

Anguirus employs his strong leg muscles to launch him high into the air; while in the air, the beast curled up into a sphere; it was time for the "Thunderball". The rolling ball of spiky madness and fury crashes into Godzilla's cranium. The saurian's eyes gave a blank stare as soon as 60,000 or so tons of spiky pressure crashed into his face. Small droplets of saliva spewed from his maw as he stumbled back from the Thunderball. A few spikes even created some puncture wounds in Godzilla's forehead, which caused crimson radioactive blood to lazily stream down his face.

Upon making contact with the King, Anguirus bounced back, landing a little ways back from Gojira (not too far back, but still enough distance to keep Goji from punching or kicking). Planning to play it safe for now, Anguirus employs a ranged attack. He picks up a rather large, bony, jagged spear-like sharp piece of rock. Rising to his hind legs, Anguirus rears his arm back before throwing it, sending the projectile towards the dazed Godzilla's left shoulder...

Slowly coming to his senses, Godzilla spotted the incoming projectile and ducked down to avoid it. Still dazed, however, he didn't quite make it- the rocky spear grazed Godzilla's shoulder in a spray of blood, waking him up with a fresh bolt of pain.
As Godzilla jerked his head up, wide-eyed with pain, he realized the golden oppurtunity that lay before him. Reared up on his hind legs, Anguirus had unwittingly put his weakspot on display, open to attack. Godzilla raced forward, ignoring the pain in his knee and running as fast as possible towards Anguirus.
As Godzilla charged, his fins began to cackle with energy. The air around them warped with heat as they took on a blue glow, surging with lethal radiation.
As he neared swiping range, Godzilla suddenly turned, pointing his head down and swinging his arced back towards Anguirus. As the momentum carried him diagonally forward, Godzilla's energized switchblades extended, slashing down Anguirus' stomach. The jagged gash, in the form of a "/", steamed as the heat of Godzilla's charged fins instantly cauterized the wound.
Nimbly landing on all fours, Godzilla spun around, reared up onto his hind legs, and unleashed his already charged breath weapon at Anguirus' back, hoping to push him off balance in his bipedal state.

AGAIN with the beam? >.>

Godzilla's beam struck Anguirus in the back but the shell protected Anguirus from any real damage. The beam did make Anguirus lose balance though, so the dinosaur was on all fours after the beam. Anguirus goes into the 'Thunderball' again and basically does a repeat of his last attack, except for one difference.

Just as he was coming down on Godzilla's head, the dinosaur uncurls, with his legs reared back. As he was about to smash into Godzilla's head, Anguirus thrusts his legs out, landing a forceful kick on Godzilla's head. The blow caused Godzilla to fall and put him in a dazed state; the kick pushed Anguirus off and allowed the beast to do an acrobatic roll before landing on his feet.

With his enemy in a dazed state, Anguirus sends out the flames from his maw, intending to cover Godzilla's body in a blanket of fire...

As the flames lurched closer, Godzilla responded quickly and on instinct- he let out a shotgun spray of breath, and in a flash of swirling heat, the orange and blue flames collided and extinguished one another.
Pushed back by the blast of intense heat, Godzilla shook his head. The four-legger was getting bolder with his attacks, but so long as Godzilla breathed, he would not see Earth again.
Rushing towards Anguirus, Godzilla spread his fingers, claws ready to rend. He deftly brought up his paw, upercutting Anguirus. As the force of the blow lifted Anguirus' front feet off the ground, Godzilla followed up with a second swipe from his opposite arm, slashing Anguirus' exposed throat. Lifted up and shoved back, Anguirus toppled over onto his back with a loud "THUD".
Godzilla hissed, planting his foot on Anguirus' chest and pinning him to the ground. Wasting no time, Godzilla pulled back his arm, claws glistening with fresh blood, and swung towards the downed saurian's face.

Anguirus frantically tried to avoid Godzilla's blow; with his arm that was freed after Godzilla went for the swipe, Anguirus tries to bat it away, but all he manages to do is change Godzilla's target. The claws swiped Anguirus' shoulder area, shedding small amounts of fresh blood. The wound stung a little, but it was better than getting his face slashed open.

Thinking quickly, Anguirus sends out a blast of his flame breath, which envelopes Godzilla's face. The flames definitely did the trick for getting Gojira off, because the King of the Monsters immediately stumbles back, releasing a screech as he gets off Anguirus. Godzilla was busy focusing on his pained scorched face and forgot about Anguirus, so while Godzilla was unsuspecting, Anguirus bats a giant boulder at the back of Godzilla's head...

As Godzilla stumbled, shaking his head and trying to unblur his vision, he felt something hit his tail as it passed by. Godzilla roared as his tail accidentally intercepted the blow that was meant for his head; the boulder pushed Godzilla's tail away, spinning him around to face Anguirus and chipping off some spikes. Surprised by the lucky turn of events, Godzilla paused a moment, dumbfounded, before he retaliated.
Godzilla advanced on Anguirus, narrowing his eyes on the beast. Turning about in a flash, Godzilla again put his tail to use, slamming it into the side of Anguirus' face and knocking him down to his feet. Godzilla jumped back, distancing himself from Anguirus to avoid a rising attack. As he waited, Godzilla began charging his dorsal fins with energy...

Anguirus opened his eyes and noticed Godzilla's flickering blue spines. This could mean only one thing... Anguirus rolls out of the way, avoiding the blast of radioactive thermonuclear energy. Anguirus rolls forward in his thunderball form.

His attack had three parts to it. First, Anguirus crashes into Godzilla's left knee, causing the saurian to kneel from the sudden flush of pain. Anguirus bounced off the limb and propelled upwards; as he came up, he uncurled so his tail smacked down on Godzilla's head. The dozens of spikes decorating the club-like tip raked the flesh on the face. Finally, as Anguirus came down, he crashed his strong legs into Godzilla's face and pushed off of it. Anguirus lands as Godzilla's massive bulk hits the ground; a cloud of dust forms around the saurian, although the cloud quickly vanishes.

Following his combo attack, Anguirus picks up Godzilla and spins the brute around before releasing Godzilla. Anguirus watches as Goji crashes through the air and towards the solid ground...

(How did Anguirus pick Godzilla up...? o.O)

Godzilla flipped and extended his legs out, striking the ground with his claws. As his toes dug in, Godzilla skidded across the ground, tearing up the earth before finally halting.
Godzilla looked up, narrowing his eyes and baring his fangs. Anguirus was going to have to fight a lot harder than that if he wanted to be King.
With a loud snarl, Godzilla kicked off the ground and rushed towards Anguirus, quicckly covering the space between them. He collided with the living tank jaws-on, clamping down on his Ang's shoulder and digging in with his double-row of serrated fangs. Godzilla grabbed the mutant's arms in his claws, and with the combined strength of his tech and arms, heaved the spiky monstrosity up onto it's hind legs. Holding Anguirus up, Godzilla lifted his leg and struck forward, kicking Anguirus hard in the stomach. As his talons dug in from the impact, Godzilla pulled his leg down, raking them through Anguirus' soft underbelly. With a jerk, Godzilla ripped his claws away and pushed forward with his arms, letting go of Anguirus and shoving him forward.
The multi-ton Ankylosaur fell over backwards with an enormous "THUD", kicking up clouds of greyish brown dust. As the unarmored belly again presented itself to him, Godzilla let loose with another blast of azure hell...

The nuclear beam ripped through the dust, only to reveal the absence of Anguirus. Before the saurian realized it moments ago, Anguirus had rolled out of the dust cloud. Godzilla cursed once he realized he fired into air.

Godzilla turned to notice a spinning Anguirus. Godzilla's face was met with the mutant dinosaur's mace-like tip. A loud "thwap" sounded from the impact, which knocked a few teeth loose from Goji's maw. A stream of saliva mixed with blood spewed from Goji's maw as he stumbled to the side a few steps. However, as Anguirus' backside faced Gojira during the spin, that’s when Angs leaped back, penetrating his dagger-like spikes into Goji's abdomen. Godzilla roared in anger at the combo attack that was just initiated on him. Now he had a dinosaur hanging from his torso by the spikes in his flesh.

After a few seconds of letting the pain linger in Godzilla's puncture wounds (from the foreign objects in his flesh), Anguirus shakes himself to the ground, but as soon as he landed, Anguirus leaps back and performs a mule kick sort of attack, leaving Godzilla no chance to realize what was happening...

Godzilla jumped back, barely missing the thrusting kick. He shook his head, running his tongue over the patches of gum that no longer held teeth. No matter, he still had plenty more to use, and the one's he lost would grow back soon enough.
Instead of going for another direct assault, Godzilla began to circle, making his way past the thrashing tail and hind legs. Then, rushing toward, he shoved his head inbetween the front and hind legs on the right side and heaved up, lifting Anguirus' right side up off the ground. With a shove, he toppled him completely, knocking the giant Ankylosaur onto it's back.
Wasting no time, Godzilla let loose- this time he was sure he'd hit his target. Glowing blue energy burst from his mouth and, concentrating into a column of radioactive pain, shot forward. Godzilla's beam struck the soft, armorless underbelly, blasting it continuously with searing heat and concussive force. Godzilla turned his head, aiming the beam higher. The destructive beam swept up, blasting the underside of Anguirus' head as well. Godzilla ceased fire and closed his mouth, spines still lingering with energy.
Lifting his arm and stretching out his claws, Godzilla prepared to swing down and slash the tenderized belly of his foe.

Spinning around like a breakdancer, Anguirus' tail brings Godzilla to his knees. Taking a blunt rock in his hands, Anguirus tackles Godzilla and brings the weapon down on Goji's skull again and again. The beast grunted with every powerful strike to his cranium; after a few strikes, blood started spurting out. After several good whacks, Anguirus steps off and lets his opponent's head lay limp in a pool of blood.

With Godzilla dazed and woozy, Anguirus releases a stream of fire at his opponent's tender head point blank...
