Eh... Tortonne has a decent chance of winning...
If Psychosis doesn't pull out its massive ranged arsenal out on the uber tortise from the get go. He seems to have a habit of doing this according to the demo battle.
It will take a while, but Tortonne's going to go down, because eventually Psychosis is going to pull out the Anti-Gravity Field on Tortonne if he doesn't kill Psychosis fast enough.
If Psychosis gets the Anti-Gravity Field going, Tortonne loses.
If Tortonne somehow manages to get in melee range and damage Psychosis badly, Psychosis loses.
Psychosis' win condition is much more easily achieved then Tortonne's, because Psychosis can handle himself in a close up brawl, and may even throw Tortonne away from himself.
If they get in close to each other and don't back into long range for a while, its a close battle, if the stay at long range for a good portion of the match, then I'm certain its Psychosis hands down.

Blah, if Psychosis didn't have the ability to screw with his opponent's minds, I'd give this to Tortonne. But since he does, it's pretty much only a matter of time before Tortonne gets mind f*cked, and from that point it's pretty much over.
Psychosis.
Stupid mind f*cks.

Ahaha, Psychosis strikes again! Super armor isn't gonna save your ass from having your mind raped. Tortonne can do some good damage in melee, but Psychosis is no slouch in melee (though Tortonne obviously has that advantage). He's gonna play smart and take him out from range, however. And closing the distance is extremely difficult against Psychosis due to Mind Flay being a basically never missing attack.
Psychosis. Sorry IR.

Heh, another one I accurately predict on who I personally think is the winner...
Though its likely that this is because most of the matches are obvious.
Psychosis for reasons I stated in my last post in this thread.

Psychosis wins. He's gonna mind f*ck the crap out of Tortonne, unfortunately. There's not much Tortonne could do to defend himself from it unless he can kill Psychosis before he starts mind raping him.

Psychosis mind rapes Tortonne. If it weren't for that, Tortonne would actually be able to pull off a win. But, as it stands, Tortonne is screwed.
Psychosis for the win.
BTW, does the potentcy of Psychosis' mind rape depend on the complexity of the targets mind? Like the difference between, say, Milenko and Carcharius.

My vote isn't needed, but I cast it anyways just cause I have to.
Psychosis: Mindf**ks the hell out of his opponents, and he's named after a lucha-libre wrestler to! Can't beat that with a stick as far as I'm concerned.

BTW, does the potentcy of Psychosis' mind rape depend on the complexity of the targets mind? Like the difference between, say, Milenko and Carcharius. There would be no difference. And the whole "guyz, I has primal instinct, it dun work on meh" for mind reading is incredibly dumb, after I thought about it. You can still read what the hell it's gonna do. That's the only reason that Psychosis would technically be better suited fighting a smarter foe. Basically, nothing is safe from Psychosis. Especially piloted machines and heavily armored foes. That's basically an instant win for Psychosis (in regards to piloted machines). And AI would suffer dearly as well, since it would get really screwy from the effects (yes, his mind moves work on AI).
