But Gorosaurus was quick to react. He turned his head and opened his jaws, catching the tongue in his mouth. Gorosaurus bit down hard, causing tremendous pain to the creature. Using his immense strength, Gorosaurus began to spin around, bringing the monster hybrid with him, but instead it was airborne. Gorosaurus finally let go of the tongue, sending the creature hurtling towards a mass of buildings...

But Devil Tick was a true acrobat. Even while being thrown, it twisted and turned its body so it landed not through the building... But on it. The first couple floors shattered and smashed down on one another, but the structure itself remained standing with the Devil Tick perched.
The mammal-bug snarled as drool fell from its fangs to the panic stricken streets below. It screamed... again. Every remaining window in the building shattered and Gorosaurus once again fell to its side, howling and shouting in pain as its head felt like it was gone burst...
Seeing how effective this attack was against his reptilian foe, the bug refused to finish and only watched on as Gorosaurus continued to roll and toss itself on the ground.

Gorosaurus had to get back to his feet. He had to stop that damned screech. He slowly rose to his feet, ignoring the pain. He struggled forward, then swung around, swigging his massive tail into the building Devil-Tick was on. The building gave out from the weight of Devil-Tick and being unstable from the attack. The building collapsed downwards, crushing Devil-Tick within the debris.
Gorosaurus let no time pass as he rushed forward and cleared the rubble away, revealing a downed Devil-Tick. He used his powerful jaws to bite down onto Devil-Tick's own jaws, keeping them shut as he prepared to slam Devil-Tick against the ground, ready to ignore pain to keep his jaws firmly shut...

But there was just one problem with Gorosaurus' logic... While his jaws may be unmatched in sheer power, but his neck wasn't. Meanwhile, an experienced jumper, Devil Tick had much stronger leg muscles than the dinosaur... And either one of two things would happen...
Either Gorosaurus' bite would hold... Or his neck would be broken...
The ground beneath the tick exploded when he leaped upward. Gorosaurus' neck whipped back while his jaws continued to hold onto the Devil Tick's. The two were in a bizarre stance now. The tick now looked to be riding the dinosaur's back while the saurian still held on, his neck bending beyond its limits.
Finally the ancient beast was forced to release the bug, and the bug slid to the dinosaur's ass before rolling away and making a stance. Gorosaurus fell downward, catching itself with both tiny arms while he coughed. Meanwhile, the Devil Tick leaped backward and landed on a mound of pile. This dinosaur was persistent, yes it was, but it must have its limits. It must! The maw opened up and the Banshee Scream came again....

Gorosaurus could barely hear anymore from the attack. As odd as it was, this proved a great advantage, for Devil-Tick's sonic screech was not as effective on him anymore. Taking this as an advantage, Gorosaurus charged forward and stomped his foot down onto Devil-Tick's mouth and bit down onto the creature's neck.
Devil-Tick squirmed, but it proved no use as he was pinned down. Gorosaurus jerked his massive head upwards, tearing flesh from Devil-Tick's neck. Blood poured out as the hybrid creature squirmed in pain. Gorosaurus latched his jaws around Devil-Tick's neck and prepared to rip out more flesh...

But the dinosaur had made the exact same mistake as he had just done minutes prior, only this time... The pain was going to be much more...
His legs stronger than Gorosaurus' neck, even as the beast continued to bite and thrash, Devil Tick put all of his weight on his front paws and pushed downward. Gorosaurus seemed to enjoy this for the hybrid's skull was pressed against the ground, and his four hind legs and abdomen shot up into the air...
The dinosaur still failed to realize what was happening. Instead of jumping, the Devil Tick thrusts both of its hind, point-ending legs back. The green saurian shouted in sheer pain as each point stabbed directly into his chest and stomach... four each.
The dinosaur released his enemy and fell, kicking and screaming, to the ground beneath him. The Devil Tick crawled away and shook its body, spraying off blood from its fur before turning to face the wheezing the reptile.
The tick released a cry-like laugh as he leaped backward on a pile of rubble and lowered his body to the ground... Ready to pounce the moment Gorosaurus gets up.

Gorosaurus was quick to rise up, furious at the hybrid's counter. As he did, Devil-Tick lept into the air, preparing to attack the mighty dinosaur. This time, however, Devil-Tick made a major mistake...
Gorosaurus leaned back onto his tail and when the moment was right, he lashed out with his feet, delivering his devastating kangaroo kick to the creature. The kick caught Devil-Tick in the face, sending his head back, but his body went forward with momentum. The force was extremely painful not only from the kick to the head, but the fact that Devil-Tick nearly had his neck snapped. The hybrid creature fell mid-air, squirming in pain.
Gorosaurus looked at the damage he caused. Devil-Tick's face was covered in blood. Not even the exoskeleton protected him from the force of the kick.
Gorosaurus roared as he picked up his dazed foe with his jaws and tossed him into the air, spinning as soon as he lets go. Gorosaurus's massive tail was seconds away from hitting the Devil-Tick, who was stuck in mid-air...

But Devil Tick decided he'd show his scaly enemy just how acrobatic he is. As he fell, Devil Tick, still bleeding, twist and turned, coming down with all four of his insect legs pointing downward. Instead of the tail hitting him, the parasitic monster landed on the tail and pinned it beneath his weight. His insectoid legs anchored him to the ground and his front paws hugged at Gorosaurus' sides. As the dinosaur screamed in sheer rage, his roars turned to cries as the tick's spear-like tongue stabbed directly in his back, only by luck missing his spine.
The bug began to feed and Gorosaurus tried to pull forward... But the massive bulk of the tick was directly on his tail. But thanks to Gorosaurus' previous attack on the abdomen, the blood that the Devil Tick drained simply spilt out from his abdomen... so he continually drank... and drank some more... not aware that he'll never be able to quench his thirst for blood again.

OOC: Goro has armor on his spinal area. Keep that in mind, cause you kinda just ignored that...
-----
Gorosaurus grunts in rage. Devil-Tick thinks that Gorosaurus cannot move and react, but he is dead wrong. Gorosaurus turns and lungs, latching down onto Devil-Tick's arm. The creature shrieked in pain and immediately let go of Gorosaurus and retracted its tongue. Now with a hold of the creature, Gorosaurus planted his foot into Devil-Tick's side and tore flesh out from the hybrid's arm. Blood poured out of the wound as Devil-Tick howled in pain.
Gorosaurus let out a roar and jumps onto the back of Devil-Tick, preparing to bite down hard onto the back of Devil-Tick's head...

But the Devil Tick was as unprepared as his saurian foe thought. Just as the jaws latched onto the beast's armored head, his six legs began to kick and bounce on the ground like an enraged bull. Within seconds the dinosaur was forced to remove himself from the parasite, allowing the Devil Tick to turn and snarl. The beast leaped into the air and came down. His left paw bitched slapped the dinosaur while one of his insectoid legs stabbed into Gorosaurus' chest. The dinosaur was pulled downward, his entire weight being focused on the single leg until...
SPLAT! En explosion of blood sprayed upon the bug's fur as the limb stabbed into the dinosaur's stomach. The dinosaur spat out a squirt of blood before Devil Tick rolled out of the way and released his bleeding foe... The Devil Tick bounced back again, awaiting his foe's next move.

Gorosaurus stomped backwards, howling in pain. The pain was awful, and the blood trickled from his wounds. Gorosaurus had to do his best to fight on. He slowly stomped forward to the awaiting Devil-Tick and once close enough, spun his body around, smashing his tail into the hybrid's body. Devil-Tick skidded along the ground before coming to a stop, seeming slightly dazed from the attack.
Gorosaurus used the moment to rest, and awaited Devil-Tick's counter...

The counter came faster than the saurian could ever imagine. The tick's form launched upward from the ground, his maw wide open and spear extended. The Devil Tick collided with the dinosaur's chest and at the same time, hugged his form tight. The spear-like tongue was sent directly into the saur's throat, and once again, Devil Tick began to pointlessly feed before falling back and shrieking. He leaped back, allowing Gorosaurus to fall backward and waited...

Gorosaurus stumbled backwards, but was quick to glare up at his foe. He roared and charged forward in fury. He leapt up into the air and came down with his feet onto Devil-Tick's back, smashing him into the ground. Gorosaurus leapt off and kept up the pattern of waiting for the foe's next move...

His body ached like nothing he had ever experienced before, but yet the hard fighter refused to forfeit. The bug-mammal hybrid shrieked in pain as he turned to face his saurian foe once more. The ground beneath the Devil Tick rose up once again before he crash landed on Gorosaurus. The two rolled on the ground as if a ball, but as blood began to come from the saur's throat, the Devil Tick sneered and shot its head down... spear ready to drink more blood.

Rolling along made it hard for Devil-Tick to aim, and as they stopped suddenly Devil-Tick grazed Gorosaurus's neck, barely missing the monster's neck. Gorosaurus growled and kicked Devil-Tick off of him, sending him crashing to the ground with a loud thud. Gorosaurus got up and snorted in anger. He then charged forward, preparing to punt the downed Devil-Tick...
