The damage that would soon to come would take far greater time than Cell's living tail would allow. Its long, centipede-like build lashed upward from between its huge, useless wings. The mandibles clamped around Gaius' throat while the rest of the body seemed to coil around the giant's form as if a bizarre anaconda.
Deadly scissor-like endings began to cut away at what remained of the armor and its flesh, and soon the guardian was roaring in both pain and rage. He tried to back away, but merely tripped over Cell's long spear-like leg, and the centipede, coming from the side of the chimera, continued to rip at his form.
Blood began to pool beneath the statue and then followed by jello-like globs of skin, muscle, and organ as the scissors got deeper and deeper. As the centipede continued to cut away at his body, Cell's spider-like spear rose up, it aiming to go straight through his forehead.

(Damn, dude...I kinda need all those muscles and organs and stuff to keep fighting, y'know...)
---
That damnable, living, writhing, silk-spitting tail that lived independently of its master's own will, yet worked in concert with it to destroy its foes...how much more abuse would Gaius have to bring upon it before it finally coiled up and hid in the beast's rump for its own safety?
...How much more damage would Gaius have to do to this monster in all? And more to the point, how much more could Gaius take himself?
He moaned in agony as he could feel the worm's innumerable bladed appendages sawing into him, digging through his ancient body, spilling fountains of black blood.....his vision swam with dizziness, and he had to fight to keep his head upright, fight to keep his eyes from falling dark and empty...
CRASH!
A bolt of lightning struck too close for comfort to the struggling titans, and for an instant Gaius could see the lethal spear-limb raised on high, aimed for his head...ready to end his life.
...
This time, the flash alone woke him up.
Not today.
Not here.
He would not die. He would not fall.
Cell hissed with glee as he thrust his weapon down for the kill...the grin parting his maw only widened as he saw his foe futilely try to lean back from the blow only to end up skewered anyway...
...But then he felt a sudden pressure on the tip of the limb: not painful or damaging, but enough to hinder it. And then, with another loud resounding rumble of thunder, realization struck:
Gaius leaned back at the last instant so that the spear would pierce through the small stone mask covering his mouth. The bit of ornamentation had not completely blocked the blow, but prevented it from piercing all the way through him - and allowed him to chomp down hard on the tip of the limb to keep it from withdrawing and having another go at him.
The Colossus' eyes shone the color of fire once again. Feeling new strength and determination filling him in spite of the blood he continued to lose, the Earth Knight stood straight and tall, and focused.....his eyes flashed brightly again--and in concert, another blinding ray of heaven's brilliance struck Cell's eyes.
The lumbering beast howled in agony and frustration...and as it did, Gaius set about extricating himself from the massive worm and its numerous painful blades, turning around in place at first to unwind the living tail from his body. The centipede shrieked and grasped for him again, trying to keep its hold of him in spite of being blinded, but the guardian would have none of it; he wrestled his left arm free and warded it off, batting its body aside when it tried to slam up against him, and then finally grasping it round the neck and pulling its jaws away from his own throat.
Clenching its throat tight in the crook of his arm, Gaius reached up with the tip of his blade and flicked loose the last bits of his ruined mask, spitting blood from his mouth to the side. Uttering a low growl of contempt and disdain, he lifted his cudgel and gave a short but forceful thrust - pushing the deformation to the ground on its front. Before it could recover and pick itself back up, he turned, made sure his grip on its tail was good and tight...and began to charge.
Slowly at first, it took him a moment to build up steam...but before very long he was pounding through the streets of the city as fast as his two stubby legs could possibly carry him - dragging the body of his hapless enemy along for the ride. Scraping painfully against the rough asphalt and concrete, plowing through some of the weaker buildings in its way and banging off of the sturdier ones, the ride was most unpleasant. Cell wallowed and screamed, scrabbling wildly for something - anything - to grab hold of to stop from being dragged all over the city, but it was helpless to stop the Colossus now.
They kept on and on and on.....until, finally, Gaius' own legs were wearing down, and he was forced to come to a stop. Breathing heavily, standing hunched over, he still held tightly the tail of his enemy...and he refused to let it go until he caught his breath. After a moment, he tossed it to the side, and focused intently on the beaten, bloodied heap of mutated flesh from a thousand different creatures that made up this abomination...
'Fell beast...for your transgressions, you shall know the wrath of Dormin...'
In the heavens above, the storm clouds massed directly above the fallen Cell, rumbling and crackling as the power they generated grew ever stronger. Gaius shifted the head of the worm to his hand, then wound back and hurled it far through the air, all the way back over to the body of its master...and right as it plopped down, the mass of storm clouds above flashed in unison. The Colossus looked on in satisfaction, knowing that any second now, this deformation was going to feel the true wrath of the god.
CRASH!!
The air above split apart as the bolt of divine judgment raced down toward the offered sacrifice, faster than any mortal eye could ever see, and with power few living creatures could survive...
---
In case this is too vague for you, my second move is summoning a bunch of storm clouds to have a lightning bolt strike Cell. Let me know if it's against the rules, and I'll edit.

The stone guardian had forgotten a key thing about lightning. While as painful as the coming assault may be, the intense heat, where they'll strike Cell's battered and bleeding body, will pretty much cauterize the wounds they strike, if they strike them anyway. The first bolt was cast down from the heavens and landed square on Cell's back. The monster's wings, as useless as they are, spread outward as his body convoluted in sheer agony. Another bolt came down, smashing into his stubby snout and sending a wash of blood from both its eye and nose.
The third bolt hit the centipede...
The living tail released a horrible cry of pain not unlike that of fingernails on a black board. Pain ripped through the centipede's long, snake-like form and sent it sky high as it danced in mid-air before falling back on Cell's body like a meteorite.
But...
If Gaius the ancient one actually believed such a move would end a beast such as Cell... He was dreadfully mistaken. The giant couldn't muster a move as he watched on, cold blue eyes looking as Cell slowly and painfully crawled to his feet.
An unbelievable sight it was as dust, blood, and smoke fell from Cell's furry body. He cried in pain again as he stood tall, mere meters away from Gaius' face. How much could either of them take? Cell lacked the mentality to know.. But knew this foe had given him great, great pain that not even his half-brother, Swamp, could do.
He refused to die. He refused to give up. Until this guardian rips out his heart and crushes his brain, Cell's natural anger, rage, and determination would not allow a foe, a foe that rivaled the stance of his demented creators, to defeat him.
With sudden movement the genetic freak smashed his bulk against Gaius', sending both of them crashing into the ground. His tentacles quickly shot from his arm and stabbed into the ground after coiling around his arms. The hold won't last, but he only needs a second.
His other hand gripped his throat while his spider-like spear rose up. He wanted to bite... Cell's going to give him something to eat! The spear shot down with tremendous force and speed. The weakened rock from the previous attack shattered like glass and the spear entered his mouth. A muffled scream of pain came from the statue before the tip of the spear exploded from the front side of the throat, its many joints allowing it to enter and then come out the front opposed to the back.
As the guardian struggled against his body, Cell snarled in sheer hatred as he began to pull upward.. If succeeding and if goes according to how Cell thinks... Gaius' will now have a huge, bloody gash from his mouth to the center of his throat.. His jaws cut in two parts.

Gawd... awesome, AWESOME match that was. Easily one of the best here so far. That being said, I'm gonna have to call this a draw. You both took and inflicted incredible damage.
