It was a peaceful scene here in the ocean. At a nearby underwater city ravaged by time, there was no nearby sea life. Near the outskirts of this lost city was a massive object planted in the ground. It was spear-like in appearance and covered with dirt. A buried trinket from this city perhaps? This theory seemed less likely as the object began to move. At first it shook, then when it was a bit looser from the ground, a pair of arm-like tentacles lingered out and pushed the object out of its resting spot. It appeared to be a slumbering Kraken who was now awake and in search of a meal. The giant squid drifts into the heart of the sunken city in search of a meal...

At first just a squirming sillhoutte against the sun, the unmistakable form of Wu Long descended upon the sea bed. Gliding through the water on it's undulating array of flippers, Wu Long approached the rising Kraken cautiously, watching it hungrily through beady eyes. The beast had rose to find prey, but it had instead found a predator...

Sharpteuth studies the newcomer to the area. The squid screeches at the foreign creature, warning it to vacate the premises. Sharpteuth took the insect's refusal to leave as a threat and an insult. The kraken anchors his [unheated] hooks into the centipede's armored carapace. Next, the squid swims down at high speeds, dragging his foe along for the ride. The kraken drags Wu Long along the ground, scraping the insect against sharp patches of rock followed by some buildings. After several seconds, Sharpteuth rips his hooks away. This left the armor that the hooks were lodged in slightly tenderized. This wasn't the only tenderized spot, however; other areas experienced some degree of damage from being crashed through structures. While Wu Long is a short distance away regaining composure, Sharpteuth wastes no time launching a heated harpoon at the kraken hunter...

Armed with a spineless serpentine form and dozens of paddling flippers, Wu-Long dodged the oncoming spike with ease. Twisting through the water and launching forward from a strike of his powerful tail, Wu-Long shot towards his prey with outstretched arms. Slamming into the giant squid, he held on tight with his powerful forearms and wrapped around Sharpteuth, siezing him like some kind of grotesque boa constrictor.
Holding him in place, Wu-Long struck his foe with the venomous stinger on his tail. He held his foe tight as he momentarily convulsed; the venom pulsating through his system were already reaching the beasts axon.
As the monster's propulsion began to fail, the two monsters began to sink, falling towards the seabed with increasing speed. Wu-Long held on tight with his claws and braced for impact, turning so that Sharpteuth faced the ground...

Sharpteuth clamps his powerful, razor sharp beak into his adversary's armor. A sickening "crack" echoes in both combatants' ears as the beak presses down on the exterior. The centipede releases a screech as the squid continues to compress, causing cracks and mayhem on the armor. Meanwhile, while Wu Long was distracted, Sharpteuth turned the tables and twisted so that both monsters crashed into the rocky ground, lawl.

Before Wu Long has a chance to gather his bearings and retaliate from the crash, the mighty Kraken lashes out his left arm, intending to slice a gash into Wu Long's exterior with the heated blade.

Wu-Long snapped back with frightning insectoid speed, siezing the tentacle in his massive, barbed pincers. the squid flailed it's arms as the pincers cut deep, almost severing the limb. Instead, he let the bleeding, floppy appendage recoil to it's master.
Lunging forward, the armored centipede released a blast of his dragon breath, aiming the bright, green orb at the light-sensitive Kraken's giant eyes...

With his claws anchored into the ground, Sharpteuth pulls himself away from the danger, propelling himself a safe distance away from the orb. As he darted away, the squid unleashed a screen of ink. The vile liquid clouded around the Kraken Hunter, blinding Wu Long and creating stinging sensations in the eyes. The liquid also seeped through the injured area of armor from previously; it caused slight burning pains to the sensitive area underneath. With Wu Long blinded and occupied, Sharpteuth forcefully swipes both heated and extended harpoon blades down at Wu Long's midsection...

But the experienced squidhunter knew better than to linger in an inkcloud. Darting forward, he propelled himself out of harm's way with his multi-finned form, turned about, and fired a blast of dragon breath into the cloud. The sea shook as the green blast struck Sharpteuth, dispelling the ink cloud in a brilliant flash of bright light.
Now having a better shot, he fired again, aiming at the tentacle-rimmed mouth of the writhing kraken.

The kraken emits a screeching roar as his movement makes the orb of energy miss its mark. Instead, the projectile grazed the armored kunai-tipped tendrils, inflicting minimal damage to the armored appendages. Sharpteuth could tell that the venom was starting to lose its potency as his ability to swim started returning. As a celebration, the squid kaiju makes his way towards his enemy. With a powerful swipe, the searing hooks belonging to the right arm anchor into the damaged area of Wu Long’s armor from the sea creature's beak earlier, instigating a growl from the insect. Sharpteuth holds them there for a few seconds before whipping his arm to the side, flinging the centipede off the painful hot hooks and causing shards of armor to break off. The kraken hunter rammed head-first into an ancient stone monument. The impact kicked up sand and stone fragments alike while causing a loud "thud".

Pebbles and sand scattered as Wu Long shook his head and rose out of the rubble. Not only was his head throbbing from the collision, but the heated claws caused a fair amount of annoyance as well.

While Wu Long was struggling to get the sand out of his eyes, Sharpteuth squirts out a screen of ink. Wu Long's vision was starting to blur even more as the liquid began burning at his eyes...

Luckily, Wu Long didn't need his vision- antennae twitching through the murk, he quickly sensed the squid's position without visual aid. Quick to retaliate, Wu Long shot forward, through the cloud, slamming into Sharpteuth.
The leviathan centipede wrapped his antennae around the squid's two longest tentacles and constricted hard. The armored spikes dug in deep, and as the tentacles writhed in agony, it was clear that, had Sharpteuth any bones, they'd have been broken under the pressure. Meanwhile, Wu Long's body did it's own bit of constricting, wrapping around Sharpteuth and pulling him down. The sea monsters struggled and rolled, plummeting towards the sea bed at breakneck speed...

As the two crashed, a mushroom cloud of sand kicks up around the monsters. Sharpteuth's armor protected him from any serious bruises or injuries, but the impact still shook his head up a bit. The mighty kraken pushes Wu Long away and growls furiously at the annoyance. In retaliation, the sea creature gets a hold on Wu Long and tosses him viciously to the side. The annoying bug crashes full-force into a large rock with jagged protrusions. The bug hisses at the impact; some fragments became lodged in the armor. Afterwards, Sharpteuth swims by overhead, dropping a large boulder on Wu Long's position as he passes...

Long fires a dragon blast, intercepting the boulder and blowing it to bits. Fragments of the boulder rained down on him as he pulled himself up and shook the bits of rock out of his armor. Glaring at Sharpteuth with beady, hungry eyes, he shot forward with blinding speed- but instead of a frontal assault, Wu Long suddenly veered right, dodging the kraken's writhing tentacles and swimming behind him. He rushed the squid from behind, grabbing hold of it's mantle with his long, spike-tipped fingers and biting down. For a moment the armor held, but as Wu Long continued to apply pressure with his massive, powerful jaws, a loud creak, and eventually a crack sounded. The pincers stabbed through, jabbing into the tender flesh beneath with a squirt of ichor. Releasing his prey, Long backed off to let the flesh-eating venom do it's work and prepared to lash out at the wound with his stinger...

Sharpteuth darts away from Wu Long and avoids the stinger. As he swoops around, he extends a heated blade. Sharpteuth rams full-force into Wu Long, driving the heated weapon into a tenderized area of the armor. Wu Long emits a shrill cry as the two swim towards the ground. In a matter of seconds, Wu Long struck the ground painfully and Sharpteuth swam away, but detached his blade and left it sticking out of the insect. The crash a moment ago ruptured a nearby building. The structure collapses, moments away from burying Wu Long under its bulk...

Wu Long hissed, working his flippers and swiftly taking off, avoiding the collapsing building, save for a few harmless fragments of debris. Writhing in agitation, he shook the blade loose and watched it drift down to the bottom, landing with a soft thud.
Wasting no time, the Kraken Hunter shot forward, setting his voracious sights once more on the beasts tentacles. Outstretching his arms and pincers, Wu Long crashed fearlessly into the gaping maw of the leviathan, welcoming the sunction-cupped embrace and returning the favor with tooth and claw.
Wu Long's sharp claws, piercing mandibles, and prehensile antennae clashed with the outstretched tentacles, puncturing, stabbing, envenomating, and crushing simultaneously. Blood poured into the water as the centipede unleashed it's primarily weapons all at once, aiming to damage his foe's tentacley arsenal as badly as possible. Meanwhile, his tail arced back, scorpion style, and prepared to lash out at Sharpteuth's body while he was distracted and entangled...
