Rygama's body tensed, allowing her carapace to slam into the mountainside, cusioning herself momentarily, long enough to reverse Gojulas' hold, forcing her feet onto the ground and hoisting the taller beast into the air before slamming it into the side herself, before pulling him out and driving him into it again even harder, then swinging her entire upper body around and slamming Gojulas into the side a third time into the other side, toppling rocks and hollowing out a small crater in the hillside.
Rygama finished up her assault by swinging her body around the
other way and hurling Gojulas away from the mountain, headed right back for the beach.

Giga crashes down on the beach, gouging a furrow through the soft sand. Of course, crashing down on soft sand isn't exactly the most traumatic experience, so he is quickly back to his feet. With a roar, he switches to Pursuit Mode and charges toward Rygama. The beast roars as Giga rams her, driving her back up against the cliff face. Her armor strains and cracks as her torso is sandwiched between the rock wall and Giga's head with the inertia of his 150,000 ton bulk behind it.
The tremendous impact is too much for the already weakened wall to take, and it begins to collapse. Giga leaps back just as the rocks begin to rain down. Rygama, however, is too stunned to react in time, and is buried under hundreds of thousands of tons of rubble.
When the dust settles, all that is visible of Rygama is part of a wing that's protruding from the rubble. Giga reaches down and grips the appendage in his jaws. He pulls back, pulling Rygama from the rubble, and spins around, slinging her high into the air before firing his cannons at her.

Gojulas underestimated his opponent's hardiness, however, as as soon as Rygama left the machine's jaws, she burst into life once again and rapidly sped out of the path of the twin shells.
With a loud shriek, Rygama swooped low, bringing her claws forth and raking their tips through Gojulas' cranial plate, drawing a screech from the metal as the furious harpy quickly ascended after this move and began to head further inland, hoping to lure Gojulas into new territory.

Giga humors his opponent and gives chase, eventually catching up to her in a heavily forested area. Upon spotting her, his plates begin to glow with energy. His foot locks slam into place before he roars, unleashing 32 bolts of electrical pwnage at Rygama. The creature shrieks in momentary pain as the electricity assaults her body, causing her muscles to spasm uncontrollably.
When the bolts cease, Rygama falls to the ground, twitching as small bolts of electricity snake across her exoskeleton. Giga walks up to his prone foe, his tail blades charging with laser energy, before whipping around and attempting to slash the blades across her back.

The blades hit Rygama's carapace full force - and stopped. Despite their insane cutting ability, they had gotten wedged into one of her thick spines.
Rygama roared loudly, hurling herself back into an upright position, yanking Gojulas off of his feet as she did so and forcing the monstrous machine, his tail still imbedded in her spine, over her head and onto the ground with extreme force. Rygama spun around, ripping the blades out of her in the process. She then aimed a kick from one of her heavy clawed feet right into Gojulas' cockpit.

Giga has no pilot, and thus no cockpit.

The kick connects with the top of Giga's head, snapping his neck downward. However, he quickly recovers and retaliates, snapping his jaws shut on her ankle. Rygama shrieks in surprise as Giga twists his head and rolls to his feet, nearly wrenching her leg out of its socket and sending her toppling to the ground. But Giga isn't finished yet. He thrashes his head violently, his teeth rending Rygama's flesh and scraping against bone.
With blood and bits of flesh dripping and dangling from his maw, which is still locked around Rygama's ankle, Giga lifts his massive foot up and tries to bring it crashing down on her skull.

As Giga's foot came down, it became apparent the major factor he had forgotten; her arms.
One of her clawlike hands lashed up, grabbing Gojulas' foot, holding it still, while the other shot up and drove its claws into the ankle, rending right through the armor and driving deep.
At the same time, Rygama's barbed tail pointed itself towards the chunk of Gojulas' head where the armor had already been torn open, and thrust forward, attempting to bury itself in the softer mechanisms.

However, Rygama had forgotten about one of Giga's appendages as well. His own tail swings around, catching his opponent's tail between its blades. By this point, both foes are quite thoroughly tangled up. But Giga has a trump card. His cannons lower, pointing at the pinned Rygama. They fire at nearly point-blank rage, the shells detonating on Rygama's torso and sending chunks of armor and flesh flying though the air.
When the smoke clears, Rygama's torso is a shredded and bloody mess. She goes limp momentarily from the trauma, allowing Giga to fling her at a nearby cliff.

Rygama slammed violently against the cliff, her spines shattering large sections of rock. For a moment, she was stuck, literally pinned against the cliff, before she slid down and landed gracelessly on her feet. She groaned, glaring violet daggers at the machine. She tried to snarl, but all that escaped her maw was a loud gurgle, as purple blood oozed freely from her parting jaws, splashing against the rocky ground. She would end this now. A hellish green glow overtook her eyes and Rygama flung her head upward and gaped openly at Gojulas' face. Rygama then emptied her water sac, heaving forth screaming green fireball after fireball, igniting the air as no less than half a dozen projectiles tore through the air, all heading right for Gojulas.
Even Gojulas' mighty body couldn't hold up against such an onslought, and though he tried to duck, the blasts flew trew, the explosive power literally picking the mecha up off the ground momentarily before dropping him into the forest.
Rygama immediately took this opportunity to take to the air, zipping into the surf. She quickly sped off into deeper water, intent on forcing Gojulas into her domain.

Of course, Giga is no fool. Instead of following his opponent into the water, he begins firing his Giga Cannons into the water. Towers of water are sent hundreds of meters into the sky as the shells detonate beneath the surface. The tremendous shockwaves caused by the detonations rip through the water. One pair of shells goes off particularly close to Rygama, blasting her body with an incredible amount of concussive force and stunning her.
Giga scans the water, waiting for any signs of his foe. When the unconscious form of Rygama floats to the surface, Giga's course of action becomes obvious. His foot locks slam into place and body aligns itself with the ground. If Giga was capable of smiling, he would as his spines begin to glow. After a few short seconds, the Thunder Strike is unleashed. The bolts of electricity streak toward the floating creature. If she takes to the air, the bolts will simply follow her. If she dives down, the water will simply conduct the electricty. If she doesn't move, well, she'll get fried regardless.

Rygama, however, was far from stunned. The wind knocked out of her, perhaps, but as soon as the crackling began, Rygama dove deeper, hoping to avoid the bolts. A wave of hellish blue light lit up the ocean, but as Rygama accelerated into more open water, it grew less intense. She winced reflexively as a jolt of pain momentarily shot through her systsem, but mentally grinned as it passed. Gojulas obviously didn't understand the laws of physics as well as he thought. The water around Rygama had conducted the bolts alright - all throughout its mass, dispersing the current to much more bearable means.
Rygama opened her maw and unhinged her jaws, taking in a vast quantity of seawater, refilling her hydrosac. Then she shot to the surface, poking her head above the water, spotting Gojulas ashore. Before the machien could react, Rygama released two screaming plasma spheres. Gojulas, in his mistake, was stunned to see Rygama acting as though nothing happened, and did nothing as both projectiles exploded against his body, one on his chest, one against his face. He stumbled back, but did not fall.
Rygama dove and popped up a moment later further to Gojulas' right. Her throat expanded grotesquely as she expelled three plasma spheres simultaniously, all aimed for Gojulas.
She could play this game all day if she had to.

However, with the increased distance came more time to react. So Giga steps to the side, allowing the balls to fly past him. With that, he takes aim at Rygama's exposed head with his cannons. The cannons fire, and an instant later the shells slam into Rygama's skull. The force of the explosion snaps her head back at a horrible angle and rips armor and flesh off of her face.
With a roar, Giga turns around and heads inland.

Rygama roared loudly as her facial armor was shredded, one of her eyes literally bursting as the shell tore through. However, it wouldn't deter her. The plasmatic seawater rose into her mouth even as her head continued to fly back. With a tug, she threw her head forward again and let loose with a screaming cone of fiery green fury, evaporating large quantities of water as it tore over the surface and blasted Gojulas' back. The machine momentarily vanished in the green hellstorm, its entire body engulfed, before the cone dissipated. Gojulas collapsed there and then, large sections of its armor melted. Spark shot violently from the already open wounds as countless circuts were incinerated on the spot, still more fusing together.
Rygama dropped beneath the waves again and vanished from sight, rendering herself completely invisible. If Gojulas wanted her, he'd have to follow her, no matter what.

But Giga has no intention of entering the water. He can afford to play defensively at the moment, while Rygama has no such luxury. So he heads inland, toward the center of the island, where he awaits his opponent.
