If Ebigon could... He'd be laughing. As the turtle stood, maw wide open, the lobster decided to give the reptile something to chew on. Its pincer closed, the beast shoved the weapon straight into the turtle's lethal maw. It, at once, bit down... But the claw was unlike any other part... Besides the tail...
It was muscle and exoskeleton. Nothing more. With relative ease, the pincer began to open and forcing the turtle's beak to open with. Blood began to squirt into the deep blue as the flesh of the maw's corners ripped and broke apart. Its eyes bulged outward as the pincer opened up... until...
A large stream of blood floated out like smoke. With a tug, Ebigon removed his pincer and swam backward, watching on as the turtle snapped its jaws shut... But while not broken, they were damaged... At least for now. Grasping a locking bite now would be damn-near impossible.
The shellfish stood upright and tilted its head. Its feelers swayed in the current as its tail lashed out at another structure... Dropping it on the turtle like before.

Anpheron shook his head, hardly paying attention to the building crashing into him. Like the one before, it's frail structure shattered against his gigantic, ultra-hard shell. As debris fell around him, Anpheron looked up and glared at the lobster. His jaws were sore, but he'd fight on irregardless. The lobster's claws were the prize now- Anpheron trudged forward, grunted, and launched forward with his neck. He rammed his bony skull into the claw that had assault him. The knobby battering ram struck- again, and again, and again. Ebigon reeled back, a spiderweb crack spanning over the claw as bits of chipped off exoskeleton floated in the water. Anpheron shook his head, a thin veil of blood shifted from his closed jaws. As he watched the shellfish stumble back, his stomach growled. It was such a tasty looking opponent... Anpheron turned at an angle, presenting his armored flank to the arthropod- clubbed tail raised and ready to bat him away like a baseball.

But Ebigon wasn't so defenseless, let alone dumb. Much quicker then his reptilian foe, he easily caught the appendage in his claw. With a shrill cry, he turned around, and with one claw still holding the bludgeon... Began to bash the weapon on the turtle's own shell...
Anpheron, thrashing his tail about, only helped build the damage. Like he had been doing to Ebigon's armor, Ebigon was now doing to his. Blood began to rise up and fault lines began to spread from the center as the tail bashed on the shell over and over again...
The shell severely damaged, Ebigon released the tail and shouted in glee, rose up a pincer, and prepared to shove it into the wounded hole.

Anpheron bellowed, but did nothing- the foolish crustacean shoved forward with his club, to no avail. It stuck into the shell with a "CLUNK", and did not much else. Unfortunately for the lobster kaiju, it had grossly underestimated the thickness and strength of his shell- he had only just begun to chip away at the living fortress that was Anpheron. If he wanted to reach the flesh underneath, he'd need to try a lot harder than that. With a jerk, he reclaimed his tail- yanking it from Ebigon's claw and slamming it into his face, throwing the lightweight invertebrate aside. Anpheron turned and advanced, head lowered and eyes narrowed. He thundered forward, his immense bulk shaking the seas as he approached his enemy. Anpheron reached down, picking his foe up off the ground with his jaws. Then, with a grunt, he threw him through the sea, hurdling towards one of the region's multiple skyscrapers...

The turtle never learned...
Ebigon exploded from the mound of debris, backward, before quickly turning around. Speedy and stealthy, he shot his claw down again, and like before, it entered the open maw, but that wasn't the same plan... no, not this time.
Instead the claws clamped around the upper-jaw and held tightly (no damage). With a thunderous shriek, Ebigon turned, rather easily flipping the turtle on its back, and thanks to its cannons, the beast was at an angle.
Another cry came from the lobster as he removed his claw and pulled back as if winding up for a picth... Then...
CRACK!
The under-side of the turtle turned red as the entire pincer stabbed inside the monster's gut. A cloud of thick, red blood began to surround both beasts as Ebigon pulled his claw out. The gushing didn't stop... And Anpheron was, as the saying goes... Flat on his back, or as flat as he could go anyway.
The lobster swam backward a good hundred or so yards... Waiting.

Anpheron shifted his weight, tipping over and landing on his feet with a colossal thud. He shook his head and looked forward- the aggrivating crustacean had distanced itself from him. If they were on land he'd have blown the shellfish to bits- but underwater, he ran the risk of flooding his cannons. Though he wanted to, he instinctively knew better- with an irritated grunt, Anpheron began to trudge forward, walking towards Ebigon. The lobster screeched and shrieked at him from afar, probably taunting him- Anpheron didn't care, though. It could flaunt it's fancy tail all it wanted- in a few minutes he'd be splitting it open and sucking out the meat. Finally coming close enough to launch an attack, Anpheron paused before the claw-clacking crustacean and and suddenly shoved forward, ramming his bulk into Ebigon and knocking him onto his back. As it's meaty tail flopped down in front of his face, Anpheron made his move. Extending his neck and biting down on Ebigon's tail fan. Pushing up with his frontlegs and swinging hard left, Anpheron heaved the gargantuan entree off the sea bed and hurled it through the ocean. Ebigon crashed headfirst into the ground, kicking up a thin cloud of silty sand. Anpheron tucked in his legs and lowered his head, watching and waiting patiently for his foe's next move.

>.> Opps... ---
Ebigon stood up in a blinding rage, bashing his own chest with his twin claws as he quickly treaded forward with a massive stride. With a shrill cry coming from his turtle-like adversary, the lobster's claw came down on the back of its neck while the other gripped one of the cannons. With a show of strength and balancing himself by stretching out his tail, Ebigon hoisted the turtle into the air with its belly facing upward.
With a thunderous roar, the lobster smashed the turtle back-first on the sea floor. A stream of blood began to float upward as the crevice on its shell was increased even more. Ebigon walked backward, snapping its claws open and close in anticipation...

Anpheron flipped onto his stomach with a thud, shook his head, and lashed out. The giant turtle bit down hard on Ebigon's left shin, punching through the arthropod's rigid exoskeleton and securing a steady grip. Suddenly jerking back, Anpheron pulled the mutant's feet out from under it, but as the back of the crustacean's hit the ground, Anpheron swung around. Before the rest of his body could touch down, Ebigon was heaved sideways and released from the turtle's deadly jaws. He struck the seafloor and skidded across the seascape like a rock skipping over water. Anpheron ushered a guttural rumble and pawed at the dirt with his claws, laying flat against the ground and anchoring himself with his claws. The kaiju fortress watched through hungry eyes and waited, single-minded and determined.

Thankfully for the king of lobsters, Ebigon's exoskeleton managed to survive the throw with little damage and he quickly stood up, shrieking with rage and bashing his own claws on the ground and on his chest in a show of mortal hatred for this thing. Once again, without warning, the aquatic kaiju shot forward. Swimming backward, his hind end passed over the turtle and claw was thrust forward, gripping his head.
The lobster shrieked again, pushing down with his legs and pulling upward with his head. A crack soon followed, but not from the turtle's bone... But armor. What happened was simple... The neck armor and the shell armor collided and the strength of the lobster forced the turtle's own shell to embed in it. A quick stream of blood began to rise before Ebigon began to treat the head as if it were a saw and the shell was wood...
More blood began to drift upward as the neck was torn as if a tin can being sent through a lawn-mower. After a short minute, Ebigon swam backward, letting the head flop on the seafloor. Blood poured not just from the now gapping wound on the back of the beck... But also its own maw and nose...

. The neck, obviously, wasn't broken... Sounds to me like it was, or at least dangerously close to it. Tone down the damage a bit.

(Not argueing with your attack, but I'm a bit confused by it's effects. If Ebigon jabbed Anpheron's shell with his shield, why are his snout and neck bleeding? How'd that damage them as well?)
As the giant crustacean flitted away, Anpheron lifted his head off the ground and gave an angry, red snort. Charging forward with terrifying turtley speed, the hungry kaiju covered the gap between him and his foe and turned about. Tilting his hindquarters up and raising his tail, Anpheron brought down his crescent-shaped club on Ebigon's head with a resonating thud.
As the blow nearly brought the lobster to it's knees, the ornate-looking weapon found itself stuck. Ebigons spike-like nose had been lodged neatly in the gap inbetween the two halves of Anpheron's mace, giving the ravenous reptile an unexpected oppurtunity to bring further pain. He quickly swung his tail down, slamming Ebigon's head into the ground and raising a cloud of settling sand, then swung again, towards his own body- finishing his combo by introducing Ebigon's face to the side of his shell. A loud CLANG range out as the impact popped Ebigon's snout of from the club and set him stumbling back to an inevitable fall.
Anpheron shook his head, stirred by the smell of his own blood. He shifted his massive girth and hunkered down, burying his head, legs, and tail beneath the silty soil. With only the fortress of his upper carapace exposed, Anpheron waited patiently for his foe to get up and try again...

Translucent fluid emerged from the gashes and breaks in the crustacean's armor, but the lobster was not about to throw in the towel. With a terrible shriek, and with its head aching, he stood up, shouting in rage that no human could understand.
The lobster looked around... But his foe wasn't in sight.. Just his shell. At least he knew where his foe was, at least for now. But then an idea came to the to lobster's head...
The lobster was off like an underwater bolt of lightning. The sea creature swam swiftly over its armored nemesis and, as it ended the swim, reached out and stabbed its claw into the sand, parting it and grabbing its bony tail, successfully holding it still and pulling Anpheron out of the seafloor and also pinning his tail to it so it couldn't turn.
Then, as the two roared their ever-known roars, the lobster crawled over the turtle, removing its claw and allowing the turtle to slowly turn as it shrieked.
With another creepy roar, the lobster's right arm lanced down, thrusting the turtle's head to the ground like it did the tail seconds prior, but this time... Ebigon wasn't going anywhere...
The other claw came up, clamped closed... As high as he could lift it, Ebigon rose it. Then it came down. Like a hammer on an anvil it came down. The thunderous booms echoed across the sea as the hammer-like blows continued... Four times.. Followed by a fifth before the lobster fell from his seat only to swim out of the turtle's reach... And watching on as the water around the turtle's head turned blood red.

Anpheron's head hit the ground with a cloud of dust, throbbing. Veins pulsated under his bruising skin as he dug his claws into the ground, racked with pain. With each pounding blow Ebigon threw another log into the fire, stoking Anpheron's rage. With an ear-splitting shriek, he snapped. Anpheron shot up from the ground like a bullet, extending his neck and thrusting his bloodied skull straight up at Ebigon. His widespread jaws surged past the attacking claws and went right for the face. With a resonating CRUNCH, Anpheron's jaws closed around the sides of Ebigon's head. The giant arthropod screeched, horrorstruck, it's primitive brain stuck inside a crushing, piercing vice. Swinging his head and pulling the lighter monster off it's feet, Anpheron began to wildly thrash, shaking Ebigon's head violently and dragging his body about in the sand. Shoving his feet from the ground and briefly lifting his upper body off the ground, Anpheron heaved his enemy off the ground and then brought him back down with a crash, slamming the mangled crustacean into the sea bed. Bouncing off the ground from the force of the impact, Ebigon landed at a distance, a motionless heap in a cloud of setting dust. Lifting his head, Anpheron bellowed repeatedly, shaking the sea with his crimson roars. He thundered forward, crawling closer and then stopping, stomping his forepaw hard against the ground and shrieking, egging Ebigon on. His mace tail swung eagerly back and forth, anxious to strike the soon-to-be-rising kaiju.

But Ebigon didn't rise. Instead he laid on the ground still, his stalky eyes watching Anpheron and figuring out, right away, what the turtle desired. It wouldn't get to see that desire today! His body hurt like a motherf*cker, but Ebigon's death wasn't on the horizon, not yet anyway. His wounds shall heal and through this battle... His exoskeleton will grow stronger!
The seafloor beneath Ebigon's build turned into a cloud of dust as the crustacean flew through the water, at first, backward. Anpheron snarled in victory, believing his foe was retreating...
That would be the day.
All of a sudden, Anpheron felt a very tense pain on his side. The turtle was too slow to see what had happened, but it was obvious what had. While he swam backward, he quickly turned into a trail of dust he had made and swam around, camouflaged by the dust and blood that was brewing in the water.
Now, Anpheron's eyes remained as open as they could as Ebigon's large right claw remained half-stabbed into his shell. Blood and other fluid washed upward as the two remained like this for what seemed like an eternity.
FINALLY! After several blows and crushing bites, Ebigon dealt a truly damaging attack, one that would now render the turtle's defense and turn the tides of battle to him. After a few seconds, Ebigon swam backward, ripping fourth a chunk of meat and armor as he pulled away.
As before, the ground around him exploded upward as he swam ever-so near it. The blood that coated the water disguised his red body.. And he prepared to use the same tactic on the other side....
