Using all his strength, Musashi stands, even with Harbinger on his back. As Harbinger’s attacks slam into Musashi, he reaches back with his top two arms and grabs his enemy by the throat, forcing him off Musashi’s back and slamming him into the ground. Musashi drags Harbinger back to his feet, grabs his head, and slams the face into his knee twice over. He ends things with a straight punch from both right arms, striking Harbinger simultaneously in two spots on the chest.
Harbigner is knocked back by about 100 meters or so. Musashi, for his part, presses onward. He wills the earth below Harbinger to open, hoping to swallow the beast up and crush him between thousands of tons of dirt…

Musashi appears to have forgotten Harbinger is a burrower. As the earth swallows him whole, the ground rumbles and rises as Harbinger tunnels forwards before bursting beneath Musashi, throwing the samurai warrior off balance. Harbinger snarls as he sinks his fangs into Musashi's ankles and begins to drag him under, hoping to hit him where it really hurts...

Even in this life-or-death predicament , Musashi must stop to appreciate the irony in his current situation. Musashi tried to bury Harbinger, hoping to crush him, but simply placed in a situation that would allow him to excel. Harbinger is currently attempting to drag Musashi underground, hoping to use his burrowing abilities to overwhelm Musashi, when he’s really just putting Musashi in his element as well, seeing as how he controls the very dirt Harbinger burrows in.
He decides to show Harbinger this first hand. As Harbigner continues to pull on Musashi’s ankle, a sudden rumbling from beneath is felt that makes him pause. Seconds later, a virtual geyser of dirt plows into Harbinger, forcing him out of the ground and over 500 meters into the air. And it doesn’t get any better. The dirt forms into a massive hand, grasping Harbinger and slamming him into the ground with such force that the impact is felt several miles away.
The dirt simply collapses around him. Musashi summons a fire sword and stands at the ready, waiting for Harbigner to spring forth from the ground somewhere….

Harbinger explodes from the ground a good distance from Musashi, shaking the dirt off his form as he rises. He a little bruised, but far from out of it. He bellows in fury at the armored guardian as he charges forward, curling into a ball at the last possible moment before bowling into Musashi. The guardian's sword clangs off bladed armor scutes as he is simultaneously crushed beneath the kaiju's bulk and lacerated by the sharp armor plates.
Harbinger skids to a halt behind Musashi and waits for his opponent to start getting back up before making his move. He grips the upper two arms in between his talons and puts a foot in Musashi's back before pulling hard...

Planting his lower two arms into the ground, Musashi propels up ward with them, causing both he and Harbinger to jet off the ground, both kaiju slamming back down with Musashi freed from Harbinger’s deadly grip.
It is indeed a good thing to have four arms.
For a moment, it is quiet. Both kaiju stare at each other, probing their own minds for attacks that would allow them to circumvent their enemy’s strengths and exploit their weaknesses, if any.
But it was Musashi who struck first. Calling forth fire burning from a nearby gas station, Musashi raises it’s temperature much like he did before. Once it’s over 2000 degrees F, he wraps his hand in a glove of white-hot flame, and strikes.
His strike is not a punch, nor does he shoot the fire at Harbinger. Rather, he opens his hand and grabs the beast’s face. This is his attack. The flames burn Harbinger’s face and most importantly…eyes. It is Musashi’s hope that he can burn the eyes completely away, blinding him and all but guaranteeing victory.
But alas, Harbinger’s wild thrashing makes it to difficult to hold on for very long. But the damage is done. Musashi lets go and hops back a few paces. As Harbinger holds his face, blinded for the moment, Musashi readies his strike, letting loose the flames from his hand, a stream of blazing hot death threatening to consume Harbinger….

Harbinger curls into a defensive ball as the flames wash over him before dissipating, leaving hsi smoking carapce to the elements. He unfurls and shakes his blistered face, before bellowing in fury at this beast before him. Few have dared to harm him so and none have lived long enough to do more than regret it. This warrior will be no exception. Harbinger fights with neither honor nor justice, but with a cold, hard fury and seething hatred of all things.
He bellows again, the sound reverberating throughout the city as he advance rapidly, batting away Musashi's swords before uppercutting him in the gaps between his armor plating, driving his hooked talons into the sift flesh befotre prying the armor loose. Blood flows freely from teh newly opened holes in hsi opponents defenses. But Harbinger is far from finished. He lifts his catch, then slams it back to earth, before lifting it again and slamming it down, harder than last time. Each new strike crushes Musashi between the cold, frozen ground and the muscles of the mammoth saurian.
Finally, Harbinger relents, not from pity or weakness, but because he has found a new way to injure his foe. He leaves Musashi, battered and bloody in a small crater of hsi own making, before moving to the head of his foe. He plants his feet on the upper two wrists, then grips the bottom two between his claws, and pulls, seeking to rend the samurai beast limb from limb...

Musashi's mind raced. This was one instance where he couldn't use his extra arms to get himself out of this mess. And get out is exactly what he needed to do if he wanted to KEEP those arms.
Musashi went into action, instead of resisting Harbinger's pulls, he goes WITH Harbinger, rolling the two over so now Musashi is on top. And better yet, his top two arms are free. Quickly forming an earth sword, Musashi jams it hard into Harbinger's side, stabbing in and causing blood to mix with the dirt, creating a crimson mud.
Once it's in, Musashi releases the sword and lets it crumble back to the ground, except that part that was in Harbigner. That part stays stuck within him.
Standing back on his feet, Musashi prepares to stomp Harbinger in the neck...

Harbinger wheezes as the armor clad foot slams into his neck, but manages to pull through the pain. He swipes wildly at Musashi, missing entirely, but managing to drive the beast away, giving him enough room to stand. With a gutteral roar, he digs his claws into hsi own flank and manages to extract the sword fragment, which crumbles to dust like the rest of it, before Harbinger returns his focus to the samurai.
Harbinger bounds forward, ducking low and pivoting on his ankle, bringing the fanned out blades of his tail into play as they rip across the gap in Musashi's armor, spraying blood as they cut through flesh with ease. But he's not done. by using the momentum of his strike, Harbinger brings his claws across Musashi's chest, the talons hooking into armor and flesh, and the additional momentum lifting his opponent bodily off the ground before slinging the warrior away into a small stand of buildings.
Harbinger roars at Musashi before charging his position, quikcly assuming the thunderball position for maximum damage and protection...

The Thunderball attack slams into Musashi, his armor absorbing some of the impact. Stumbling back, Musashi regains his composure and maneuvers in as Harbinger lands on his feet.
Harbinger wasn't quite expecting to see Musashi back on the attack so soon, and is taken off-guard when Musashi strikes. His top arms grasp Harbinger's own, while the bottom two catch his legs. Lifting upwards, Musashi lifts Harbinger up and off the ground, slamming him back down hard enough to shake the earth. The process is repeated, not once, but twice.
As Harbinger, stunned, lays unmoving on the ground, Musashi lifts him up one more time, but instead of slamming him back down...pulls, with all four arms...

Harbinger roars in agony as the strain of the warrior's grip puts his body to the test. While the slamming attakcs were lessened somewhat by his armor scutes and muscles, this new strike has left him vulnerable, as all but one of his appendages are tied up. But Musashi has forgotten his tail, and even as his skin splits fromt he stress, Harbinger strikes, driving upwards with hsi bladed weaponry and striking Musashi in the abdomen, drawing a line of blood tiome and time again as he strikes several times in rapid succession.
Musashi looses his grip on one of Harbinger's legs as he tries to protect hsi bleeding body, and that is all the opening the saurian needs, as he twists and prepares to kick Musashi in the face with his taloned foot...

The kick slammed into Musashi, who stumbled back before recovering. Not wanting Harbinger to be able to go on the offensive, Musashi leapt forward and slammed his own foot hard across Harbinger's jaw, and followed up with both knees into the beast's face.
Pressing his advantage, Musashi shot both of his left elbows forward and crushed Harbinger's face with them, then finalized by grabbing and tossing him to the ground.
Taking an offensive stance, Musashi readied himself against Harbinger's next move...

Harbinger rises slowly, growling to himself as the wounds inflicted upon him take their toll. Still, Musashi has proven to be anything but invulnerable, and he aims to take advantage of that fact. Given that Musashi has assumed a defensive stance, Harbinger figures a little trickery is in order.
He charges forward and makes as if to strike high, prompting the defensive response, before faking out and dropping low, gripping Musashi's ankles before lifting him off the ground and slamming him back down again, then lifting him up and throwing him over his shoulder.
Harbinger turns with the throw and runs at the fallen Musashi, curling into a thunderball to strike Musashi while he is down...

Musashi quickly creates an earth sword and slashes at Harbinger as he's coming in, creating a shower of sparks and deflecting the attack.
As Harbinger picks himself up from the attack and turns to face Musashi, he's greeted with a sword in the gut. His eyes widen and his breath leaves him in sudden gasps as the earthen sword buries itself into his underbelly.
Yanking the sword out violently, Musashi spins around and wills the ground to rise up, creating a battering-ram of dirt, aimed right at Harbinger...

Harbinger grunts in pain as the wall of earth slams into him, forcing him away from his enemy. But the reptile is tough, and fights through the pain, slashing away at the earth and literally digging his way to Musashi, catching the samurai off guard as he strikes him upside the head with one taloned hand, drawing a spray of blood.
With Musashi off guard, Harbinger lunges forward, ready to bite down on his foe's throat...

The heroic Musashi's eyes widen as he sees the deadly attack coming. acting at the last second, he catches the kaiju's jaws with two of his hands, and yanks downward, slamming the enemy into the ground, and bringing down his foot on it's head as an exclamation point. Not satisfied, he straddles Harbinger, and brings his mighty fists down twice more with all his might.
Jumping off, Musashi seeks to crush Harbinger, commanding the earth to simply swallow and compact his enemy, hopefully before it can recover and burrow it's way out again...
