All right...
...once again, Argus's uber-god-ness comes into play. I'm going to wait for TG to post his arguments, but I find this rather one-sided in terms of Argus. Ghidorah may be resilient, but if Argus popped of Milenko and Demortis's necks, he'll have no trouble doing that to Ghidorah's heads one-by-one. Ghids may fly high and rain down beamish hell, but Argus has his "god armor" stuff, and he'll figure out how to bring down the hydra eventually...

Argus wins. KG doesn't have the firepower to take him down, and Argus is eventually going to get his hands on KG.

Argus takes this. Ghidorah has some nasty fire power, but that won't do much but slow Argus down a tad-bit. Even in the air, there's nothing stopping the God from leaping up and bringing him down, and Argus' hide is strong enough to withstand... hours.. days.. months of its attacks..
