Not that the astral dragon would let that fly, though, Solranous AD once again puts his telekinesis to work, shoving Giga Bonga away long enough to get back to his feet.*
By now, most of the early damage the super-sized Zoanoid had dealt was healed. This... went double for his opponent... unfortuneatly for him...
He needed to keep the hurt on...
Solranous AD roared as he charged at Giga Bonga, who had already gotten to his feet. The astral dragon ducked down, placed his hands on the ground, pivoted on them, and mule-kicked Giga Bonga in the chin, sending the Zoanoid soaring into the sky. Solranous AD, using his arms again, launched himself after the Zoanoid. With some fancy wing-work (instead of footwork...) and a push here and there with his telekinesis to perfect the alignment (not used on Giga Bonga, so its not breaking the combo) Solranous AD was in position and spun three hundred and sixty degrees vertically, 'sphere kicking' Giga Bonga at the 180 degree mark, the remaining 180 used to reposition himself to give chase. With a beat of his wings, Solranous AD charged at the rapidly falling Giga Bonga. The Zoanoid hit the ground first, and bounced up, only to get stomped down by Solranous AD, who had flipped at the last moment to send his feet crashing into the Zoanoid. Blood freely flowed from new wounds that had been created from the combo attack, but still Solranous didn't relent, the dragon grabbed his lizard-like foe's tail and ascended again.
After reaching his desired height, Solranous AD threw Giga Bonga further up, and as he fell down, launched an Energy Ray at the Zoanoid, propelling the beast toward the ground at greater speeds then gravity alone, the astral dragon controlling the beam so that it would explode only when Giga Bonga hit the ground...
In a matter of seconds, he did, and the powerful explosion went off, Solranous AD couldn't tell the extent of the damage, do to the smoke and dust that was now in the air, but he knew where Giga Bonga had landed. Not wasting a second, knowing that was likely enough to heal a good deal of damage for his opponent, Solranous AD descended like a meteor, his fist reeled back, as he dove into the screen of debris obscuring his veiw. He didn't need his eyes to see his target though. His fist swung forward, smashing into Giga Bonga's chest with three forces working for the astral dragon: mass, acceleration, and gravity. What would normally probably have just winded Giga Bonga and sent him on his rear, was now bringing an exploding amount of pain to the beast as the punch broke through the skin of his foe.
Still under the cover of smoke, Solranous AD launches another Energy Ray at point blank.

Hold on, wouldn't that mega punch break his ribs? The punch is going through his chest and the ribs are kinda in the way. So shouldn't that punch have broken some of Giga's ribs?

What my point was that if it smashed through his chest, then it would mean that he had striked his ribs and would've broken them with the force in that punch (which is against the rules). Eh, nevermind, I think I am starting to view this match as if it was an FM and I need to stop that. Anywho, back to the match... ----------- Luckily, the debris protected Giga from most of the damage AD's energy ray. Giga roared in pain from the previous attacks plus from the little damage he just got from the beam. Giga is one kaiju that you don't want to get angry and Solranous did just that. The Zoanoid lunged at AD's throat and sank his teeth into it. Giga started swinging his head wildly, tearing off another chunk of flesh. Blood was gushing from the neck wound at a steady pace thanks to anti-coagulant. Solranous roared in pain but Giga Bonga wasn't done yet. He slashed AD's stomach with his spurs, leaving a large gash on his stomach. Blood was starting to drip down to the ground. AD moaned in pain. Giga then wraps his arms around AD and starts squeezing him. Solranous' armor didn't feel a whole lot of pressure from the attack, but his skin did seem to get colder and colder. The astral dragon is stunned to see that frost was accumulating all over his body. The Zoanoid wasn't trying to squeeze him to death, he was trying to freeze him! More and more frost started to accumulate all over the dragon's body. After a few minutes, Giga lets go. AD's body was covered with frost. He could still move, but his movement would be stiff and slow. Giga quickly tries to slam his tail into Solranous' legs. ----------- Btw, I got a question about AD's biology. If his energy hearts are pumping a crap load of energy and they are breaking down fat and waste, wouldn't that mean that he would have to eat constantly to sustain his energy hearts? |

Ugh... I knew I should have fleshed that out a bit more (Ok, a lot more) before posting... I had said in the 'How did you come up with your Kaiju?' thread that I hadn't really touched upon it in writing yet. I had mentioned that pollutants in the air could also be used to fuel the energy hearts... or at least I think I did... so the fats and other unused components are only utilized when they are in abundance or there is a considerable lack of suitable substitutes, like cells of poisons or diseases, pollutants in the air, etc, etc.
In the case that both of these conditions are absent, the regenerative cells help with creating a constant supply, as they are essentially the opposite of the bacteria in the energy hearts, returning energy into a desired physical state. Its a gigantic loop of matter to energy to matter again if it comes down to that, but if Solranous AD is forced to do this for too long (say... four, five months), he's more then willing to stall the hearts with telekinesis (of which isn't directly effected by the amount of energy Solranous has in his body) to regenerate his body mass back to a safe level. Earth, however, has plenty of pollutants in the air that Solranous AD can take advantage of.

Solranous AD snarled, lifting himself over the attack with his telekinesis and backing away for a few seconds to reassess the situation. His foe had just demonstrated that he can impair movement by freezing the foe in a layer of frost, making things more difficult. He would have to deal with that when there was a long enough lul in the battle, because he suspected that Giga Bonga was ready to make a dash for him. His quick reassessment complete, the astral dragon beat the Zoanoid to the punch and surged forward at Giga Bonga for a frontal attack, though his own charge was slowed by the frost coating, and swung a strong left left hook, smashing into Giga Bonga's face and toppling the beast. Solranous AD roared, and the astral dragon pulsed a telekinetic wave, shattering the layer of frost on his body, the small flakes reflecting the light now that the debris cloud had faded, giving Solranous AD a very majestic appearance, like some kind of dragon king.
The effect was short lived, as Solranous AD roared as he kicked Giga Bonga hard enough to lift the Zoanoid up into the. The astral dragon jumped up, using his wings to propel himself up above Giga Bonga, before firing off another telekinetic wave, sending Solranous AD crashing down on top of Giga Bonga, crushing him back down into the ground. The dragon made several slashes to Giga Bonga's neck, weakening the flesh there again, and sent a tail blade at his throat, glowing with explosive power. It wouldn't decapitate him by any means, but it would still hurt like hell.

AD can't create barriers, there's nothing in his bio that states that.

Eh, telekinesis is a very flexible ability. In all technicality, Solranous AD could create a barrier with said telekinesis, but to make things easier on us, I edited any way.

Giga quickly catches the tail and redirects it straight into AD's leg, causing an explosion on the astral dragon's theigh. Solranous roars in pain and falls down to the ground, giving GB some time to get up. The Zoanoid gets back up and grabs AD and lifts the gigantic creature above his head. Giga starts to charge up for an ice beam, the zoanoid's temperature begins to drop and soon AD feels the effects too. Parts of his body start accumulating frost and ice on it's body.
Giga then fires the ice beam, blasting AD's back with the chilly attack. The astral dragon was sent flying upwards by the blast, soon the beam was freezing the surrounding area that it striked. AD soon crashes back down to the ground with a loud thud. The beast moaned in pain, but luckily some of the ice on it's back was shattered in the process. Giga Bonga swings his tail and slams AD, sending it flying straight into a skyscraper. The astral dragon collides into the building as planned, it's body partially covered in debris. Giga Bonga then charges up for a heat beam and fires it at AD.

Solranous AD grunted as the beam hit him, thankfully taking off some of the ice with the sudden temperature change. The astral dragon, likely to Giga Bonga's surprise, wasn't to badly affected by the change from cold to hot, and was back on his feet rather quickly.
Srangely though, Solranous AD just stood there for a few seconds, catching his breath for what he was about to do. He raised his arms into the sky, lifting all the rubbled that had been created in the fight, and forming a giant sphere above Giga Bonga's head with it all. Heaving it up for more momentum, Solranous AD the crashed it all down on the Zoanoid's head, the amount of weight in the rubble, combined with telekinetic pressure, toppled Giga Bonga to the ground, completely burying him in the accumulated mass of destruction caused. As quickly as he was buried, though, he was dug up by a telekinetic burst from Solranous AD, the rubble having protected him from any damage.
The astral dragon roared, burying his tail blades in Giga Bonga's flesh at specific angles, before lifting the Zoanoid above his head. The dragon slammed Giga Bonga's head down against the ground a grand total of four times, using his own weight against him, before the dragon flung him into the air and jumped after him, drop-kicking the Zoanoid into the ground.
Solranous AD growled, this was shaping up to be quite the work out for him. The astral dragon then gripped Giga Bonga's neck, lifting the Zoanoid up, lifting his own fist in time with the Zoanoid's body. Solranous AD threw his clenched fist forward, punching Giga Bonga in the face, knocking the beast back down. He was certain the Zoanoid would start tiring out at some point, when, he wasn't sure, but one thing was certain, endurance wise, this beast could not out last him... the Zoanoid would fall.
Solranous AD roared, jumping up to prevent physical retaliation, and launched his Energy Ray at his fallen opponent...

But yeah let's drop it. Sorry for taking a few days, school has kinda been taking up time. ------------------------------------------- The Zoanoid rolled out of the way, dodging the beam. He wasn't done with AD, not by a long shot and he wasn't about to fall either. Giga Bonga charged up for an Ice Beam, his body temperature started to drop, ice started to cover the surrounding area. Giga fires the beam, striking the astral dragon's arm. The beam started to encase AD's arm in ice. The strike sent AD flying into a building, causing it to crumble. Bonga then runs to AD and slashes his stomach, leaving a nasty gash. Giga then slams his tail into Solranous, sending the kaiju crashing into several buildings. Solranous moaned in pain by the force put into the attack. Giga charges up for another ice beam, hoping to blast the astral dragon's right leg. |

Sorry for the delay, real life kept calling.

The dragon glared at the oncoming ice beam and, with a wave of his hand, attempted to redirected the beam high into the sky with telekinesis. Regretfully, he could not redirect the entire blast on such short notice and with pain clouding his mind, and about forty percent still struck, making the astral dragon cringe. Solranous AD growled at Giga Bonga. The mighty beast stood up once more, doing his best to ignore his body's cries of pain. He charged forward, roaring in fury at Giga Bonga, angered that the Zoanoid refused to relent. The dragon grips Giga Bonga by the waist with his unfrozen and, and sank his fangs into the Zoanoid's chest, and the raking down. The tough flesh provided little resistance as Solranous tore multiple thick strips of flesh from his foe's body, drenching his entire forehead in the gore and blood that spilled from the Zoanoid.
A roar of pure rage echoed from Solranous AD's maw as he then took another large chunck of meat from the Zoanoid's throat, leaving enough that his breathing wouldn't be hindered badly enough, but causing another small geyser of blood to erupt from the Zoanoid. Giga Bonga gurgled painfully as his opponent continued, raking large, but shallow, gashes on the Zoanoid's head from the back to the snout. Not intending to relent even if his enemy decided to fiddle around with his body temperature again, Solranous AD charged up for an energy beam while holding his foe at arm's length.

Giga Bonga started to cough up blood from the astral dragon's vicious attacks, some of it striking AD's eyes (no damage) which causes it to misfire his energy beam and miss his target. The astral dragon lets go of Bonga to try to wipe off the blood from it's face, which leaves it open to an assault. Giga takes the offensive and slashes the dragon's body with his mantis spurs, striking Solranous' chest. The nasty wounds were gonna leave some scars and the dragon clutches it's chest. Giga then bites down on one of AD's legs and tears off a chunk of flesh. Solranous roared in pain as blood started pour down into the streets.
Giga spits out the piece of flesh and punches AD in the stomach. The astral dragon wheezes in pain and falls down onto the ground with the strength in that punch. While AD was holding onto his stomach from the punch, Giga Bonga then grabs AD by the tail and tosses the dragon towards a small building.

Giga Bonga charges up and fires an intense heat beam at AD, blasting a hole through it's two energy hearts. AD roars but is cut off by the explosion caused by the hearts. Giga walks off into the ocean to nurse it's wounds.
