I know what the knee-jerk reaction here is.
Personally, even though my bias against anything with 'Spacegodzilla' in its name may weigh me down, I do genuinely think NSG is in very hot water here. We've established that Wendigo is massive, that wendigo has very long legs, and that Wendigo's claws are able to crush prettymuch anything. We also know that despite his relatively soft flesh, his massive size protects him from peircing weapons like the corona beam. We're looking at a creature that regained the use of its body a couple minutes after its spinal chord was severed. It would take a considerable number of corona beams with frightening frequency in order to seriously affect him.
Spacegodzilla's telekinesis is an issue, but I'm pretty confident that Wendigo can top that too. Unless he's held a good distance off the ground(not something NSG seems to do a whole lot), Wendigo can simply reach down and haul himself back down. Those claws are MAD strong. Once he enters melee, it's all over. One claw over the face, and we get to rehash my favorite part of the intro to the original Guyver.
I'd also like to point out that when Gaira rushed into melee, Spacegodzilla gladly accepted. He was confident enough in his own abilities that he was willing to let Gaira get close. Had that been Wendigo, Spacegodzilla would've died a moment later. And good luck trying to read that mind. Wendigo's head is constantly shifting between random thoughs and memories of past victims. If NSG wants to know something, he's gonna have to work for it. Not that there's much worth knowing, seeing as how all Wendigo would be thinking is that he wanted to get close. With an ego that big, I doubt NSG will deny him that.

Uhh...yeah. If Wendigo can remove limbs, then he ain't gonna have trouble taking off Neo SpaceGoji's. The tail takes a while to come into play, so as stated, Wendigo will dominate in melee. Still, he has pretty much nonexistant range, so even if he's resilient, if and when NSG decides to keep him at bay, he's screwed. Wendigo rushes, NSG pimp slaps him with the power of his mind and sends him flying in the other direction, followed by projectile hell. And those crystalline missiles could do some pretty good damage...I can't remember exactly what happened, but didn't they shatter Riptide's damn strong armor in about two, three different battles in about three hits and penetrate?
Whether that's relevant to this or not, if his flesh is so soft, then those things will pretty much tear him apart...

El Oh El.
Yes, NSG allowed Gaira to engage him in melee. Gaira was smaller than him (90 meters in the battle), and lacked any apparent offensive weapons other than his own fists. You think NSG will allow a towering behemoth with such massive claws as Wendigo to get close?
Now, this battle will take a long, loooooong time. With Wendigo's regeneration and sheer size, it's going to take a LOT to put him down. 'Course, NSG will eventually get pissed off by his opponent refusing to die. And getting NSG pissed is not a good thing for his opponent. Just ask Dagarha.

I agree this is going to be very brutal. Wendigo obviously has the melee advantage, and his bulk and regen makes it difficult to take him down quickly. But NSG posesses enough power to keep him at bay, especially with the Gravity Tornado/telekinesis. And he isn't shy about using them in combination with the crystal missiles, which he can generate more of effortlessly and instantly. Granted, they provide Wendigo with a unique environemnt to play in, but once NSG sets his mind to busting skulls, Wendigo likely won't stand a chance.

The main problem SG faces is that he won't be able to take down Wendigo quickly at all, and if Wendy does get close, NSG's prettymuch rucked. I just don't see NSN keeping Wendigo from reaching him at all. Especially considering Wendy's stride and leaping ability.

Considering NSG has that nifty "Spider-sense" and is more than capable of catching opponents in mid-air with his Gravity Tornado and telekinesis, I really don't think Wendigo's jumping skillz will be much of an issue. It's nigh-impossible for a living being to get the jump on him. He doesn't need to read their mind to be able to sense their location. Think of it like how the DBZ characters can sense each others' power without being able to see them.

Thing is, Wendigo's a very reachy being. If NSG snatches him from the air, what's stopping Wendigo from simply hauling himself back onto it? NSG's gonna have quite a bit of trouble making sure Wendigo NEVER reaches him.
Let's not forget Wendy's symbiots. Non-energy, non-linear weapon. Not subject to sheilds or absorbtion, and unless Spacegodzilla can superheat every inch of his skin, the mist is gonna keep him busy for a bit.

NSG's gonna have quite a bit of trouble making sure Wendigo NEVER reaches him. Gravity Tornado paralyzes the target's muscles. NSG has a number of ways to counter the mist. 1. Catch it with his telekinesis and throw it back in Wendigo's face, like he did with Mothra Leo's powder. Though I don't know if they'd attack their own host, since they can apparently distinguish him from other food sources. 2. Destroy it with a blast of psychic energy, a la what he did to Dagahra's waterspout. 3. Surge energy through his body and fry it on contact.
