Oxygen Destroyer. It dissolved flesh of Godzilla and turned skeletons to bone. Dessy's beam did the same.
Would have done the same damage it did to Rosie to Goji if not for regeneration. And even then, its hardly note worthy damage at all.
And once again, IR is 200x the size of Sally's bullet. Rosie's going to see him coming. End of story.
And yet you still think Rosie won't see a kaiju as big as him flying right for him...
Wow.
You know that swords impale people more than bullets and can do more damage? Same exact f'n principle. IR lacks any weapon that could impale Rosie. Except maybe its beak, and that's not big enough.
Funny. You never brought that up before.

After really looking over some of the arguments on both sides, I'm changning my vote to Inferno Rodan.
Rosie is tough and strong, and it's going to take a lot to do him in. However, catching an object moving at 5 times the speed of sound is something even I don't think Rosie is capable of. That is, of course, provided IR even decides to close in and doesn't just beam spam Rosie to death. It's time consuming, but an easy victory.

Oxygen Destroyer. It dissolved flesh of Godzilla and turned skeletons to bone. Dessy's beam did the same. ...When the hell did Des' beam dissolve anything to the bone? Oh, that's right, never. It doesn't dissolve things. That's a FACT. It's stated in the Japanese dialog that it's just a beam of destructive energy which results from the use of MO. Hell, look what it did to those concrete pillars. It didn't dissolve them. It blew them up. Look what it did to the JSDF vehicles. It blew them up. What part of "one mile per second" don't you get? There's also the fact that IR almost never comes in for a direct, head-on attack when going to slash a ground target with his wings. Only times he does is if his opponent is dazed. When said kaiju travels at a mile per second, is capable of abrupt maneuvers at those speeds, and doesn't attack head-on, yeah, he probably won't. And I once again ask, could Rosie catch a bullet? If Rosie was standing, staring at a huge gun aimed right at him, and that gun fired, could he catch the bullet? ... Wow... Thanks for proving you have absolutely zero idea what you're talking about. The reson a sword does more damage to a person is because it's bigger. A bullet has far more energy than a sword. Just like IR has far more energy than a bullet from Sally. Hell, if you want, I could crunch the numbers and give you an impact force of Legion's legs, Sally's bullet, and IR's wings. And since I know you like to ignore her official stats (which I find INCREDIBLY ironic given this situation), just give me the weight that you scaled Legion to for the battle. Funny. You had no problem listing it as a power in Gwangi's bio in the Archives. And it's common damn sense in the first place.

Fish in an aquarium, anyone?
They're not flesh now are they?
And Rosie's unable to turn.... why now?
If the bullet was the size of IR... Yeah. I'm pretty damn sure a baseball player could catch a bullet the size of a basketball.
... LOL. Sally's bullet's weren't called Anti-Kaiju Rounds for nothing, IR. They were pretty much FMMs going much, much faster with much, much, much more force behind them and redesigned to look like massive sniper rounds. AKA: Anti-Kaiju Sniper Rifle. Rosie stood up and kept going with out a second thought.
And Legion's legs are also much bigger than Sally's rounds, so you just pretty much proved my point for me. Thanks.
It'd still be moot point for Sally. I've never stated how fast its bullet flew, you've always just assumed. If I'd say something like Mach 8, your exact response would be:
"No they weren't. You're only saying that to say it went faster than IR flies."
The only reason it is in there is because how many damn times have we tried to tell N00Bs how strong Gwangi's hide is for a dinosaur? Look at other stats, IR. Bio Dragon, Depladon, and even Katahdin were able to go through gun fire and hide isn't listed. Hell, by this logic, every monster that's shot and doesn't show damage should put a thing up for armor/hide. If you wanna' do that, be my guest, but finish updating the Gundam section first.

Fish in an aquarium, anyone? That wasn't the beam, lumpy. The micro-forms were injecting MO directly into the fish. Didn't dissolve that police officer, either. Just sent him flying through a window. The fact that by the time he turns and locates IR, IR will already be far too close for him to even react. Then you're an idiot. Let's say the gun was 20 feet away from the baseball player. Let's also assume it's a gun with a rather low firing speed, 2400 feet per second (a little over mach 2), just to give you the benefit of the doubt. From the time the bullet is fired to the time it reaches the baseball player would be 0.008 seconds. A very fast human reaction time is 0.12 seconds, and the average is about 0.215 seconds. Since I'm sure that all went right over your head, let me put it in simpler terms: At a distance of 20 feet, a slow bullet could reach a person with an exceptionally fast reaction time 15 times before they could even start to react. Oh, so they're the size of FMMs now? A couple posts ago they were the size of tanks. Make up your mind. ...And thus your complete lack of any kind of knowledge of physics makes you look extremely silly. Nah, I'll humor you and go with a mach 8 firing speed for Sally. Also gonna go with your original statement of the bullets being the size of tanks. Force = Mass x Acceleration. Very basic physics equation. Let's plug in the numbers. Sally bullet: Mass = 80 tons Acceleration = Mach 8 (9032 feet/second) Inferno Rodan: Mass = 16,000 tons Acceleration = Mach 5 (5645 feet/second) With me so far? Sally bullet impact force: 80 tons x 9032 ft/sec = 722,560 tons of force Inferno Rodan impact force: 16,000 tons x 5645 ft/sec = 90,320,000 tons of force Let me put those two numbers together, just for emphasis: 722,560 tons of force 90,320,000 tons of force Inferno Rodan impacts with 125 times more force than a shot from Sally. And come to think of it, I don't need Legion's weight to figure out how much force would have been behind each of her legs. Rosie weighs 68,000 tons. The combined force of Legion's 2 legs would have to me less than that, since he wasn't forced backwards by the attack at all. So that means, at most, each of Legion's legs hit with 34,000 tons of force. That's not even comparable to Sally's bullet, let alone a flyby from IR. For smaller monsters, yes. You've done so on several monsters anyway, the most recent of which being Tabanga.

Yeah, I'm done here. I think it's pretty obvious neither of us are going to say our kaiju losses in this match, despite whatever arguments we throw at one another, but I do leave with this:
I never said they were the size of an FMM. I said they worked the same way. They're entirely made of metal and launched from a distance away. They're made of virtually the same metal and go through the toughest of tough material, but are a good 150x stronger than a single FMM. If a kaiju like Zorn-To-Ka or Plague was hit by it in the same fashion, there would be no head left, just splattered brains.

Inferno Rodan
I'm starting to think IR could use his freakish knowledge of Physics to argue that a dwarf with no arms or legs could take down Hulk Hogan.
If Rosie had a beam of some kind, I think this might go differently, but his lack of ranged attacks lets IR just beam spam him, and then come in for a Phoenix Fire when he gets pissed and unable to think straight.

Inferno Rodan takes this. IR's physics basically proved that Rosie can't catch him. Rosie may be able to tank the damage for awhile, but he's gonna go down eventually.

I am gonna vote for Inferno Rodan. IR could beam spam Rosie to death or slice his head off with those sharp wing cutters of his. It's gonna take IR a while to take down Rosie, but he'll do it eventually.
