The dragoness, Freezing Lunarous, had swam down to San Francisco, California to relax on the beach. However, when she came ashore, she felt that she wasn't alone.
"Whoever's out there, show yourself! I know you're here, whoever you are!"

The Earth shook and split open from the fissure arose a red mist. The mist gathered in a single point in the sky, forming a shape. The shape solidified, revealing the Great Devil God Samifeal. The remaining mist formed a bubble around Samifeal's body. Samifeal sneered at its prey, thoughts of butchering it coursing through its head.

Magmire erupts from the earth and sits on a nacho factory, which is conveniently placed next to a beer brewery. He grabs some chips and beer and demands that the carnage commence.

Freezing Lunarous snarled at the creature that solidified in her sights, it radiated a form of negative energy she had not encountered before, and will most likely never encounter again lest she were to face this monster again. The dragoness closed her eyes and focused on creating ice crystals around herself, and at her command, they rose from the ground, ice energy arcing from them into her form increasing her energy reserves.
She cupped her hands, gathering excess ice energy between them and forming a small orb that grew bigger as she instilled more energy into it. It peaked to maximum power as she muttered, "This is the power of the moon's rage."
Thrusting the orb outward, Lunarous fired a sizable beam of ice energy at her foe. The beam connected with the bubble that surrounded her strange foe. She continued pouring energy into the beam to sustain it, her crystals recharging her energy so the she doesn't exhaust herself. She held the beam for ten seconds before letting it fade into nothingness.
Instead of relent, Freezing Lunarous pressed her attack and followed her Unbridled Lunar Rage with a shot of her Ice Energy Burst attack.

Samifeal grunted as the bubble surrounding it took the full power of the orb. It was much more intense than Samifeal had been expecting.
Samifeal quickly unleashed his NegaVion Stream. It collided with Freezing Lunarous' Ice Energy Burst. The Stream managed to overtake the beam and hit Freezing Lunarous right in the chest, pumping her body full of a large amount of NegaVion and sending her flying straight into a huge skyscraper.

(OOC: Nitpicking: Only normal Lunarous' Lunar Rage is an orb, Freezing Lunarous' is a beam.)
The dragoness grunted and rubbed her head painfully after she smashed through the skyscraper.
"This is so not how I envisioned my vacation..." she muttered, "I swear, if it's not one Kaiju here, there is another one somewhere else. These guys give those of us trying to help a bad name to work with." Groaning, the dragoness rose from her 'seat' on the ground and glared at the black-hearted demon-like creature. She let loose with another Ice Energy Burst. That attack detonated on the bubble. What apparently served as a shield for her was starting to show cracks in the surface.
The dragoness raised an invisible eyebrow at this, either her attacks were stronger than she knew, or this foe's 'shield' was a tad bit weak/suseptable to explosive attacks. Shrugging she charged up her Unbridled Lunar Rage again to fire on this foe, his attack may have over powered her Ice Energy Burst, but she doubted the same would be true for this attack. Roaring, she cut loose with the attack...

Before te beam could connect, Samifeal rose above the ground, the beam grazing the bottom of its sheild.
"It seems the bitch can bite," Samifeal muttered to itself in its language of old.
It landed a safe distance away from the dragon. Closing its eyes, it searched for something in this city of sinners that could be of use to it. In its mind, it spotted a tram car not to far away from Freezing Lunarous. Lifting the thing with its mind, it guided the car straight at the dragon's back.

The dragoness snapped to attention, having sensed the use of telekinesis, and back-flipped over the incoming tram car, landing on her hands before pushing herself back to her feet like the acrobat she was.
"A being who is also telekinetic, this makes things that much more interesting. He's going to have to 'bite' back faster and harder than that to put me down for good."
Following his lead, she raised some of her own crystals and surged energy through them with her mind, in a sense reversing the energy absorbtion process.
"Take this!" Freezing Lunarous yelled as she hurled the crystals at Samifeal. Their energy-charged nature allowed them to resist being instantly destroyed by the bubble as she slammed her crystals into its cracked section over and over, worsening the damage with each crystal.
The bubble was horrendously damaged by the time the twentieth crystal impacted with it, the cracks large and covering around thirty-five percent of the bubble. Before Samifeal could recover from the barrage, another ten crystals, all reverse-charged with energy, were sent careening at weakened part of the barrier.

Samifeal's sheild was thirty five percent overloaded already. The next attack it predicted, would bump the percentage up to fifty.
"I was going to save this for last," it said. "But since you seem to be an impatiant little whelp I'm going to give this to you NOW!"
Black clouds appeared over the city, blanketing it in total darkness. Rain shot straight out of the clouds, pouring down at an extremely fast rate. The acidic rain began to dissolve buildings. Freezing Lunarous' hide began to burn as well. Suddenly, a bolt of lightning shot out of the sky, heading straight toward Freezing Lunarous.

"YIPE!" Freezing Lunarous yelped when she noted the bolt coming at her. She brought a crystal up in between it and herself, effectivly blocking the the bolt of lightning. She pulsed a telekinetic wave at Samifeal, throwing the beast off guard and, unknowingly, stopping the rains as well, but doing absolutely no damage. The dragoness looked the the parts of the city around her, they were trashed by the acidic rain.
"HEY! Melting the city, and my scales, is NOT cool! Now you've ticked me off!"
Jumping up and hovering in place, Freezing Lunarous prepared her ultimate attack. She gathered 50% of her maximum energy and split it into ten different places around her, forging these energies into ten ice spears. Her eyes were clenched shut from the drain, but she could still 'feel' Smaifeal's general location.
"Lunar Ice Fury!" the dragoness roared as she threw all ten spears at once, each impacting and exploding on the 'shield' Samifeal had. Panting from the use of energy, she generated more crystals to keep herself from discharging all of her energy. When the dust from the explosion cleared, the shield was in shambles, cracked along most of its surface from an explosive force equal to ten Spiral Fire Rays all from the same Godzilla at once. She would be surprised if the shield could take anything more and reverse charged fifteen of her damaged, but still usable, crystals from the patch she made before the acid rain and fired them at her foe.

Using its Dark Anchor, Samifeal caught the spears and hurled them back at its foe. Samifeal quickly levitated over its foe as the spears approached her front. Landing mere inches away from teh dragoness's back, itfoccused on seperating the sheild from itself. Within seconds, it was released. It skidded along the ground, heading straight at Freezing Lunarous' back. Once it connected, it would explode, releasing incredible amounts of NegaVion into its foe. Both the spears and the bubble were a mere inch away from the dragoness when Samifeal leapt out of the way.

Yet no explosion came, for Freezing Lunarous had pulsed a telekinetic wave all around her, reflecting the bubble and back fired ice crystals harmlessly into the air.
"Nice try, but you forgot how I stopped your little rain storm" She stated, turning towards Samifeal. "Though I feel this battle is about to become much harder for me to win."
The dragoness gathered ice energy on her claws and charged forward, dealing to triple slash marks to Samifeal's face and continually damaging it with gangrene created from the sudden drop in temperatures. The dragoness suddenly gasped as an unknown pain surged through her and she back-flipped away a few times.
"Eh? What trickery is this that I'm hurt when I touch him? Perhaps it is the negative energy I sensed... Very well, I will remain at long range."
Jumping away again, she rose more of her cyrstals and surrounded Samifeal with them. Crossing her hands, Freezing Lunarous threw them at the strange Kaiju all at once.

Samifeal rose to avoid the cystals, but was mostly unsucessful. Half of the crystals connected with Samifeal's body. The impact itself dealed damage, but the effectivenenn of the energy within the crystals was diluted by the unbreakable orange barrier that surrounded Samifeal.
"Seems the bubble was wasted, but no matter. This whelp will be kneeling before me, begging for mercy soon," Samifeal said to itself.
Samifeal held Freezing Lunarous' stationary body in place with its telekinesis. A flat red circle appeared below Samifeal and moved under the restrained Freezing Lunarous.
"Dark Pillar," Samifeal whispered. "Up."
The circle began to rise from the ground and form a red pillar that would soon impact Freezing Lunarous.
