Freedom. That's all Fenthion knew after the events of Deadly Alliance, and now it was determined not to be sent back to that God awful Hell-Hole known as Monster Island. The huge creature fell from the clouds like a descending angel, shrieking and roaring loudly before its feet smashed into the streets, sensing something else was coming.

Almost simultaniously, violet eyes, set above grotesquely large teeth, broke the surface of the bay. Rygama had formerly been chasing a pod of whales for dinner, but they had since eluded her. Now she was frustrated, and intent on finding food elsewhere. Her hulking form slowly made its way to shore, crawling about on all fours, a snarl escaping her fanged jaws.
It was when another screech reached her ears. Behind a cloud of dust, stood another figure. Rygama tilted her head, bringing the being into focus. Her company bore an eerie resemblance to her...
Rygama reared upright, more on guard, awaiting the monster's reaction.

Fenthion lifts his head, looking at the intruder, and then snarls loudly, green drool falling from his fangs. The insect let out a screech and its four wings all flapped in unison, allowing the dragon-like mosquito to zip into the air. Rygama let out a snarl on the ground, and soon a cry of pain as Fenthion's acid beam washed across her chest, dissolving layers of flesh and quickly weakening her very tough exoskeleton.
The bug flies in a circle, zooming over the Queen of Insects, and then comes down, stinger ready to stab into her back and inject his deadly toxins.

Rygama, however, was prepared for this. Like greased lightning, her spiny, bladed tail lashed up, swatting the diving Fenthion across the side, sending him flying into the paved streets, kicking up sparks as his shell gritted against concrete before bringing him to a stop.
Rygama stomped over to the prone aggressor and aimed a kick from one of her heavy, clawed feet into Fenthion's skull plate.

The leg smashed into Fenthion's skull, sending a shower of sparks and tiny pieces of armor to fly into the air. The queen of insects lifted its leg again, preparing to bring it down once more, but the mosquito-mutant's maw lifted up and maw clamped down on its foot. Rygama screeched in pain as the teeth ripped off a slab of armor, but then it began to feel as if its entire foot was becoming numb.
Fenthion crawled away as Rygama toppled over, her entire foot, from the calf down, was numb from Fenthion's drool. The mosquito stood up and let out a shrill cry and walked forward, green drool dripping from its maw as it prepared to bite the other foot.

Rygama's tail lashed upward and around Fenthion's neck, restraining his head long enough for Rygama to climb to her feet, dragging Fenthion along the ground and dropping him faceforward into the pavement.
Rygama roared loudly into the night sky and brought her colossal fanged maw down, attempting to crush Fenthion's neck in her bite.

The mosquito let out a snarl just as the insect's vice-like grip snagged its throat, but at the same time, both of its hands came up, each unleashing their hidden arm-like spears. The weapons stabbed into each of Rygama's shoulders, making the beast roar in pain and allow the bug to escape. The bug fell to the side, bleeding, as Fenthion stood up, spewing an acid beam at her face.

Rygama looked up as the green wave washed over her face. It stung for a moment, then she accepted the pain and climbed to her feet. Her faceplate smoked and sizzled, but the ancient crocodilian mutation had felt far stingier pains before. A low, gutteral huff escaped her fangs, followed by a loud, reverberating cackle into the moonlit sky.
Laughter.
Without warning, Rygama lunged forward, jaws agape. her oversized fangs closed tightly around Fenthion's throat, cracking through armor and boring deep into his bloodstream, exciting a mad change in pressure and forcing blood out of the newly formed gaps in his flesh.
Rygama yanked her head back, taking Fenthion's body with it, pulling him off his feet and swinging him off to the side. Rygama released her grip and sent the chimeric mutation flying off into the city, crashing hard into an office building. Glass and concrete shattered as the massive form crushed the structure, burying himself in the rubble of what was once a proud skyscraper. The pointed tip collapsed, banging onto Fenthion's head as it came down.
Rygama cackled again and advanced, extending her claws to full length. Bringing her arms up over her head, Rygama swuing them down like a woodsman's axe, intent on impaling Fenthion here and now.

Fenthion's maw parted into a cry as his own two hands came up, his twin spears emerging and lashing up, catching both of Rygama. The mosquito bellowed once more and pushed upward with its might, forcing the critter backward and allowing Fenthion to roll to the side, and then to its feet.
With its foot still numb, Rygama was less than quick to regain its balance from the shove, giving Fenthion plenty of time to leap forward, jaws opened wide and ready for a big meal.
That mean was Rygama.
The mutant's jaws wrapped around the queen of insect's, but the idea was far from just ripping off meat. The mosquito's maw slowly moved downward, creating deep cuts within the throat, the wounds quickly flooded with the mosquito's lime green drool.
When Rygama tried to snarl and roar, its entire muscle system failed to react. It then came to the realization that nearly every muscle from its throat, including its vocal cords, was now numb. Breathing was going to a bitch.
Fenthion leaped off, falling on one of its hands before looking upward, spewing another acid beam at its chest.

Rygama lashed out with her clawed hand, ignoring the corrosion of her breastplate, and closed her talons around Fenthion's throat, bringing an end to his assault. Rygama them yanked Fenthion forward, pulling his face until it was barely inches in front of hers - and promply swung her head down. HARD.
Fenthion's skull plate cracked as Rygama's considerably thicker skull smashed into his, cracking one of Fenthion's eye panels and nearly dislocating and re-locating his jaw.
Fenthion collapsed in a heap, landing ad Rygama's feet. The skull bash had knocked him silly. Rygama took a step back, spun around and kicked her feet out from under herself, pointing her spiny back down, aiming to give Fenthion the reverse-bed-of-nails treatment.

The bug's own fall was about to be used against it however. As the queen fell, Fenthion's rather large abdomen lifted up, directing its black stinger directly at Rygama's spine. The queen screamed in pain, shattering the windows of nearby buildings as the stinger broke through her exoskeleton, her muscles, and then began pumping its toxins.
The flesh and exoskeleton began to liquefy into a pasty white color, while its blood and muscles began to turn into a milkshake of goo. Fenthion thrust its abdomen upward, making the queen fall forward, twitching as the toxins reduced her insides to a tasty delight that Fenthion could feed on, and that's what he intended to do..
The mosquito crawled over and placed firm hands on Rygama's waist, and then stabbed its tongue into the wound, feeding on her body juices and blood.

Rygama, however, was no snack, and she did not intend to behave like one. Shoving herself off the ground and onto her feet, she shoved Fenthion back, knocking him off balance and repeated the same strategy. This time, Fenthion was on his feet and unable to effectively wield his stinger, and as such could do nothing as Rygama's monstrous, spine-covered carapace bowled him over and pressed him into the ground, the spines boring deep into his armor. A spurt of blood erupted from Fenthion's mouth.
Rygama rolled over, violently ripping her spines out of Fenthion's body, and stood up. She shook her head, shrugging off the stress of the sting, and glared down at fenthion. She then aimed a kicked right at his midsection, aiming to send the mutant flying.
