Riptide can take this. This is going to be an interesting aerial battle, to say the least. Riptide negates a couple of Draenyx's ranged attacks, and he has better aerial agility than his foe. It'll be brutal, as Draenyx has a few attacks that can get through Riptide's armor, but not many. So in the end, a somewhat battered Riptide wins.

...ahem...
Riptide negates almost the entirety of Draenyx's range. However, he does have a few things in his favor, such as his easy ability to penetrate the mech's armor with two of his attacks, namely, the feathers and the Mist Orbs. He probably won't be able to get more than one or two Orbs out at Riptide, but the feathers, in theory, can basically sever...anything. If he manages to get in close, all Draenyx has to do is swing a wing and chop through about half of Riptide's body, armor or no. It can also be noted that Draenyx is friggin' telekinesis happy and will have no problem with giving Riptide a psychic slap in the middle of the fight to knock him off balance, and he's got the shield...
I see this very even, but...Omega, before I vote, as I'm not too familiar with Riptide's melee outside the blades...when the two get in close, who'll come out on top?

Well, Riptide is more agile in the air, but aside form the Plasma Cutters, the only other weapon he would use with any effectiveness at that range are the Electroshock Anchors, which stand a good chance of frying Draenyx as well.

Point...except he's got a shield...and there's still the wings...
What the hell, let's tie and just let both of us continue on. It's so damn even in the first place, we might as well. xD
