Backstory: The species of the universe are in an intergalactic race to get to Earth first, but it just isn't destined. Several species have come across one another, and despite their best efforts, little to no alliances have been made. The red, barren world will now be transformed into a battle ground of epic proportions, and only one can walk out the winner.
- Basic Stuff - Eligible Players: MM, IR, OR, Jack, Des, Gyaos, Yaburu, shadowxzeos - Players can enter the chapter ONLY on Page 1, meaning if the fight gets going early, you want to join ASAP, otherwise you're out of luck. So, hopefully, you'll enter once you've finished. Your part should include your racing finding Mars, seeing the other ships and kaiju on Mars, and ready to do battle. Characters talking while the fighting is going on should continue in the Coming of an Age thread. Players can enter only one of their approved kaiju (meaning shadowxzeos, only your Destoroyah can come in now). Players can leave the battle at any point, but the longer you stay, the more damage you are assured. A post order will not be given until Page 2 or until every player posts his coming, whichever comes first. If an alliance is made within the fight and a the winners are a team, than the awarded resources will be divided between them. Do not be cheap and try and force page 2 to come faster before anybody else joins by attacking every new player. - Resources Gained: 300

Admiral Garok watched, calmly, as the other ships circled the barren red world. The humans had tried to terraform it at one point it seemed, for there was at least some atmosphere, but not much. Still, this was the stepping stone to Earth. An early victory here could result in a swift and decisive victory later.
Still, he wouldn't take too many chances. Mars at least had a molten core, something for Magmire to tap into. And since that transport arrived first, he would make use of its cargo. Magmire, unlike the mechs, wouldn't slow down as the damage added up.
"Lieutenent," he called to one of his subordinates. "Once Magmire has been properly checked, I want you to initiate a drop sequence for his. We'll pull back afterwards. I want an early lead on thsi scenario. We'll wait, if possible, until I've contacted the Cactines. They may prove useful later."
"By your command, Admiral."
----
Magmire was declared in full working condition shortly afterwards. The launch teams made their final checks before the pod was launched from the ship into orbit around the planet, and quickly made its way through the thin atmosphere, crashing into the rocky wastes. Magmire emerged shortly afterwards and surveyed hsi new surroundings. His senses told him of mineral deposits nearby, but he wasn't hungry. Not yet, at least.
----
"We've confirmed Magmire's landing and are pulling out of orbit. The other vessels will no doubt find him there in little time."
"So be it," Admiral Garok commented. "We can hold position out of range of the other vessels. If they try something funny, deploy Darktide."
"And Cerulean?"
"We'll pick her up when the transport arrives. she can survive the vacuum, so I'm not worried about her."
"As you command, Admiral. Now holding for further orders."
Garok had full confidence in Magmire. The beast was part of Detrik-Zan and carried with it the hopes of his people. They could afford to take few chances, but victory was not awarded to the timid after all.

Saberon grinned as he eyed the various ships circling the giant red marble. He watched in fascination as a volcanic golem moved on the surface, reducing the red sand to black ash. "How pretty." The tyrant said, ready for a fight. "Say Spike, who would you send down?"
"A giant brick." His nephew added, "A giant cold brick."
"We don't have that. Send Gigan." The Klenthurian said, resting his back against his throne and crossing his leg over the other.
A few seconds later and Saberon's orders were met with results. A red, cybernetic visor flashed to life within the confines of the Conquerer. A sickening screech echoed through the ship as its single eye continued to grow brighter. A series of lights began to turn on above its head. Gigan screamed again as its hands began to take the shape of blades. Bolts of energy surged from its eye before the floor beneath it opened up, dropping the cyborg into the voids of space.
A flash of fire ignited on its tail and the creature was moving toward the red world. On the ground, Magmire lifted its head and grunted as the blue tinted half-robot flew overhead. Its single-toed feet smashed on the ground, kicking up a storm of red dust. Another scream escaped its mandibled maw as it eyed its counterpart... waiting to see what will happen.

"Why have we dropped out of Hyper-Speed?" Dore-Ay inquired in a low grumble.
"Sensors have detected two other vessels sir." The navigation officer answered.
"Identify." Dore-Ay ordered.
"The Kree-Zen ship 'Excelion...' and the Klenthurian vessel 'The Conqueror.'"
"Commander Dore-Ay, scans of the surface of the nearby planet show two giant beasts down there as well, it appears both races have sent envoys to try and claim the planet."
Dore-Ay is silent for a moment, pondering the situation. "This planet is close to Earth. Capturing it could prove to be a vital key to capturing Earth as well. That's probably why both the Kree-Zen and Klenthurians have sent envoys down...we will do the same! Prep Bigor!"
It took only a few minutes to lure Bigor into a drop pod by super-heating it. Once on the planet surface, Bigor stepped out of the pod and surveyed the landscape, and saw the two other monsters, roaring at them when he did.

"Shall we deploy the Zombie, ma'am?" "No" Giria said as she watched from the eviscerator. "Get Hellspawn ready, see what Saberon thinks of that".
As the gooey red kaiju splattered onto Mars' rocky grey surface (NOT red, as it appears from Earth), Giria muttered under her breath, "payback time. NOBODY insults me!"

Out of what first seemed to be a black hole, the Zarkonn mothership "Eye of the Reaper" left hyperspace.
"Where are the other races heading to?" asked the commander.
"Well from what we've gathered, they seemed to be huddled around a planet that the humans refer to as "Marz"" replied a crewman.
"YOU INFIDEL! THAT'S "MARS" NOT "MARZ"!!!!!!!" roared the commander. The crewman sunk into his seat like a turtle retreating into it's shell.
"Hmm...this planet is nothing more than a wasteland....why would they come here of all places?" the commander thought to himself.
"No matter! There must be something of value on that planet if the races are attracted to it so much! Send F.R.O.S.T to scout the area for what might be causing such controversy" he finished.
With the orders given out, FROST was loaded into an ejection capsule and was ready to be launched from the ship.
"3.....2.......1.....LAUNCH!" said the Beastmaster, the one who is in charge of watching the monsters. In a split second, the airlocks opened and the pod was ejected from the ship at blinding speed.
The escape pod began to enter mars' orbit. The intense speed caused the pod's ceramic shell to peel and crack. Before the pod could break into peices and the passenger lost forever in space, the pod landed with a mighty explosion. The flames around the crash site where quickly doused by an icy storm. Suddently a 3 fingered hand emerged from the rubble, followed by a head...and a body. FROST raised it's head and examined the wasteland before him.
"FROST, it appears we have arrived here too late. The other races have already sent their monsters. Destroy anything in your path to find whatever it is that these aliens want!" ordered the commander vis the control device aboard the mothership. A green light on the back of FROST's head blinked, meaning that he has received the orders. The frozen kaiju took a step foreward, turning the dirt below it's hand into solid ice apon contact.
The beast lumbered over a hill that directly overlooked the flatlands where the other monsters where preparing to fight.

The Argon was approaching Mars, but was well away from the other vessels.
"Sir, we got two messages. One from the Kree-Zan and one from the Zeosians. Both willing to ally themselves with us." Said the Cactine with the Texan accent.
"Very well, we shall align ourselves with the Kree-Zan. I want to think about joining the Zeosians," Replied Neuro. "Send messages to both races."
"Very well, sir." Replied a Cactine.
"Send this to the Kree-Zan ship." Asked Neuro.
"Ok sir, ready to go." Replied the Cactine.
"Admiral Garok, we will indeed join forces with you. As a token of gesture, we will send Machinedramon to aid Magmire in the upcoming battle. See you soon." Said Neuro.
"Message sent, sir," Replied the Cactine. "I am ready to send the next message."
"Good," Said Neuro. "Zeosians, we are not forsure if we want to ally ourselves with you. We would like to see how well your kaiju can handle themselves before we make a final decision. Good day."
"Message sent." Replied the Cactine.
"Good, send Machinedramon down to Mars. Prepare for battle!" Shouted Neuro.
The gigantic digital monster stepped on the catapult launch, the locks clamped around it's feet. Soon a purple orb surrounded the mech.
"Catapult launching in 3...2...1 FIRE!" Said a computer voice.
The orb containing Machinedramon was catapulted towards Mars. The energy needed for the orb caused the Argon to drop it's cloaking for a while. The orb crash lands onto the planet's rocky, desert-like surface. A large crator was formed from the impact. Machinedramon soon started walking out of the crator. Machinedramon opened his mouth, steam started rising out of it's mouth. The mega-level digimon's eyes flashed red for a moment. Machinedramon picked up Magmire, Gigan, Bigor, and Hellspawn on his radar. Only Magmire was currently registered as an ally. Machinedramon raised it's head and roared into the sky, ready to destroy. The mech then walked over to Magmire's side, ready to aid the molten golem.
"Our kaiju alliance should be able to wreak havoc on the others. Make sure our cloaking is on, by the way." Said Neuro.
The Argon soon disappeared from view. It's inhabitants were about to watch the massive fight that was about to ensue.

(OOC: The surface of Mars is red, Jack: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mars_surface_color)---------- The Great Whale King exits hyperspace in Mars' orbit. Without looking away from his monitor, Major Palta announces the situation. "We've arrived at Mars. Six alien ships are currently in Martian orbit, and as many monsters are already on the surface. Putting visual up on main monitor." The large monitor at the front of the bridge switches from the stellar map to an aerial view of the Martian surface with several giant figures facing off. "The monsters are a cyborg, a tentacled mass, a dinosaur-like creature, a second dinosaur-like creature with what appears to be ice armor, a mech, and... a lava monster?" continues Palta, a close-up shot of each monster popping on screen as he describes it. "The mech and lava monster appear to be allies. Preparing to descend and deploy the Gojulas Giga." "No. Deploy the Berserk Fuhrer." Palta turns around to face General Krueger. "Are you sure sir? We have no information about these monsters beyond what they look like, wouldn't Giga be a more appropriate choice?" "But look at what we do know about them based on their appearance. The cyborg has blade arms and spikes all over its body; clearly it specializes in close combat. Judging by the wings I would also guess it's capable of flight. It's also rather lightly built, so it's probably quite agile. The dinosaur with ice armor is most likely vulnerable to heat. The mech has a pair of huge cannons on its back, so it likely prefers ranged combat. The lava monster is going to be resistant to heat and extremely hot to the touch. I very seriously doubt it has anything resembling a nervous system, as well. The other two are a bit harder to judge. The blob looks like another close combat fighter, judging by those blade-like tentacle tips, but I don't see anything resembling legs either. A nearly immobile melee fighter doesn't make much sense, so it's either got some powerful ranged weaponry or it's extremely tough. The long-necked dinosaur doesn't have any outstanding features, so it's hard to tell much of anything about it. Giga could most likely handle any of them just as well as BF, with the exceptions of the cyborg and the lava monster. Giga doesn't handle agile, flight-capable opponents nearly as well as BF, and BF's fighting style and weapons are much better suited to deal with with something like that lava monster. The intense heat his weapons generate will also be especially effective against the ice dinosaur." "...And that's why you're in charge. Alright, sir. Preparing to descend and deploy the Berserk Fuhrer." The massive ship slowly descends through the thin atmosphere of the red planet, coming down some fifty miles away from the cluster of monsters to avoid any attacks on itself or the Berserk Fuhrer. Within the massive hangar of the Great Whale King, the Berserk Fuhrer's eyes flare brightly as he recieves his orders. He growls and stands up. The Gojulas Giga, whom was laying next to him, growls as well and watches as his brother starts walking toward the front of the hangar. The larger mech gets up and follows. They both stop just behind the hinge of the huge lower jaw ramp. As it descends to past 800 meters, the Great Whale King's massive jaw begins to open. At a mere 200 meters above the surface, the jaw has opened fully and the ship has slowed down to safe speed. Both the Berserk Fuhrer and Gojulas Giga watch the ground rush by for a moment as the thin Martian air rushes past them. Giga looks over to BF and lets out a quick roar. BF responds with a low growl before running down and leaping off the side of the ramp. Below, the Berserk Fuhrer lands on the sandy surface, skidding to a stop, his feet leaving deep furrows in the ground. A moment later, he activates his boosters, quickly catching up to the Great Whale King. He stays alongside it for a moment as Giga looks down at him from the ramp. Giga roars loud and long, knowing full well that it will be completely drowned out by the Great Whale King's engines from BF's position, but that doesn't make the message any less clear: Good luck. BF responds with his own roar before signaling the GWK and increasing the output of his boosters, quickly accelerating ahead of the ship. In the bridge of the massive ship, Palta recieves the message. "The Berserk Fuhrer has landed safely and is now heading toward the other monsters." Krueger nods. "Good. Ascend and take up geosynchronous orbit above the battlefield. Make sure to keep a safe distance from the other ships, though." "Roger. Ascending." As the massive ship begins to ascend, its lower jaw begins to close. Giga watches for a moment as his brother quickly increases the distance between himself and the ship. He then turns and slowly walks back to his resting place in the huge hangar. Below, BF streaks toward the battlefield, covering the remaining 25 miles in just a couple minutes.

"Sir, more ships have arrived and dropped off their own combatants." Reported a young soldier.
"Viewer!" Dore-Ay demanded.
A large image filled the bridge of the Kay-Un Risa, showing the battlefield. Dore-Ay's eyes narrowed at the sight. "Looks like we have a fight on our hands boys." he mused. "Get me info on those other creatures, now!"
One of his aides began scrambling through the data networks in hopes of finding some information on the other kaiju, while Dore-Ay continued to assess the situation. "Looks like a few of them are teaming up. Seems those alliances weren't so far-fetched after all."
"Do you think Bigor can handle them?" asked the young soldier from before.
"In all likelihood, there's only two of those he's going to even concern himself with. The lava monster and the cold monster. He's going to view them as a food source."
"Sir, the Lava one is called Magmire, he belongs to the Kree-Zen, and the colder one is FROST, belonging to the Zarkonns."
"Well, I hope they enjoyed having their monsters. Once Bigor's done absorbing them, they'll probably be dead."
"But sir, killing's against the rules of the games!" said another soldier.
"Kid...this ain't part of the games. I don't want Bigor to kill those things any more then you do, but once he gets wind of the cold and the heat from those two, there will be nothing anyone can do to stop him. We just have to hope his cells charge up to full before he kills them. If that happens, he'll stop absorbing their temperature."
"Sir! Bigor's heading at FROST!"
Bigor had caught wind of FROST first, since he was closer, and charged in. Bigor slashed at FROST with his crest, leaving a deep gash in his gut, and followed up with a heat blast that sent steam shooting off the giant monster of cold.
Screeching, FROST fell to the ground, stunned. Seeing his foe down, Bigor clamped his jaws down on it's shoulder and bit down hard, sinking his fangs deep into his flesh. He also grabbed both arms with his hands, his body immediately absorbing FROST's natural cold.
"It's starting already." Dore-Ay said silently...

FROST was caught completely off guard by the attack. Purple blood began to drip out of the bite wound and spill onto Mar's surface.
"Damn that Bigor!!" roared the Zarkonn leader.
FROST's natural instincts took control here. FROST raised it's icy paw and a needle sharp icicle spike bursted from his wrist. He raised his arm and stabbed the creature directly below the armpit. FROST managed to free himself from the monster's maw and hissed at his opponent. His 4 red eyes stared emotionlessly at Bigor, like those of a shark.
"This monster is already proving to be a pestilence! FROST, feel free to remove this creature of it's life!" cackled the commander.
Saliva began to drip from FROST's mouth but it froze solid as soon as it hit the ground. Through the transparent armor of FROST, Bigor could see a lump beginning to climb up FROST's throat, FROST was about to blast Bigor with his liquid nitrogen saliva...

Magmire watched all this calmly as the battle unfolded around him. He wasn't involved, yet. Although a little slow on the uptake, he was assessing the threat potential of the enemy beasts. The ice monster was a problem, for he disliked the cold. The Martian core was feeding his strength, but the atmosphere was thin here.
The machine beside him was a little too close, but at the same time, non-threatening. For the moment. He would wait and see what happened. His urge to feed had not yet made him interested in moving much.
----
"Admiral, the other monsters have entered combat. Magmire is currently unengaged."
"As expected. Send word to our allies. Tell them to keep out of Mamgire's line of fire if he does enter the fray. It's hard for him to tell friend form foe sometimes."
"I'm on it, Admiral."

Saberon looked out through a large window on board his starship. Others looked out from behind. He stood tall, proud, and powerful. Arms crossed on his chest, a holographic image of the growing war unfolded across the window, blending in with the Martian world. Gigan, like a few others, was standing still.
"He's sizing them all up." He grinned, watching on as Gigan's head slowly turned and looked at every kaiju on the battlefield.
Spike emerged from the crowd of reptiles, a glass of blue fluid in hand. With a single gulp, the drink vanished down his tooth-lined snout. "He's going to attack the dragon." The young one said, putting the glass to his maw again and tapping the bottom to get what little remained down his throat.
As prophesied by Spike, Gigan did indeed lash out at the one called Bigor. Its scythe-like hand transformed, turning itself into an elongated rope-like object that lashed out like a venomous snake. It coiled around Bigor's foot, causing the creature to cry aloud and release FROST. With a yank, Gigan pulled the monstrosity back as its other hand had also transformed into a fork-like lance.
With a loud bang, the fork launched from Gigan's hand, attached by its own rope that thinned as it stretched out before stabbing into Bigor's chest and causing it to cry aloud in pain as its bodily fluids spilled out on the floor. Both instruments, in an instant, returned back to Gigan's hands, turning into balls of silver fluid.
Almost every eye on the battlefield turned to Gigan before the cyborg shrieked aloud and its red eye locked on Magmire who was standing not far away. Stepping back and balancing on one foot, Gigan twirled. As its hands left the view of the volcanic leviathan, one of them quickly morphed into a cannon of immense size. When Gigan's body rotated fully around, its Sonic Cannon fired. A blue and white beam of sound launched from the weapon and smashed into the creature's chest, blowing a chunk of magma to the ground and making Magmire stumble back before falling to a knee.
As quick as Gigan spun and transformed its hand, the creature vanished into a ball of light and sparks. Before the final sparks could hit the ground, it appeared in front of the Berserk Fuhrer, its Sonic Cannon pointed directly in its face. The robotic dinosaur yelled in response, but Gigan gracefully turned again, firing its Sonic Cannon into the face of FROST, the one he had just saved. An explosion of mist and ice fell to the ground before the monster fell to the ground before catching itself on both palms.
Gigan stepped back, shrieking aloud before pointing its weapon into the face of the Fuhrer. A loud shriek emerged from Gigan's beak, but it did not fire...

As Magmire stood unnopposed, he did not notice Hellspawn sneaking up silently behind him. He was startled as a spark of pain shot across his spine, due to one of Hellspawn's blades piercing his back. As several other blades pierced his body, Magmire was lifted off the ground, struggling in futility, before being thrown hard into an outcropping of Martian rock. As the rocks came down around him, Hellspawn blasted the stony pile with his zero rays, freezing them together. Hellspawn moved on, leaving Magmire temporarily trapped in a freezing cold tomb.

The Berserk Fuhrer cocks his head in confusion at the cyborg's actions. Aside from that, he's been left alone so far, which has given him a good opportunity to observe his foes. A low rumbling, akin to boulders being ground together, catches his attention. He quickly deploys his Buster Claws and turns in the direction of the sound. The lava monster has been lifted off the ground by the tentacled beast, which then proceeds to hurl the lava monster into an outcropping before firing several beams at the resulting pile of rubble, encasing it in ice.
The Berserk Fuhrer then glances around at each monster. First he looks at Gigan.
Target 1: Cyborg; transformable hands, presumably able to form any melee weapon as well as sonic cannons; capable of teleportation.
And then Hellspawn. He notices the tips of its scythes are undamaged, despite having been stabbed into Magmire.
Target 2: Tentacled Monster; bladed tentacle tips; freezer beams fired from tentacles; heat resistant.
And then Bigor.
Target 3: Dinosaur; arm crests are cutting weapons; able to absorb cold, possibly other energies.
And then FROST.
Target 4: Ice Monster; able to extend ice spikes from hands, possibly other parts of body; freezing saliva which it can launch large amounts of.
And then Machinedramon.
Target 5: Machine; no other information.
And finally to the frozen pile of rubble covering Magmire.
Target 6: Lava Monster; 1500° C body temperature. -possibly incapacitated-
With that, he looks around the battlefield once more, pondering what to do next. After a few moments, he decides to keep observing for a little while longer.
