Yeah, Neo-Spacegodzilla has this. His mind really lacks any kind of particularly painful memories. If you brought up memories of his defeats, that would probably just piss him off. Not to mention that he has regenerative abilities to keep most of what Shaodw Roc does at bay, a shield to deflect attacks, and, while he may not be as fast as Show Roc, he's going to take him down easily. Even scaled, Shadow Roc is relatively lightweight and frail, something NSG can take immense advantage of.

Neo completly destroies out favorite egyption birdy. Mind Rape is the only attack that could even hope to do anything, but it goes painfully under-used.
If shadow Roc lives long enough to use it, he may realize how well iot works, but chances are he will just keep up with his Shadow blast bombardment. Which will end in some fried chicken.

I really don't think anything needs to be said here...
But I will anyway. NSG will light a building on fire, grab Shadow Roc with his telekinesis, then roast the bird over the fire rotisserie-style. Mmm, chicken.

*Sighs* He doesn't taste good. It's just that everyone is really dang hungry around here. I know I am.
Either way, there's not much Roc can do. I was thinking of the Mind Rape coming into play, but if it's really that ineffective...peh. And that beam's going to get reflected sooner or later...NSG takes this.
